Hotel Wedding Venues in Pittsburgh

We had an incredible experience at George Washington Hotel for our wedding! The staff was incredibly easy to work with and truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect. We decided not to hire a third-party coordinator, and we absolutely don’t regret it—Hayley, the venue’s coordinator, made everything flow smoothly and was a huge support from the very beginning of our planning process. Hayley, Robert, and the entire team were fantastic—always timely and clear with their communication, answering all our questions, and providing helpful planning tools. They were very transparent about any potential issues or additional costs and worked hard to accommodate all our requests and guest needs throughout the weekend. The food was absolutely amazing! We received so many compliments from guests who said it was some of the best food they’d ever had at a wedding. Having everything in one location was so convenient and made for a wonderful experience for our guests. Setup and take down were easy, with plenty of time allowed—and they even provided last-minute essentials like carts for larger items and a bowl for the florist. We highly recommend booking your rehearsal dinner and after party at George Washington Hotel as well. It made the entire weekend so much easier for our guests, and the food and service at those events were just as excellent. Having our reception at the Westin was one of the easiest and best decisions we made. Kelly was a DREAM to work with and someone we now consider a friend. Her team is incredibly dedicated and organized. The catering team provided us with an amazing tasting and AMAZING service that our guests are still talking about. Kelly worked seamlessly with our day of coordinator to ensure her service team and our vendors were working in perfect lockstep. The ballroom is large and provided the perfect space for our large live band and 200 guests, with more than enough space for cookie table / photobooth, etc. We also leveraged the connecting parlor suite for myself, my moms and our bridesmaids to get ready for morning of and it was the perfect space for all of our needs. NOT to mention that gorgeous greenery wall in the lobby for photos. :) Kelly helped us to coordinate breakfast & lunch drop-offs with the Westin and the entire day was so smooth. We will missing working with her and the entire Westin team!!

Our wedding day was perfect and we could not have asked for a more beautiful day! The mansions staff assisted us the entire evening and were incredibly helpful with keeping the wedding timeline running smoothly and with checking in with us throughout the evening. Marissa was very helpful in the planning process and Zach, the event manager on our wedding day, was so incredible and helpful throughout the whole day to make sure that everything ran smoothly and to make sure we did not need anything. The whole staff was so friendly, helpful, and professional and we were so thankful to have such a perfect wedding day and experience.

Nemacolin is just MAGICAL. We got married August 21, 2021. The grounds are stunning. Our wedding was something out of a movie or a fairytale book. I mean...I had a vision that I presented to the wedding and design coordinators respectively and when I walked into the ceremony and reception that day - I.WAS.BLOWN.AWAY. They took my vision and multiplied it by 100. It far exceeded my expectations. It was absolutely beautiful. Bobbi was our event coordinator and she could NOT have been more awesome. She answered all my stupid questions with a smile and she was there anytime we needed her throughout the planning process. We could not have done it without her. Truly. The design/flower coordinator - he is awesome. His personality is so fun and what he did with our flowers and decor was unbelievable. We customized our dinner menu - umm...WOW. Our food was fantastic! Everything was coordinated the day of. They had a whole team dedicated to us and they made sure everything ran smoothly and it DID. Huge shoutout to my driver, Tim. He was the NICEST!!! He picked me up in a Rolls-Royce that we rented (very reasonable to rent!) and drove me to the ceremony site. The venue is just gorgeous. Our ceremony was at Reflection on property with a reception to follow at Horizon Point. Absolutely breathtaking venue. I cannot say enough good things about this place. If you have a vision - they will make it happen above and beyond what you expected. That's what you get at Nemacolin though - no matter what you are there for. We go for long weekends to get away and the service is ALWAYS above and beyond. They have a motto that "if the client can dream it, we can do it". They aren't kidding. You truly cannot choose a better venue. They cover ALL of the bases and we are so grateful we were able to celebrate our wedding day at Nemacolin

We had a truly great experience planning and having our wedding at the Omni. We had the pleasure of working with Corey, who was extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process. Communication was clear and timely, and we were able to plan every detail with ease. Corey was able to help us coordinate our cookie table, late night snacks, and every aspect of the evening without a hitch. From the valets, to the wait staff and bartenders, everyone we encountered at the wedding was friendly, helpful, and provided great service. The food was delicious and served warm, and we have not stopped receiving compliments on the ballroom. Would highly recommend the Omni and Corey to any couple in search of a venue!

Seven Springs was the perfect choice for our daughter and son-in-law, who wanted a destination wedding, but within reasonable proximity to our homes in Pittsburgh. The Meadowoods outdoor ceremony site and Winterberry reception venue are literally picture perfect sites. The resort offered true onsite "one-stop shopping". Golf outing to start the weekend on Friday morning (Highlands Golf Course at Seven Springs), rehearsal dinner (Helen's) and welcome gathering (Foggy Goggle) on Friday night, dedicated room in conference center for hair and make-up the day of the wedding. Ceremony, cocktail hour and reception on Saturday, and finally a private brunch (Matterhorn) on Sunday. Onsite hotel with large two bedroom family suites to serve as "home base" (including a HUGE living room and dining room area!). Extremely efficient shuttle service to get the bridal party and guests from one place to another throughout the entire weekend. Helaina LeGrand was our assigned wedding coordinator, and was very patient and helpful in responding to countless emails from us. Helaina literally coordinated everything for us, down to handing out gift bags to our hotel guests and the storage and arrangement of cookies for the infamous Pittsburgh cookie table. Attention to detail and prompt, friendly customer service were critical factors to us in our vetting process, and Helaina and her staff delivered with flying colors. They offer three tiers of pricing/service for reception, which will accommodate varying budgets. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending.

First of all, the venue is beautiful. You can get married there inside or outside. We had a December wedding so we got married inside and it was perfect. We worked with a lady named Amy Workman the entire planning process and she was great. I can’t tell you how many emails I sent her with pages full of questions and she would email back quickly and answer every single question with lots of information. When the day of came the staff and Amy worked hard for us to make a stress-free wedding and it turned out wonderful. Since it was December the venue was already mostly decorated with Christmas trees and lights so we really didn’t have to decorate too much which was nice. The most comments I get about our wedding from the wedding guests were that it was beautiful and the food was delicious! The added bonus was that there is a Hampton Inn in walking distance from the venue. The wedding ended at 10 pm and we had an after party down in the bar which was open until 2 am and then we just walked to our rooms.

Our wedding was everything we could’ve dreamed of. The willows was very accommodating, great food, great atmosphere, easy to communicate with and the venue is SO beautiful. Their packages include a lot as well! We loved it and were so happy
