We had the most wonderful experience getting married at The Birchwood in downtown St. Petersburg. From the very beginning, Marlice and Claire were incredible to work with. They are organized, responsive, and truly on top of every detail every step of the way. Throughout the weekend, guests repeatedly came up to us to rave about how beautiful St. Pete is for a wedding, especially in December, and how absolutely outstanding the food was. The ballroom itself is simply stunning and the entire team does an amazing job of making you feel completely at home. We cannot recommend The Birchwood or its people more highly. It was truly the perfect place to celebrate our wedding with the people we love!

From the moment I reached out to Merzedes, they were responsive and helpful. Indya gave us a wonderful tour. She and Krysten made the tasting memorable. And every employee we met throughout the whole weekend were very upbeat and helpful. We were working on a budget and asked a lot of questions about doing this vs that and they continued to be patient and helpful. We added a meet and greet for Friday night and a brunch for Sunday morning and they helped us come up with the best options to balance party with price. The weekend was amazing. We had people coming from all over the country, many who had not met before so the meet and greet in the Courtyard was a hit. The buffet was amazing and we got so many compliments on the food. But, more than that, the coziness of the space and the happy staff made it a memorable event. Because PCI is centrally located, they were able to walk to another bar for the after party safely. The wedding day itself was magical. The guests had so many options of things to do to pass the time. The bridal party spent the time in the bridal suite in comfort. There was plenty of room for hair and makeup, to dress and just to sit around talking. The ceremony venue and the reception was just magical. Indya even came to the rescue at the last minute by getting a phone from the bride to the Talented Wedding Singer so that a reading could be done. One of the best memories is walking down to the shore after the ceremony for pictures and getting a standing ovation from all of the beach-goers and people in the bar. The reception was beautifully set up in the tiki hut. Once again, everyone raved over the food and the setup. Even a surprise thunderstorm after dinner didn't slow anything down as the staff hung around and got everything, including the cake, going after the rain stopped. The brunch was delicious. The courtyard was once again set up beautifully and carried over the color scheme of the wedding. Everyone enjoyed it. The chef even came out for a visit. Sadly, Helene hit 4 days after this weekend. I know they are doing there best to repair the damage, and I have no doubt the venue will come back strong. I am glad I held my wedding weekend there and will be back for weekend vacations again ASAP.

Our daughter was recently married at the SkyBeach Resort, which could not have been a more perfect venue for her intimate wedding. The newly remodeled rooms, private beach with beautiful sand art we woke up to each morning were all top notch. We stayed at the resort for three nights with family and friends that attended the wedding. From the moment we contacted SkyBeach we were put in touch with Carly the Sales Manager. She was extremely helpful, willing to listen and helped execute our daughter’s vision. After meeting with Carly, she introduced us to David the Banquet Captain who along with his team were so easy to work with. The set up, the food and the staff were second to none. The staff at the SkyBar were great as well and very accommodating. We would recommend contacting Carly at The Skybeach Resort if you want your special day to be perfect!! Thank you Carly and the entire team at SkyBeach!!

Sea Breeze Manor Inn was the perfect place to host our wedding reception. Their service and communication were outstanding, and the entire team was incredibly kind and welcoming to us and all of our guests. Marie specifically was so accommodating, easygoing, and truly a pleasure to work with, which made everything feel stress-free and seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Sea Breeze Manor Inn to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxed, and well-run venue.

I can not say enough about having my dream wedding at Shephards! Leah was wonderful. She took care of all the details and acted more as a friend then the staff! Tommy and Cindy were amazing during the reception! Everything from the beautiful views during the ceremony to the vibe during cocktail hour and reception was perfect. You can not go wrong with this resort for a wedding! Even the next day Cindy saw us and treated us! Shows how they made it personal!

Fatima help my fiancé and I plan our dream wedding. Everything felt like such an elevated experience from the food and wine, to the atmosphere of the hotel. Fatima was such a pleasure to work with and made the whole process extremely easy. We are so grateful to work with her and her team. It truly was the best day of our lives. Again, huge thanks to Fatima, we love and appreciate all you did for Joel and I!!!

Our Sirata Beach Resort wedding was a dream come true. From the moment we inquired, Kelli Love was very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. We originally had our reception booked at a near by resort but it was cancelled due to the Hurricane Helene/Milton. Once I reached out to the Sirata for help, Kelli Love got to work to make sure we had a secured venue. Planning was a breeze. We had our wedding during a time that the Sirata was undergoing renovations and Kelli was very communicative in updating us with the progress. We had our reception in the Royal Palm Ballroom which was beautiful. Coordinator Cherish helped bring our dream wedding to life. Guests raved out the food and drinks. We had a room block at the Sirata and guests were very happy with their stay. One thing we were disappointed in was RumRunners closing early that night despite two weddings being held...they would've gotten a lot of business...but we ended up finding a bar near by which we had a blast at. We are very happy with how everything turned out and wish we could do it all over again. Thank you Kelli and Cherish!!!

Frances Ramirez made our dreams come true!! I had an Egyptian-American wedding for about 170 guests in the ballroom. Frances worked well with our coordinators and had everything streamlined. She was able to work with my vision regarding seating arrangements and even offer halal options for dietary restrictions. The bridal suite is huge! Great to get ready in!! One thing I wasn't happy about was I had to move my wedding back 6 months. It was moved from a saturday and I was told the only availability was a sunday due to lack of availability of the hall during June. However, the minimum food and beverage charge was the same. (many venues offer a cheaper minimum on a Sunday especially for a summer wedding in florida). Overall, it was a great experience in a beautiful ballroom.

Our destination wedding at Innisbrook was absolutely perfect! We had our reception at Inverness Foyer and post-wedding brunch at the Island Pool. Our event manager, Kaitlyn Hoy, was incredible to work with. She truly went above and beyond to make sure our reception was everything we dreamed of. Kaitlyn ultimately suggested Inverness Foyer for our small intimate reception, and it was absolutely perfect! Our guests raved about the dinner. Our cake was even prettier than the Pinterest pictures I sent over. Our wedding photos on the golf course were absolutely stunning. The breakfast the next morning was also a hit! I love this venue and I highly recommend it!
