Camp Noyo is truly one of Northern California’s most magical hidden venues. The entire property feels like a dream—towering redwoods, serene trails, cozy cabins, and the beautiful Noyo River running right through the camp. It creates a backdrop that doesn’t need much décor because nature does all the work. The team at Camp Noyo is wonderful to work with: responsive, organized, and clearly passionate about the site. They make the planning process smooth and help coordinate the logistics that come with a remote venue. The lodging options are perfect for a multi-day celebration. Guests loved staying on-site and having the full “camp wedding” experience—campfires, swimming, hiking, and relaxing under the stars. The ability to host everyone in one location makes the entire weekend feel intimate and connected. If you want a wedding that feels intentional, immersive, and truly unique, Camp Noyo is an incredible choice. We couldn’t imagine getting married anywhere else.

We chose Hans Fahden for our wedding venue and could not have been happier! We had a late April wedding with about 30 guests and everything was perfect. We looked at many venues to try to find one that would be willing to take on such a small wedding and also not have us feel like we had way too much space - while they can accommodate more guests, it was exactly what we were looking for. The garden was beautiful and our guests were wowed by the dinner setup in the cave. We worked with Vanessa Miller, who we connected with through Hans Fahden, as our wedding planner and she was great as well. The owner, Karen, drove us up to the mountain ridge for sunset photos and she was lovely. Oh and also, the wine is excellent! We would highly recommend Hans Fahden as a wedding venue (and winery)!

Please consider using the Hyatt Regency Sonoma Wine Country for your wedding! We found this hotel about a year ago and fell in love with the outdoor space and perfectly sized banquet room for our big day. We held the ceremony outside on the lawn in front of the gorgeous water wall, entertained our guests at cocktail hour on the outdoor patio, and moved everyone right inside for the reception. We also were able to take stunning wedding photos outside at several different beautiful spots. It was such a pleasant experience to have everything on site and not require our guests to travel from place to place. Our initial contact, Cristina, and the woman who took over for her when she was promoted, Katie, were exceptional to work with and the hotel should be proud of their representation of the company. They were communicative, helped us along throughout the entire process, answered ALL of our questions, helped us to feel comfortable about every aspect of the event, and followed through on the big day so that everything went according to plan. Additionally, the event staff (led by Sal) was exceptional, as well, and allowed our guests to have a great time. Their service was seamless, professional, and considerate of all our guests. We had a wedding of 70 which fit into their smaller banquet room perfectly, and they certainly have the capacity to fit much larger groups into bigger banquet rooms. The room was setup and decorated on time and beautifully. The tables, bar, DJ stand, cake table, were all setup to our guidelines. The ceremony space was set up with the appropriate number of chairs and it looked amazing. The one thing that you may be nervous about is that the ceremony space is near the freeway, but let us put you at ease. Our wedding was on a Saturday at 5pm and we never heard the freeway. The water wall is purposely running to create just the right amount of white noise to drown out any road traffic, but to be honest there wasn't any. Our guests were able to hear our vows clearly and any fears of car noises was quickly put to rest once we were in the space and realized that it wasn't a thing. We chose the family style dinner option for our guests and it was a total success. The hotel provided large platters of food to each table and the guests served themselves...and each other. We heard from many guests that this was a really fun change from the typical plated or buffet dinner and allowed for greater conversation and interaction. The food itself was definitely the best "wedding food" we have ever had. We served prosciutto wrapped chicken and filet mignon, with sides, and everything was delicious! The kitchen staff really outdid themselves! We were anticipating that the food would be good, but not great because it is difficult to cook for that many people at one time. The staff at the Hyatt excelled in this area! We still have guests coming up to us and telling us that the food was exceptional. All in all we are so extremely happy that we chose to work with the Hyatt and we cannot recommend it and it's staff highly enough. If you have any doubts just get in touch with Katie and she will set your mind at ease. She is a delight to work with and will answer any and all questions that you may have. We know that if you choose the Hyatt for your wedding you will be just as happy as we were!

We had our wedding at Carneros in the fall of 2024, and it was an absolute dream! After our initial tour of the venue, we had our fingers crossed that the estimate would be within our budget, and we were ecstatic when it was. The service from start to finish was amazing. Jessica, our event manager, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and truly a pleasure to work with. The catering service was prompt and professional, and the food and drinks were incredible. The property itself is so gorgeous and luxurious, whether it's the venue spaces or the accommodations. It truly felt like a "wine country" wedding and was the perfect location for our intimate, romantic ceremony and reception. I don't know if people were just being kind, but we had guests saying it was the best wedding food and most gorgeous venue they've experienced. I cannot recommend Carneros enough, and we are so incredibly grateful for everyone and everything there.

We enjoyed a fabulous destination wedding at the CIA Greystone in Napa, in May, 2025. We are from the Hudson Valley in New York, where the CIA mother campus is located, and we regularly enjoy dinners prepared by the students/staff in Hyde Park. It was even better in CA! The advance coordination was thoughtful, sensitive and spot-on, the day-of execution was seamless, and the food was beyond beautiful, tasty and exquisitely creative. We only wish we could do it all over again! We highly recommend the CIA Greystone for anyone looking for a memorable and incomparable wedding/event, at a one-in-a-million venue.

We cannot put into words how magical our wedding day at V. Sattui Winery was—it truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment we stepped onto the property, we knew this was the place. The combination of the romantic stone architecture, the lush vineyards, and the warm, golden Napa light created the most breathtaking backdrop we could have imagined. The V. Sattui events team was nothing short of incredible. They were organized, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our day seamless and unforgettable. Every detail was handled with care, from the timeline coordination to the impeccable wine pairings. Our guests are still raving about the food and, of course, the wine. The culinary team delivered a meal that was elegant yet comforting—exactly what we wanted. And having award-winning wines served throughout the evening made the experience feel authentically Napa. The courtyard ceremony, the vineyard photos at sunset, and the candlelit barrel room reception gave the entire day a sense of romance and intimacy that we’ll treasure forever. It felt like we were transported to Tuscany, but with the convenience and charm of Napa Valley. If you’re considering V. Sattui for your wedding—do it. It’s not just a venue; it’s an experience that will stay with you and your guests for a lifetime. We feel so lucky to have started our forever in a place this beautiful.

Dan and his team were wonderful to work with. When touring venues we instantly fell in love with the stunning views at Vine Hill house. Aside from Vine Hill House being a beautiful venue; we were sold on Dan's team and trusted them to ensure we had a stress free and beautiful wedding. We appreciated everything he and his team did to help us in the planning process. This allowed our wedding day to run smoothly, and without stress for the bride and groom. On our wedding day they took care of everything and always made sure my husband and I were able to enjoy our wedding. This venue is beautiful and. we would highly recommend it.

Viansa was amazing!! It's so perfect for a wedding from start to finish. It's the only winery in the area with such amazing hillside views, which was perfect for cocktail hour. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our day perfect. We could not have asked for more!

From start to finish, Hiddenbrooke Hills was a well-oiled machine. They guided us through every step of the planning process, making sure we felt confident and prepared, and on the big day, everything ran flawlessly. They truly took care of it all- catering, bar, photobooth, floral centerpieces, officiant, and more! So we could focus on enjoying ourselves. One standout moment was right at the start of our reception: they surprised us with our very first photo as newlyweds, printed and ready to hold. Such a thoughtful and memorable touch! I also have to shout out Taylor (in the planning office), Taylor (our banquet manager), Amanda (our amazing day-of coordinator), and the rest of the staff for their professionalism and warmth. We received countless compliments from our guests about how smoothly the event was run, the quality of service, and the delicious food. And as a bonus - they even helped me pull off a hilarious prank on the groom during our “first look,” with a groomsman standing in for me. It was perfection. Highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for an organized, stress-free, and joy-filled wedding day.
