With my husband we wanted to thank Cara and all the team from The Estate for everything, we had a blast and everything was perfect in our wedding day, the food was amazing and we wanted to thank all the team for all the work and help. May God bless you and we would recommend the venue to everyone !! Everything was so beautiful. It was a pleasure to work with you guys. The fact that you have this package that allows to enjoy the venue, stay overnight in Agatha’s house and includes the food made everything so special and easy to work with. Our firm held our holiday party at Highland Manor and it was wonderful! The staff was helpful, the setting was beautiful and amazingly- the food was terrific! (The pasta stations were particularly popular and delicious)

Sydonie Mansion is a hidden gem! Immediately after touring this historic mansion for the first time, my husband & I knew without a doubt we wanted to get married here. Everything about it was timeless, romantic and beautiful. The grounds around the venue don’t compare to any other venue in the Central FL area. Sydonie Mansion is such a unique place with no shortage of plants, flowers and amazing views. We got married on Leap Year (February 29, 2024), and it was nothing short of amazing! Our guests raved about the cocktail garden and how breathtaking the overall venue was. The owner, Amy, is so sweet. We keep reliving this day in our heads, and everything about it was memorable. You will not be disappointed by booking Sydonie for your wedding! Shoutout to 28 North Photography (Joel & Sammy) for capturing these bittersweet moments; they’re truly the BEST!!!

From the moment I toured Howey Mansion in September 2023, I knew it was something special. It was actually the very first venue I toured for our December 2025 wedding — and nothing else compared after that. The mansion itself is absolutely stunning and full of character. The historic charm, architecture, and unique details throughout the property create such a romantic and timeless atmosphere. Because we had a December wedding, they were very transparent from the beginning about their Christmas décor. It leans more toward authentic 1920s holiday style, which honestly made the experience even more magical. I didn’t mind it at all — it added so much flair and warmth to the evening and complemented the historic feel beautifully. Communication throughout the planning process was excellent. The team was organized, responsive, and clear about expectations. They are strict about using preferred vendors, but every vendor on their list was fantastic to work with. We mostly stuck with their recommendations, and we’re so glad we did — it made the entire process seamless. On the day of the wedding, everything went perfectly. The staff was professional, attentive, and truly helped ensure the day flowed smoothly from start to finish. We felt completely confident and supported the entire time. We were beyond happy with our venue choice, the staff, and every decision we made leading up to the big day. If you’re looking for a wedding venue outside of Orlando with historic charm and incredible service, we would absolutely recommend Howey Mansion!

The Jennings family went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was perfect, magical and exactly how we envisioned it. This is a must-see if you are looking for a wedding venue rich in history with breathtaking grounds and so many areas that make you feel like it is 4 different venues but one-beautifully making it feel like themes.

My bride and I found the perfect wedding venue in the beautiful, historic Porcher House in Cocoa Village, FL. We held our ceremony on the front lawn of the Porcher House and held our reception in the Cocoa Civic center next door. Lisa was awesome and always gave us great advice! If you're looking for a beautiful venue with a WIDE variety of photo opportunities, all while being fiscally responsible, this is your place!

We fell in love with Foxtail last year when my sister got married there. Amira, her staff, and the vendors I chose from her recommended list, Ambers Jewel Catering, DJ Jukebox Bully and Ohlson Photography, are not only professional, they are fun to be around. You can tell everyone loves what they do. This is the best place to have your BEST DAY. Besides the beauty of the venue, the hospitality, care and love dedicated to you, the guest, is undeniable. Thank you so much for everything Foxtail!

We had a beautiful wedding here. All of our guest enjoyed the day and we were thrilled! We Would recommend this spot to anyone. The sunset is an absolutely amazing backdrop for pictures.
