We recently traveled from California to attend a relative's wedding at Paradise Village Venue, and it truly took our breath away. Nestled in a picturesque village surrounded by God’s beautifully crafted mountains and lush green landscape. This place offers a peaceful, almost healing atmosphere that you rarely find. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous—thoughtfully designed and perfectly integrated with its natural surroundings. But what makes it stand out is that it’s not just a venue. The village has everything you need: a stunning event space, a cozy lodge for guests, a restaurant serving delicious Ukrainian-American cuisine, and even a charming café and bakery. Every corner invites you to relax and enjoy. As Californians, we’re no strangers to beautiful vineyard weddings, but Paradise Village offered something different—something deeper. It surpassed our expectations, not only through its natural beauty but also through the talent and vision of the owners who clearly poured their hearts into this place. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone traveling to or through Washington state. Whether you're planning an event or just looking for a serene getaway, this spot is truly special.

Wow. Just wow. Five stars is not a high enough rating. Oyhut Bay had been our go-to vacation spot for some time before my wife and I got engaged; and shortly after our engagement we saw an advertisement that they would be building an Event Center. We had some other locations we were considering, but we decided on a whim that we should get married at Oyhut Bay. We had nothing but one single rendering of what the outside of the building would look like, but for some reason it just felt right. That started a year and a half long adventure with Jason and Devin where the four of us figured out all the elements of our perfect wedding. They worked tirelessly, relentlessly, and endlessly along with the rest of the Oyhut Bay staff to guarantee our wedding was exactly what we wanted. If any issues or snags in the plan came up, they had a solution right away. We never had a doubt that they would make our dream wedding happen. When the day of arrived, all of our visions came to life perfectly. As only the second event in their new venue, I know they were probably pretty stressed, but they executed flawlessly; and we are forever grateful for their help and friendship. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Like I said at the beginning, five stars just isn't enough for them. The venue is beautiful. The location is convenient. The ocean is gorgeous. The staff is unwaivering in their commitment to make your wedding perfect. If you are considering Oyhut Bay for your wedding, JUST DO IT. You will not regret it. You will thank yourselves the day after your wedding that you made the right choice.

We planned our wedding about 6 months in advance, and the Willows was just incredible. The food, wine, ambiance were perfect and Jenn truly made the experience the absolute best. We truly felt like we were planning our wedding with our best friend, and that best friend just happens to be the best in the business! She took time to understand us, problem solved instantly, and took any trouble out of the planning process. We, and our guests absolutely loved the experience overall!

We couldn't have been happier with the Manor House for our venue. We received so many compliments on the beauty, the food, and the service. It was initially hard to get in contact with them, and they were slow to respond, until Robert joined their staff and took over as the event planner. Their prices for Saturday weddings are steep and require a 120+ person event, but we had our wedding on Sunday over a holiday weekend which only required a 60 person minimum, which helped to keep the cost down.

The W hotel was perfection for our wedding! As gay men of color we especially appreciated feeling so comfortable, respected, welcomed, and cared for with our celebration. From start to finish staff communication was excellent. The menu tasting allowed us to be 100% confident with our food selections for our guests. We received nothing but positive feedback from our guests on every aspect of the wedding. The W even made signature drinks aligned with the color of our spirit animals! The W puts a capital C in Customize for the celebration so you can be assured it will be tailored to your needs. They even offered cultural food options (Indian) out of respect for our culture. Cake was perfection and included in the menu tasting before the wedding. The many food options and flexibility of the Chef made managing the food portion of the event a delight (vegetarian options as well). W has alwasy been a front runner for me in terms of luxury hotels in Seattle. Downtown location was perfect for our out of town events guests who could easily do some site-seeing. The ventu waqs absoultely the pefrfect for the size of wedding we wanted. You can go big, small, or somewhere in the middle with various pricing options. The rooms were super comfortable and luxurious with breathtaking city views. They even allow you to pay incrementally before the wedding so if you plan well you will have almost nothing left to pay after the event! The best aspect of the entire wedding package at the W was the wedding planner, Kiki Garmonos. Kiki was phenomenal with communication, event planning, and management. She made sure on the wedding day we had nothing to worry about from start to finish. All our of town guests received tgheir gifts upon check-in. All vendors (DJ, flowers, photographers) were managed to perfection so I didn't to touch my phone on the special day. Kiki was so friendly, fun, and easy to work with. She even arranged a special personlized gift in our room as a surprise on the day of our wedding. The W hotel must truly hire the best, and Kiki was definitely THAT!

The Heathman Hotel was the perfect place for our wedding party. Upon check-in, the front desk was beyond kind and also upgraded us to The Heathman Suite, which was so amazing and made us truly feel special. Throughout our stay, all the staff was friendly, professional and welcoming. With fantastic food at their on-site restaurant, Hearth, our wedding party was well taken care of and we still get our family members raving about how nice and beautiful the rooms and spaces were. It is also a plus that some of our favorite local businesses are nearby and allowed for easy pickup of our day-of wedding needs or just nice walks downtown for the family. This was our first impression of The Heathman Hotel, but it was one to remember forever, which we are so glad for our wedding day, especially since my wife and I are big on making sure everyone else is having a good time, which they all definitely did. We highly recommend The Heathman for any wedding.

Lisa was amazing to work with, accommodating all our last minute needs for a family wedding. She was super helpful from the get-go and we really appreciated her prompt turnaround and communication. Thank you to her and her entire team for executing a wonderful event together.

From start to end, the Arctic Club Hotel was nothing short of amazing! Our experience with the whole staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and personable. My husband and I worked directly with Evelyn from the beginning to plan our wedding. Evelyn is phenomenal!!! Her attention to detail was superior, she gave feedback and suggestions when we needed, and made sure all of our needs were taken care of. The planning went seamlessly for my husband and I and we felt like we struck gold with this hotel. The Northern Lights Dome room is BEAUTIFUL and we fell in love with the space. It was the perfect venue for our ceremony and reception. The hotel went above and beyond for us, made us feel welcomed and appreciated, and shared their enthusiasm for our special day. This venue has so much to offer. Spaces for the bride and groom to get ready in, proximity to public transit, downtown Seattle spots, beautiful accommodations for guests, lovely lounge area that’s kid friendly, and an epic bar for a delicious cocktail when you need. Our friends and family also raved about the hotel and their stay. We couldn’t have been more pleased to have everything go so perfectly and for our guests to have enjoyed it so much! I wouldn’t change a single thing we did. I just wish we could relive it over and over!! Highly recommend you get married here and you’ll be more than delighted you did!!
