Coming from Klamath Falls, we were looking for a venue that felt unique, and Umbrella Farms is that place. The property is absolutely gorgeous and very photogenic. They have lush plants and landscaping which wandering around the grounds a highlight for us and our guests. It felt like a private, special estate for our wedding day. We utilized both the indoor and outdoor spaces, which are designed perfectly for a seamless flow. We enjoyed the farm local ingredients with catering—the farm pizza and salad were delicious and fit the relaxed, high-quality vibe we wanted. Logistically, this place is a win. Its location on Oceanview Drive is beautiful, around oceanfront homes. Umbrella Farms has excellent parking and is close to local hotels, which made things so much easier for our traveling guests. We’re already planning our return trips next Summer. We can’t wait to come back for their Saturday Market to listen to live music with the community and reminisce about our wedding day. We definitely recommend Umbrella Farms for anyone looking for a perfect wedding destination.

This is the most underrated venue ever! GORGEOUS and totally magical! Tim & Carol are the perfect host/hostess! They were very communicative, kind, compassionate and gracious about our needs, our wedding and our vision. We are older, 2nd-time around folks and wanted high quality, intimate and small. Dancing Deer was PERFECT for us and it was unbelieveably economical! We are over the top thrilled with how it all came out. GORGEOUS and again...magical and a "dream come true" wedding and wedding reception venue!

Six days before my wedding, my fiance and I received a call that our original venue had been hit with COVID, and every worker was sick! So, the hunt for a new vendor team started. When I came across Belle Fiore, I knew there was something special about it! When I had my first tour with Savannah, my suspicions were verified, and I knew that there was nowhere else I could imagine having my reception. In 5 days, Savannah and her team threw together the most remarkable reception I have ever seen. It was as if we were walking into a dream, and since the wedding, so many of our guests have commented about how magical Belle Fiore was. Somehow, in the end, our wedding ended up even better than originally planned, thanks to the beautiful Belle Fiore and its workers. Whatever the event you are planning, Belle Fiore is the venue for you! You will not regret it!

The Historical Ashland Springs Hotel has an unmatched romantic vibe. Perfect for a winter wedding, and a gorgeous garden in the summer. The staff really goes above and beyond.

My husband and I got married at Shadow Hills Country Club on October 12th. Everyone, we and all our guests included, feel that Shadows Hills is one of the best wedding venues that we have ever been to. The wedding planner, Ally, was incredible throughout the planning process, and the wedding day, making our involvement minimal, and enabling us to thoroughly enjoy both the planning process and the wedding day. Ally was extremely organized and communicative during the months of planning, leaving not a single stone unturned. The day of the wedding Ally's commitment to ensuring that everything went 100% smoothly allowed my husband and I to thoroughly enjoy our day and not have to worry about any of the logistics. As far as the venue, getting married under the willow tree was magical, and having the reception on the outdoor patio allowed us, and our guests to relish in the beauty of the golf course and magical outdoor surroundings. We could not have selected a better venue, and are extremely grateful to Ally, and all of the Shadow Hills employees that helped us to create wonderful memories of our wedding day!

Working with the High Desert Museum was an absolute pleasure. It's an incredible venue with lots of different options locations for the ceremony, reception, after party, and photos. Their team cares about you and your wedding day, and you can tell that they strive to cater to whatever you'd need. Their setup for our dinner, cake cutting, and toasts was beautiful. Their food was absolutely delicious and was made in house, we had 2 guest with strict vegan and gluten free diets, and the meal that was provided to them was, "The best meal they've ever had". Overall, the experience was amazing, we can't wait to come back with our future little ones and relish in the memories we made here.

Sunriver is a beautiful and accommodating venue to book your big day! Truly, from the coordinating, setup, chef & staff, bar service and support team, everyone was above and beyond amazing. Our main point of contacts were Kelly & Shelby and they did everything to align our special day to a dream setting in working with our vendors. They went above and beyond to personalize and make it real for us. The food was phenomenal, everything was delicious and the portions were fantastic, our guests are still talking about it. The bar & wait staff was so AMAZING and streamlined so all our guest were covered at all times. Our vendors were treated amazing. In general, only have great things to say, this venue is naturally beautiful and provides so many options for your big day and the staff truly made it so easy to align, highly recommend this venue!

Melody was absolutely amazing! She was prompt to respond and extremely proactive with this surprise proposal. She went above and beyond to make my now fiancé and I's day so very special by organizing transport, another location for pictures and restaurant accommodations, all of which were even a surprise to me! I would highly recommend working with Melody. CONTACTING: Initially, contacting the right person was difficult. I did not know who I needed to talk to, but five people and three months later I was looped in with Melody. I started planning for a surprise proposal, in February, that was going to take place during a family trip to Juniper Preserve in May. I had called and set up dinner reservations for Iris, a restaurant at the resort, and wanted to organize a small private space in or near the restaurant for the proposal itself. The first person I spoke to through their main contact line had transferred me to the events department. I called the events office multiple times with no answer and left a voicemail to which was responded to over a week later. I spoke to someone about my plan and they gave me the contact information for a food and drink manager who they believed was better equipped to accommodate this. I reached out to this person via phone and email; he was on vacation and I heard back from him about two weeks later. He then referred me back to events via email. Someone from events looped in another person. This person finally looped in Melody. Once Melody took over, it was nothing but great! THE PROPOSAL: By this point I had already been able to discuss some of the private areas with other members of the events team. Most of the areas had a price tag, and I was on a budget. So, I planned on taking a walk into the Ghost Tree forrest, which was free. So that the proposal could be private, Melody arranged for some resort employees to be posted at each end of the trail that passes this area to nonchalantly block any other foot traffic (for a small fee that was minimal compared to the other areas). The plan was to show up early for the dinner reservation on "accident" and have the host/hostess tell us that the table was not quite ready and to feel free to take a walk until they text us - Melody organized this with the restaurant staff. I checked in the day of and asked Melody if there was going to be anyone on Spirit Island - a small, private island of a pond on the course near the restaurant - as it was a better location for pictures. I did not discuss this option with her in advance as I was initially quoted a hefty price for a minimum of four hours of a reservation. She stated that no one had reserved the island and asked if we wanted to just have the proposal there instead at no charge. My answer was an obvious yes as this was the ideal plan from the beginning if there hadn't been as high of a price tag. She made sure the chain was up until a few minutes before my fiancé and I planned on crossing the bridge, set up champagne on ice on the island, and surprised both my fiancé and myself (after we took some photos with family on the island) with a golf cart to chauffeur us to the cave entrances for more photos. Our family that was present went back to the restaurant and when we returned from taking pictures, we found out that Melody set us and the family up in a private room at the restaurant as well! She went above and beyond for my fiancé and I at no extra cost and we can not thank her enough!

Bob, Lynn, and our coordinator Julie were all awesome! The venue is absolutely gorgeous, and I really appreciated how responsive Lynn and Julie were when we had any questions come up. This venue was worth every penny, highly recommend. :)

Faith, Hope & Charity Vineyards is a one-of-a-kind wedding venue located just outside of Bend, Oregon. As a wedding coordinator, I’ve had the pleasure of working with their team and can confidently say this is a fantastic venue choice for couples seeking natural beauty, great amenities, and warm hospitality.
