Michele and Passion made everything PERFECT! Thank you! We had the ceremony out on the terrace, and a cocktail hour on the patio, and dinner and dancing upstairs in the bar room. It was perfect for 108 to 110 people. The hors d’oeuvres were a hit and the food stations were delicious! The service was A+!!!!

The food was excellent, service was amazing I felt welcomed, recommend this restaurant.

We are so glad we chose the University Club at NC State ballroom for our wedding venue. It was a lovely setting for our Christmas winter wedding. The ballroom was gorgeous and the food was very good. The event planner, Cassie Parks, was very responsive and helpful in delivering a perfect venue experience.

We hosted our end of year party for Ever Be Floral at the Marriott and were completely blown away by all of their staff! We worked with Angie and Shayla, and both of them were incredible attentive to all of our questions! The catering was just outstanding - large portions and incredible food. We have nothing but amazing things to say about this venue and would recommend them to everyone!

Getting married at Graylyn was an absolute dream. The MVPs were Courtney Baxter and Chandler Wyatt. We were in the BEST hands at Graylyn!

Our experience at the Umstead was fantastic. We got married in October 2024 and it was beyond our imagination. The grounds and foliage were beautiful. The Umstead staff helped us coordinate and plan our day beautifully. Our guests loved all of the food and said they felt like they got a five star experience. A few of our guests also stayed at the hotel and had a great weekend as hotel guests. Haley Meinholz and Lacey Hardee were our two primary points of contact. They were incredibly responsive and clear in their communication. They also provided recommendations for additional vendors, including Kevin Holland (our officiant), DJs, florists, bakeries for wedding cake/desserts, and photography. It was great that we had those options but we were also allowed to utilize our own vendors if we went outside the recommendation list. My only feedback is that the outside areas should have a little better lighting and signage leading guests from the outside sidewalk by the pond back to the hotel. It's easy to accidentally head the direction of SAS campus instead back up to the hotel itself. Additionally, my bridal bouquet was accidentally left in our room at checkout as was thrown away by housekeeping. Anything that was left up in the ballrooms or getting ready spaces was accounted for and we were able to get back (they even found one of our groomsmen's cuff links!) except for my bouquet. We think it was an honest mistake, but since we stayed in the "Bridal Suite" we wish housekeeping would have known to communicate the found flowers with Haley or Lacey for us to come back to get. All in all, the Umstead gave us an incredible experience. Lacey and Haley were so attentive to detail, keeping us on time, coordinating staff, and assisting our guests. They treated us with honesty and respect and always kept me at ease throughout all of our wedding planning process.

Thank you, Rebecca and staff, for hosting our minimony at the Brookstown! Rebecca’s attention to detail and responsiveness was so helpful for minimizing my stress with planning during Covid. We felt so well cared for on our wedding day!

Great venue, good parking, beautiful brick for pictures, doesn't need much decorating, plenty of space (small dance floor), quick responses, quick returned security deposit (within a week), overall good experience. No complaints.

My husband and I got married at Rose Hill on October 4th, 2025. We never even toured another venue, we knew from the moment we were there this was the place for us! We chose the swan gazebo as our location and the views, the lighting, the swan, it was all so perfect! The staff at Rose Hill is incredible and so attentive, they made the process so seamless. We love this place and hope to visit this special place again in the near future! With Love, The Dennys
