Mansion Wedding Venues in Costa Rica

I could not think of a better venue to have a destination wedding. From the moment we put a deposit down, the owners and staff were extremely professional and responsive. They helped us craft the wedding of our dreams. The villa itself is absolutely stunning -- better than the photos. The views are incredible, there is abundant wildlife everywhere (we saw monkeys every single day we were there), and the villa itself is beautifully designed. It was also nice to plan a 4 day vacation with all of our closest family members. We felt we had a lot more time to interact with everyone as compared to a typical 1-2 day wedding in the US. The value you get for your money with high quality vendors in the area is also incredible. The only negative thing I have to say is that the online system they use to organize everything is a little glitchy and needs some work, however, all the other aspects of our villa stay more than made up for this. The staff at the villa are incredible people. Very hard working, responsive, and genuinely committed to ensuring everyone had a great time. We felt they were honored to be a part of our celebration. I think the value you get from the villa, and especially the privacy of being able to rent out the entire facility, as opposed to planning a wedding at a larger resort, was a major positive.

I don’t really have the words to describe how incredible our experience was. We live in Colorado and we didn’t want to do much planning at all. The pictures online were beautiful but nothing compares to how stunning the venue is in person. Noe, our planner, handled every detail and all the communication with our vendors. She understood our vibe and vision immediately and I felt so comfortable with her recommendations. Chloe, the venue owner and our photographer, handled all of our other activities, dinners and everything was impeccable. The food, drinks, and presentation of all of our dinners/ breakfasts/ wedding day was amazing. I wouldn’t change one thing from our time there. If you are on the fence, just do it! You will have the time of your life!

I can’t say enough good things about this incredible venue! From start to finish, the experience was truly unforgettable. Jenn was amazing throughout the wedding planning process—so helpful and responsive. Fabian and Karol were there the moment we arrived, coordinating everything from hair and makeup to massages and even booking fishing charters for our group. And Diego—don’t get me started! He and his team were phenomenal. The food was absolutely outstanding and a huge hit with all our guests. Yes, it’s a bit pricey—but worth every single penny. I highly recommend this venue!

I didn't get married in Costa Rica, but Spencer did host my event and did a spectacular job both behind the scenes in the planning and detail management, as well as being the emcee and capturing everyone's hearts. I can't wait to visit the Las Brisas Resort, as everything looks amazing, and I know Spencer & Nataly would be fantastic hosts. Have always loved working with them!

When we decided to take a trip to get married, our goal was to have our chosen family together in a warm and beautiful setting. We wanted everyone to be taken care of and have a little adventure. Of course anywhere I ever stay needs to be super clean. Casa Colonial gave us all that and more. I didn’t want an extravagant wedding. I didn’t want anything to feel contrived or staged. We adore Costa Rica in all its natural glory and I wanted our experience to reflect that. Coltin and his team understood our requests and helped give us everything we hoped for. We had delicious local fare for every meal and native flowers as beautiful accents. Coltin and his team are attentive and capable. We had some last minute changes and they came through every time. Coltin even found us a guitar upon request only hours before our ceremony. The weekend was one we will never forget. Full of laughter, adventure and love. Every one of us are already hoping to do it all over again soon.

We held our intimate destination wedding here in 2022. Everyone had a wonderful time; the rooms were comfy and the staff was amazing. We added the meal plan for one day and our only regret was not doing that every day of our stay - the food was incredible! The wedding itself went really well, the views are incredible. It wasn’t hard to get to and when you’re on the property it feels private and secluded. We had 25 guests at our wedding, most stayed on the property but any others didn’t have trouble finding a place nearby. It was a great place to host a welcome party and reception.

Jaco Beach Event Center is your top choice for your destination wedding. The venue is flawless. There is plenty of space to accommodate your guests, beach access literally a step away, and tons of fun activities in the city and region that make the Costa Rica experience truly unforgettable. What makes this venue stand out to me is their dedication to serve you. Jim and the team are the best in the business and truly want to make your time in Jacó wonderful. As a wedding videographer, I highly recommend that you consider this venue as your choice for your upcoming wedding.
