Hotel Wedding Venues in Omaha

We used the Graduate Hotel in Lincoln for our wedding room block, rehearsal dinner and to get ready on the day of our wedding. We were blown away by the service and care we received during the planning process and the level of professionalism was outstanding. Emails were returned in a timely manner and questions were always answered thoroughly and with full transparency. We fell in love with the charm of the hotel - it felt like such a celebration of Lincoln and Nebraska (almost like a destination within our own city!). It added so much character to our get ready photos and our guests raved about their experience. We loved access to Single Barrel for our guests and their catering for our rehearsal dinner was next level. The hotel's proximity to downtown and views of Lincoln (and the stadium) provided an unforgettable experience.

We didn’t get married there but we stayed at the hotel. We were able to take our first look pictures in the courtyard which was beautiful. The staff was super friendly, great location, and super affordable rooms.

I was never one to be held up on the little things, but Tracy at Hilton Omaha and her team took care of all the little details that I didn’t even realize would be important. It made a huge difference for my wedding!! My suite was beautiful and spacious so that my 7 bridesmaids and I could get ready and take pictures!! The ceremony was elegant and beautiful thanks so the suggestions and support from Tracy. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Beautiful downtown location and perfect service. Couldn’t have had a more perfect day/location!!! Hilton Omaha was wonderful!!!

The Omaha Downtown Marriott hosted our wedding of approximately 270 people this summer, and it was an excellent experience. Organizing a wedding can be a difficult and stressful process, but the Marriott helped make it easier for us every step along the way. From the beginning when we were shopping for venues, their sales manager, Cameron, was very clear and organized on what they had to offer, their prices, and their options for flexibility. This was a significant contrast to many other venues we spoke with, and made going with the Marriott an easy choice. We were then paired with our amazing event coordinator, Jacque, who was a life-saver throughout the entire process. She was always available, immediately responsive, knowledgeable, and very caring. She helped us to stay organized and tailor the location and event to our exact preferences. When last minute changes or additions came up, as they inevitably do, Jacque was happy to take of these completely by herself just to make the day easier for us. The Marriott's Capitol Ballroom was a beautiful location. They created a stage, lit up the room with up-lights, constructed a giant projector, and made many other changes to the room to make it the perfect setting for our wedding. The food tasting event was excellent and the food served to our guests was delicious. The Marriott's coordination with our outside vendors was also so seamless that we never had to be involved. Overall our experience at the Marriott was absolutely excellent. Everyone we worked with did an outstanding job, and we can't imagine having had our wedding reception anywhere else.

My wife and I had our wedding reception at the Farnam. The whole experience, including the planning, was immaculate. Sarah is extremely professional and detail-oriented. I honestly can't say enough about this place. I'm not much of a writer, so I'll do this via a list. 1. The food: Holy moly! I knew the food would be amazing, but it was still impressive. All food is cooked in-house. We had a cocktail hour with Hors d'oeuvres, a plated dinner, and late-night snacks. Everything tasted fantastic. We had multiple people tell us the next day that this was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. My groomsmen were cleaning off the head table's plates because it was so good. 2. Dedication to the couple: They had a private room for my wife and I to relax while people were enjoying the cocktail hour. They were kind enough to have some Hors d'oeuvres and our specialty cocktails waiting for us. They also had a bottle of champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries waiting for us in our suite after the wedding. 3. Ease of planning: Sarah was always quick to respond. We had multiple planning meetings with her. We had a food tasting at Farnam, which was fantastic. We also had a blast working with their bartender when creating our specialty cocktails. We were able to plan a reception of ~140 people without a dedicated wedding planner. We couldn't have done that without Sarah. Also, a special shout-out to Hope for being so helpful and detail-oriented. 4. The hotel itself: The entire hotel is beautiful. The rooms themselves were impressive. With all the stress and emotions of a wedding, it was wonderful having such a comfortable room. In summary, if you skip this place, you're making a mistake.

Arbor Day Farms was the perfect location for our wedding. Each person I interacted with via face-to-face contact, email, and phone calls was professional, timely, and answered the one million questions I had about planning a wedding (from table sizes to reception layout to food allergies). We had the most beautiful wedding day ever thanks in large part to the team at Lied Lodge who made sure our day went as seamless and stress free as possible. (Photographer: Lacy Marie)

The Cornhusker was such as phenomenal choice for our wedding reception! They were responsive, accommodated our requests, and gave us the day of our dreams. Our day-of-coordinator helped us plan our food and bar menu, and schedule our day perfectly. We are so grateful for such a wonderful space!

Gave us a great rate for room block for our wedding. Easy to communicate with via email. Provides shuttle transportation within 5 miles which worked out well since our venue is close. Would not offer private shuttle exclusively for wedding needs which is a drag but worked out fine.

The Cottonwood was an absolutely stunning venue for our October wedding! We worked with Kaymie on the event planning side and Jon for our room block and both were extremely helpful and responsive. The whole reception went off seamlessly, the food was delicious, and the photos turned out beautifully!

All of the staff at the Beardmore Event Center were awesome to work with! Everything that we had asked of them turned out perfect! Highly recommend.
