Let me start by saying that Adero Scottsdale Resort was amazing! We knew from the moment we saw the panoramic view from the lobby, this was our venue! We had our wedding on one of the hottest days to start the season. But despite the heat, the venue along with Marissa, provided my guests with great service. Everyone loved the views and enjoyed the amenities & ambiance to the fullest. We loved how accommodating Adero and Marissa were with making our vision a reality. The food was delicious, we loved that the tracker provided water bottles and fresh water stations on each floor for guests. We would highly recommend Adero Scottdale Resort for weddings and special occasions. It was very beautiful and peaceful to experience. We look forward to our return to celebrate our anniversary soon! I have to give the Hassayampa Inn, Amore, and her entire staff, a full five stars. They hosted our wedding recently and everything from the first meeting to the cleanup the next day was phenomenal service. Their rooftop location has the most stunning sunset views and was the perfect place for our 60 person wedding. Amore and her staff took care of EVERYTHING!! It was the most relaxing wedding day as they truly made me feel confident that they had every detail covered - and they did! Often wedding services feel like you are being taken advantage of, but the value of this venue is unmatched. I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention how delicious the dinner was! We chose the Hassayampa Favorite for our guests and everyone loved it. I highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for quality, care, and value in your wedding day.

Working with Debbie at the Hilton Phoenix/Mesa was great! Very responsive, accommodating, and professional, Debbie helped us and our out of town guests get a great rate for our hotel block.

We were very happy with how our wedding reception turned out at the Amara. At first I was a little worried bc our point of contact left suddenly and we dealt with quite a few people but it turned out perfect. The room was beautiful and all of the staff was more than helpful.

I have so many positive things to say about my experience with the Omni Montelucia for our wedding. We used the Castillo room for both our reception and ceremony. I knew from the moment I saw other photos of this particular event space that this was the place I wanted to get married. It is dark and moody and sensual. The chandeliers are incredible and are enhanced with additional candles in that space. Brooke (wedding event coordinator) was an actual lifesaver. I don’t know what we would have done without her. She gave us ideas when I felt stuck or confused for decorating. She helped guide us with decision making. She explained various pros and cons of menu selections or timelines. Brooke set up various tastings and made the experience absolutely magical. I felt at ease whenever in her presence. She went out of her way to make me feel like royalty, and I had never experienced that before. I will always be appreciative of her and her team for the kindness they showed us from start to finish. The staff during our wedding day were beyond attentive and on top of it. My guests told me after the fact how staff never let their drinks run empty or their food get cold. The service was impeccable. My guests were absolutely astounded by the experience that night. I cannot recommend this venue enough. If this fits your budget, and you are able to add to the venue by additional decorating vendors and djs and entertainment, this will be the best night of your life! Plus the actual rooms are to die for in terms of accommodations. The most important thing to know is: this venue offers the basics for seating and dining. They include food and beverage in wedding packages. They include basic table clothes and lanterns. If you want extra you will need to contract with outside vendors. I was scared about not having seating for my guests during cocktail hour outside the Castillo room, however they ended up using the resort tables and chairs that were already in the space and it wasn’t an issue at all! The food, servers, and bar tenders were all 10/10 and I cannot thank them enough. You can tell they work hard to make everyone satisfied. I will never forget that night and I am forever thankful. Like I said, if this fits your budget (approx $40,000 to account for all other vendors for entertainment) then please consider this venue. The Castillo room has so much potential for like minded gothic/vampire enthusiasts!

We signed with WeKoPa about 8 months before our wedding and we are so glad we did. We worked with 3 different coordinators due to change in staff but going from one to the other was pretty smooth. What made it easy was having the friendly staff there to help us with showing the spaces we will be using for events, our vendors will use for storage and spaces we will use for extra meals, as well as seeing the really nice resort and rooms. This place truly has it all for a local wedding and even destination wedding. From the clean rooms, big pool, restaurant on site, relaxing lobby, friendly hotel and banquet staff, huge event space (up to 18000 sf), high ceilings, nice lighting, outdoor patio for cocktail hour, huge outdoor space for wedding procession (baraat), free parking, beautiful outdoor space for ceremony on golf course, gorgeous views for pictures, far from the city so it feels like true Arizona, and just overall comfort. Our guests traveled from local, to the states and internationally and they all had positive things to say about their stay and experience at our wedding events over a full weekend. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a great wedding experience.

The Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa at Gainey Ranch is such a wonderful wedding venue. My husband and I hosted our wedding in the Desert Garden space outside during the fall (in late October), and it was everything and more that we could have asked for. The landscaping and greenery provided a beautiful backdrop and the water features were so peaceful. Our photos turned out amazing! All the staff throughout the planning process as well as day-of support were extremely accommodating and gracious. If you have guests coming in from out-of-town, it’s nice to have the option to host other wedding-related festivities onsite. The little cafe, restaurants, spa, and pool are great amenities for you and your guests to take advantage of while you’re on the property. Our families also hung out at the lobby bar after the wedding and had a blast closing out the evening there together.

When my fiancé and I were searching for places in Arizona to get married, we had one goal of finding a place that would be easy for the majority of our guests being from out of town. When we reached out to the JW Marriott Desert Ridge we started working with Natalie, who was so great she was very responsive and easy to work with! When going through all of the different things that the JW provides for you when having your wedding with them we knew they would be the perfect fit. We were able to have all over our guests stay at the hotel, and the majority of the details such as food, the cake, having a coordinator, were all included in our package. And the hotel is absolutely beautiful, our guest still can’t stop taking about how great the hotel was. Getting closer to the wedding, Liz was assigned to us to be our day-of coordinator. We can’t express in words how amazing she was and grateful we were to have her! She made our wedding day feel so easy and not stressful, which allowed us to fully embrace the day. She was so organized with every detail and went way over and beyond what she was expected to do! The whole team at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge was so helpful and went over and beyond in making our day so perfect and special! For any brides out there considering the Phoenix/Scottsdale area, we highly recommend the JW Marriot Desert Ridge, you definitely will not regret it!

The location is of course beautiful with an indoor and outdoor area that allows for a lot of flexibility, but more importantly, the staff and crew here have you COVERED! They worked well with all of our vendors, helped us immensely setting up and putting out all the small fires, and by the end of the night, my wife and I had a PERFECT wedding because of how incredible this venue and its staff was in helping us make this day unbelievably amazing. I cannot recommend this venue enough.

This review is a little late, but our wedding in March 2022 was absolutely amazing! As many reviews mention, Emily is so great to work with-- she is SO responsive, professional, and just super cool! She communicated so well with our planner and vendors to make sure everything was perfect on the day of! Most of our guests were from out of town and many of them stayed at the hotel. We got rave reviews about the accommodations, the food, and, of course, the wedding! Highly recommend Emily & The Scottsdale Resort at McCormick Ranch!
