Hotel Wedding Venues in Philadelphia

We absolutely loved working with the Inn at Villanova for our wedding! They made everything seamless and Jamie was great to work with! It’s an effortlessly gorgeous venue but we’re able to accommodate all of our requests and are very responsive. The food was also incredible! I’d absolutely recommend them as a venue! 

My partner and I had a timeframe of only two months to plan a wedding party. We considered only three places due to location and were shocked when Triple Crown was available--on Memorial Day weekend, no less. Renovations were still being finalized on the room and I had not one referral or recommendation. One could say that we booked it blindly but Jennifer D. made us feel comfortable from the start. We elected to have a cocktail hour, dinner buffet and dancing. On the day of the event, the room was beautiful and perfectly set up. Having an outside patio was a bonus. The staff was efficient and professional. Josh, the ops manager for the evening made sure that all went smoothly for our guests. The food was so good that many of our guests made it a point to tell us about it. The menu was easy to put together and the recommended DJ gave us exactly what we wanted. Being a part of the hotel made it very convenient for our traveling guests. We were so impressed that we only wish we had another party to plan. It would be at Triple Crown and we would work with Jennifer and Josh in a heartbeat.

We were on our way to the museum and stopped by the Hilton. There was an event going on in the ballroom and we didn't want to get in the way. We asked the front desk if there were any ballrooms we could see and they called Randy. Randy was very busy but he was very helpful and kind and showed us the ballroom with the giant staircase. He gave us some information and we are very excited to set up a meeting with him to plan our daughter's wedding. The venue is beautiful, the staff is polite and he briefly discussed some packages that offer a great amount for a decent price. Thank you Randy, we look forward to planning our daughter's wedding with you and will be in touch very soon! A good first impression goes a long way for families planning these special events!

I am so happy we found River House. If you are looking for an all-inclusive venue with views, access to international airports (Philly and Newark), rain plans, walkable downtown, GREAT FOOD (!!!!) this is it. People are still raving about our October 5 wedding -- they had so much fun in New Hope, loved the food at the wedding, and just had the best time. They nailed it. Communication during wedding planning wasn't always perfect but what can I say? On the day, they absolutely nailed it. Aimée was a fantastic coordinator and a delight to have around on the day-of. I credit River House for allowing us to truly enjoy the day and NOT WORRY ABOUT A THING!! Thank you River House!!

Weddings are among the most meaningful and high-pressure moments in life. Every detail matters, timelines are tight, emotions are high, and consistency is everything. Throughout our entire wedding planning process, one constant we could rely on without hesitation was the exceptional team at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Philadelphia Downtown/Center City, led by Austin Dyees and Malik Bonney. From our very first inquiry, Austin and Malik demonstrated nothing short of extraordinary professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness. They are the true definition of exceptional customer service. This was not typical hotel service. This was true partnership, care, and ownership of an experience that mattered deeply to us. From start to finish, they went above and beyond at every opportunity, genuinely rolling out the red carpet for us and our guests. The hotel truly bent over backwards to accommodate our needs, and both my wife and I can honestly say we have never experienced this level of platinum-diamond service without additional charges, hidden fees, or any sense of being nickel-and-dimed. We hosted the majority of our wedding guests at the hotel, and Austin and Malik handled every aspect seamlessly. During one of the most stressful moments of the weekend, our best man was dealing with a sick family member while also navigating valet and transportation concerns. Austin and Malik stepped in immediately, handled the valet coordination on his behalf, and ensured everything was taken care of so he could focus on his family and his role in the wedding. That level of compassion and awareness meant more to us than words can express. They also assisted in coordinating catering for the groom and the entire wedding party as a celebratory thank-you lunch. They helped ensure the timing, setup, and logistics were handled smoothly, allowing us to enjoy the moment without distraction. These thoughtful gestures consistently demonstrated their ability to anticipate needs before they were even voiced. Their care extended to our families as well. When the bride’s stepfather required a more comfortable chair in his room to be able to rest and sleep properly, the team addressed the request promptly and without hesitation. The solution was handled quickly and discreetly, reinforcing their commitment to the comfort and well-being of every guest. In addition, during an extremely busy New Year’s period, we required extended time at the hotel, including early check-in and additional flexibility in the days leading up to the wedding. Despite the high occupancy and demands of the season, Austin and Malik never hesitated to assist us. They worked with us to ensure we had the time, space, and accommodations needed to prepare, all while maintaining the same exceptional level of service. They generously accommodated us with a king suite and a queen suite for the night prior so we could remain separate, allowed us to rehearse elements of our wedding in their office conference space, and ensured our guests were cared for with the same level of attention we received. They even surprised us with champagne waiting in our suite. Each detail, no matter how small, was handled with precision and genuine care. Beyond the flawless execution, what truly set this experience apart was the sense of connection we felt. Over the course of our stay and planning process, we did not just feel like guests. We felt like we had made friends and even family along the way. That level of warmth and personal investment is rare and speaks volumes about the character of this team. We trusted this team with one of the most important weekends of our lives, and they exceeded every expectation. Austin and Malik represent the platinum-diamond standard of hotel concierge and hospitality service. They embody exactly what A+ service should look like and are a credit not only to this property, but to the Marriott brand as a whole. This level of service sets this property apart not only within the Fairfield brand, but across the hospitality industry as a whole. Marriott leadership should be incredibly proud of the team at this location. We would also like to sincerely thank the incredible supporting staff who helped make our wedding weekend flawless: Ta’jal, Tim, Letitia, Lauren, Brian (Maintenance), John, Jihad, Quamir, and many others who worked behind the scenes to ensure everything ran smoothly. Every interaction reflected professionalism, warmth, and a genuine desire to help. The wedding of Lauren and Farrell Moskow would not have been possible, nor nearly as successful, without Austin, Malik, and the outstanding Fairfield Inn & Suites team. We will absolutely return to this property whenever we are in Philadelphia and will confidently call upon this team again whenever we need accommodations or support in the future. We would recommend this property without hesitation to anyone planning a wedding, milestone event, or high-stakes stay, knowing they will be cared for at the highest possible level. If it were possible to rate this experience beyond the standard scale, we would give it 10 out of 5 stars without hesitation. Their level of care, professionalism, and execution is simply unmatched.

Our wedding experience with Mendenhall was seamless, professional, and easy from our first tour to check out the day after! Dottie treated us like we were the only wedding for the year, with support, individualized attention, and professionalism. The venue is timeless and created a beautiful environment for our candle lit New Years Eve wedding! I had guests tell me that it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to. Thank you to Dottie, Gianna, and the entire staff at Mendenhall for giving us the wedding of our dreams!!!!!

My husband and I got married at The Desmond this last November. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience. We even saw a couple touring the next morning and told them they HAVE to have their reception at the Desmond! We worked with Kevin, who made our planning process so smooth. He talked us through all the details and was extremely accommodating. When my husband and I arrived at the Desmond following our ceremony, we were so pleasantly surprised to see Desmond staff waiting to greet us at the front door. Throughout the entire night, there were staff members attending to all of the details of the wedding and the needs of our guests- we truly got nothing but compliments after the wedding. Not only was the venue beautiful, but the service and food were amazing. As the bride, it really stood out to me how the Desmond took care of everything on the wedding day: set up, coordinating with vendors, carrying out specific details during the reception I had requested, and tear down at the end of the night… I didn’t have to think about a thing, other than enjoy the time with my family and friends. I would 100% recommend the Desmond for a wedding venue!!

My wife and I recently had our wedding at the Hotel Monaco in Philadelphia and could not be happier with how everything turned out! The team went above and beyond our expectations, ensuring we had the wedding of our dreams. From the time we found Hotel Monaco during our venue search at the wedding expo to the moment my wife and I said "I do" on our wedding day, the Kimpton experience has been second to none. I would like to extend my gratitude to all the staff who helped with the ceremony and reception, as well as the individuals behind the scenes who made it all come together perfectly. Each department/team, ranging from billing/accounting, wedding planning, room blocks, catering, etc. did an exceptional job and should be highlighted. I wish I could name everyone we came in contact with who ensured all our needs were met, but the characters limit would exceed this post. Big shout-outs to Desiree Sklar, Katie Killman, Breanna Rolleand, and Bernardo for being there with us every step of the way. I truly consider them the Wedding Dream Team of Hotel Monaco! My wife and I can not say thank you enough for making our special night one to remember.

The team did a great job helping to organize our wedding! They took care of everything and were extremely responsive. It was so nice to have a team that was so organized and trustworthy help us on our big day.

When I tell you having our wedding at Bear Creek was the best decision, I mean it! I would choose this venue over and over again. Our wedding coordinator, Aimee, was a life saver through the entire process and especially on the day of. Every staff member was helpful and went out of their way to help us and our guests. The food was AMAZING. People are still talking about it months later (people want to go back there for the food). We had our rehearsal and dinner there the night before, as well. Everything was handled. All of our decor was put out by them. We really didn’t have to worry about anything which was exactly what we wanted. I could go on and on. Truly, this was the best choice we made throughout this process. A huge shoutout to Aimee and Travis (coordinators who took care of EVERYTHING), Chris (our bartender), Laura (helped with our room block) and every single staff member (including the people who helped box up our extra entrees to take home and gave us a bin of ice!).
