Every bride (& groom) knows how difficult planning a wedding has been during this pandemic. From postponing to cutting the guest list down to making sure Covid-19 safety guidelines are followed, you name it! It's been stressful! However, when you have vendors who work with you & understand you, it eases the wedding planning! The entire team at the American Hotel (especially Jim!) did just that! From day one, they answered every email/phone call and were so understanding when we postponed our 2020 wedding date. Jim was able to move our wedding date from October 3rd, 2020 to May 15th, 2021 without a problem or any additional fees! He worked with us every step of the way to make sure our wedding was perfect! I was so worried and nervous but he assured me everything would be just fine! We were allowed to invite 95 guests, use the dance floor, and have a family style cocktail hour in the main reception room. My guests danced all night, enjoyed the food/drinks, and followed Covid-19 safety guidelines when necessary. I'm happy to share that no one tested positive after our wedding! Thank you American Hotel & Jim for working so diligently during these stressful times to make my dream wedding happen!

We had our wedding at the Flanders, and they did an incredible job! The hotel is a gorgeous venue for weddings, and from our first tour it stood out as a unique location that would look great in our photos. The food was excellent; we especially enjoyed the dim sum station at our cocktail hour. Our guests gave rave reviews about their meals. Lisa and Molly were great coordinators who assured us throughout the whole planning process that everything would go smoothly - and then made it happen! Being an obsessive planner myself, and doing all my decorations myself, I put together a binder of my plans for how each piece should be displayed. Lisa and Molly took that with grace, asked questions where needed, and made it happen! Joanne was an amazing maitre d' who anticipated our every need. She ensured that the day went perfectly, starting with the moment we walked down the aisle and she gave us some hints for scoring the best photos. She had also clearly read our binder. I was especially impressed when we came out of our ceremony and she had a platter of drinks ready for us and our wedding party while the marriage certificates were being signed. She was able to make a lighting change in one of our decorations happen while we were decompressing after the ceremony. During our Farewell Breakfast the next day, she coordinated packing away our homemade decorations, allowing us to enjoy the event without stress. Overall, the day went perfectly. It really is true that the best-laid plans will only succeed with a good team, and I feel strongly that we made an excellent choice in trusting this team for our wedding.

We had our wedding at the Atlantis Ballroom in Tom’s River NJ, and it was truly everything we dreamed of and more. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, from the ceremony space to the reception area, every detail was perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that we could just enjoy our day without stress. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food, the atmosphere, and how beautiful everything looked. I can’t thank Jordanna and Lauren enough for their kindness, organization, and genuine care throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for a place that makes your wedding feel magical, the Atlantis Ballroom is the one. It was the best decision we made for our big day!

My wife and I got married at the James Bradley in May 2025 and it was quite an incredible experience from start to finish. The service George and Emily provided was impeccable. During the planning process, Emily made herself available to our questions and concerns. On the day of the wedding her team was very hands on, assisted with the ceremony setup and accomodated our guests. They made the evening run smoothly and made us truly feel like guests of honor. This was one of the most budget friendly options for our guest count (35), but the experience felt luxurious. We highly reccommend this venue if you have a small guest count (sub 50).

From the first visit to our last morning at the Sheraton was nothing but sheer happiness with the most courteous staff any bride can wish for. Every time I visit the Sheraton Eatontown Hotel I can’t but help fall in love with it more and more. the biggest shoutout hands down have to be to Heidi, Angel, and Rayna. They made sure the whole process was super smooth super easy and extremely stress free. My wedding day was absolutely amazing. Everything went according to plan. The food was 10/10. My guests still talking about it now. The venue, the lighting, the setup, the staff, the atmosphere was nothing but magical. I wish every bride can have and share the same experience I had.

We had our wedding at The Sterling Ballroom at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Tinton Falls, and we truly could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish. From the very beginning, planning was made incredibly easy thanks to Allison. Her communication was seamless - she was always quick to respond, answered every question thoroughly, and made the entire process feel stress-free and well organized. On the day of our wedding, Nemo and his team were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and that every detail was exactly how we envisioned it. Knowing we were in such capable hands allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our day. The food was truly top-notch. Guests are still talking about it and jokingly asking for a redo with an extended cocktail hour because there were so many incredible stations and options to try! Our guests definitely enjoyed the open bar and our signature drinks - the bartenders were amazing and kept us well hydrated 😉. Our package also included our wedding cake from Palermo’s, and it was absolutely delicious—both beautiful and a huge hit with our guests. Another major highlight was the accommodations. Our package included multiple rooms, including the beautiful Presidential/Honeymoon Suite for the guys to get ready in and our wedding night, as well as a dedicated Bridal Suite, which was stunning, spacious, and perfect for the morning of the wedding. We also hosted our rehearsal dinner and post-wedding brunch at the hotel, and having everything in one location was so convenient for both us and our guests. No one had to worry about transportation or missing events, and even though everything took place at the same venue, the food was different for each event and never felt repetitive - every meal was excellent. Overall, The Sterling Ballroom and the entire team exceeded our expectations in every way. The service, food, coordination, and convenience were perfect. We would absolutely recommend this venue to any couple looking for a seamless, memorable, budget-friendly and truly special wedding experience.

We got married in October at The Shore Club on what felt like the most perfect day of the year! The venue exceeded all my expectations with how beautifully they executed the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.. it truly brought my dream wedding to life. Cocktail hour was absolutely incredible! The mashed potato bar was a huge hit, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about it. A big thank you to all the staff who helped make our day so special. They were professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran seamlessly. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience working with Kaitlin for our hotel block at the Mainland. She was incredibly responsive and helpful, especially when it came to coordinating and distributing our hotel welcome bags and managing our room block. She made the process seamless by handling guest lists and promptly answering my many questions along the way. Kaitlin was truly a joy to work with, and our guests who stayed at the Mainland all had a great experience and said they would happily stay there again. We highly recommend the Mainland for wedding room blocks and Kaitlin for her exceptional coordination and service.

We had our wedding at The Reeds at Shelter Haven in March 2025, and it was truly a flawless, unforgettable experience from start to finish. From the moment we began planning, vendor list they provided was great, we got connected with our lovely photographer from them, to the final moments of our wedding weekend, the hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail exceeded every expectation. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. Even in late winter/ early spring, The Reeds captured the elegance and coastal charm of Stone Harbor perfectly. Every space felt warm, refined, and thoughtfully designed, creating an incredible atmosphere for both our ceremony and reception. We were able to make the call the day of and had a beautiful outdoor ceremony in mid march! The staff flawlessly handled it, our guests were comfortable and didn’t mention the imperfect temperature as The Reeds had heat lamps and ushered our guests out closer to start time so they were not sitting outside for too long. Lastly, I was worried about everyone’s coats and scarfs from the ceremony going into cocktail hour but the team handled this very well with their coat check. The service was exceptional. The entire team was attentive, organized, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. Our coordinator, Maggie, handled every detail seamlessly, allowing us to fully enjoy the day without any stress. The food deserves special recognition—it was outstanding. From cocktail hour to the reception, everything was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Multiple guests told us it was the best wedding food they had ever had, and The Reeds handled dietary needs and preferences with ease and care. We had a handful of guests that were gluten free and vegetarian and no issues, they enjoyed the food experience as much as everyone else. What truly sets The Reeds apart is the overall experience. Our guests felt welcomed, pampered, and impressed at every turn, and we felt incredibly supported as a couple. The Reeds delivered not just a wedding, but a complete, elevated experience that we will cherish forever. We ended the night of our wedding with an after party at the Stone Harbor Pizza Pub. This was such a great after party venue! Steps away, no additional travel for guests and food and drinks did not disappoint! We cannot recommend The Reeds at Shelter Haven highly enough. If you are looking for a boutique breathtaking venue with unparalleled service, exceptional food, and a team that truly cares, this is the place.
