We kept getting compliments weeks after the wedding about what a fantastic venue choice this was! We had great weather on 9/28/2025 and it was a beautiful place for a nice sunny daytime wedding. Immediately we were sold on the panoramic views of Mount Tom and the overlook, the patio area with plenty of room for games, as well as the delicious food options. The staff really took it to the next level! We worked with Amanda for most of the planning phase. She had spreadsheets to collect all our information about our plans for the day in order to handle as much of the legwork as they could. This worked like a dream. Kelly was our day-of coordinator, and she was an absolute joy to work with. My wife and I seriously couldn’t have done it without her and our lead server Ellery, as we had planned lots of speeches, a video game tournament, line dancing with all the guests, and more. Everyone at The Log Cabin was completely dedicated to bringing our ideas to life and pulled the whole day off perfectly. We didn’t have to worry about a thing, so we really got to enjoy ourselves with our friends and family! I would happily recommend this venue to anyone.

We just had our wedding at the Garden House and could not be happier with our experience. Angela was extremely helpful with walking us through the entire process and making sure that we got exactly what we wanted. We had our wedding ceremony and reception both inside the Garden House and loved it. The staff there was incredible and kept things moving on schedule without us having to do anything. The venue is also beautiful so we could save money and time on decorations. I could not recommend the Garden House enough!

When we had to reschedule our wedding this fall, our hopes were not high for securing a venue on short notice. Finding this venue was like winning the lottery! They handled everything we no longer had time for, and Emily was so friendly and helpful. We are beyond pleased with how beautifully things turned out, and can't recommend this place enough!

Phenominal staff; incredibly smart and detail-oriented every step of the way! Dawn is an absolute pro at what she does, even down to her coordination during the day-of the event while it's going on. Great food, wait staff never stopped working all night. A cool outdoor balcony that overlooks the entire golf course; golf carts for on-course photos, large venue with different reception areas, and overall the best bang for your buck in Western Mass!

The team at Gedney Farm was wonderful from the moment we toured for the first time through the last song. Their food is spectacular and their whole team went above and beyond to make sure our day was exactly what we wanted. Gedney is a lovely inn and restaurant located in the heart of the Berkshires, and the space is gorgeous - it can be as rustic or as modern as you want, and needs very little decoration to make it beautiful. They have a wonderful events coordinator, Samantha, that helps you through the entire process, making sure you meet deadlines and guiding you through the process of selecting food, reception configurations, location, and more. The sommelier and the chef were also wonderful. Our guests could not stop raving about the food. We were married outside during the summer and the cocktail reception was indoor/outdoor with the dinner and reception indoors upstairs. We also had a group of our friends stay with us onsite; there's plenty of room for hanging out in the inn itself. If you're like we were, you care a LOT about climate control, especially in summer and winter, so we were grateful that not only did we have good weather, but the venue is fully heated and air conditioned. We opted for the Argentine grill at the cocktail hour - you will NOT regret it (our guests are still raving about the ribs - a friend's husband had at least 5, and my own uncle pulled me aside at a family holiday party to specifically talk to me about them). The setting is magical and the photos reflect it. I fully endorse having your wedding at Gedney Farm. What a gem in The Berkshires!

We had our wedding (9-21-2024) at The Williams Inn, and it was an absolutely beautiful experience overall. The venue itself was stunning, and we loved the flow of having our ceremony out back, cocktail hour on the patio, and the reception inside. It provided a gorgeous transition between different environments and created a truly memorable atmosphere. The food was incredible! Our guests raved about it, and there was certainly no shortage – everyone was well-fed, and the next morning’s brunch was equally delicious. The staff went above and beyond, setting aside appetizers for us during the cocktail hour to make sure we didn’t miss out while mingling. They even boxed up leftovers from our meal, which was a thoughtful touch. Gary and his team did a fantastic job setting up the ceremony chairs, tables, and all the necessary arrangements. The venue was always clean, well-organized, and looked beautiful. We also appreciated that our guests could explore Williamstown and had the option to stay right at the venue, which made everything so convenient. Our King Suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable—perfect for getting ready. The only thing I would have changed was having a bigger fridge given we were there for four days. The process leading up to the wedding was generally smooth, but there were a couple of bumps along the way. We booked the venue in December 2022, and when we reached out a few months later, we discovered that our original wedding coordinator no longer worked at the inn. We hadn’t been informed about the change, which was a bit stressful. Additionally, the back-and-forth communication could have been more streamlined. Having a centralized planning platform rather than relying on emails would have been helpful to keep track of all details and questions. One highlight was the tasting with Chef Ron – it was a fantastic experience! He was wonderful to work with and served beautifully plated, delicious dishes, which made choosing our wedding menu easy. The room block process could have been handled in a better manner. On the morning of the wedding, the general manager sent our wedding coordinator to address a room block issue with me as I was about to put on my dress. This could have been handled at a different time, and it took away from the special moment. Despite these small bumps, our experience at The Williams Inn was wonderful overall. The venue was beautiful, the food was amazing, Sarah (day of coordinator) and the staff worked hard to make our wedding day special. We would highly recommend The Williams Inn as a wedding venue.

We got married at Storrowton Tavern two weeks ago and can now confidently say that choosing this venue was the best decision we made for our wedding!! The food, service, and price could not be beat and the setting was perfect for some really beautiful fall wedding photos. Our guests have given us rave reviews of the amount of appetizers being passed around during cocktail hour and the quality of the food as a whole the entire night, which is super impressive for a wedding of 230 people. And, the servers were genuinely kind, seeking me and my husband out on the grounds multiple times while we were taking photos to make sure we got drinks and apps, as well as later on in the crowd to ensure there was nothing we were missing! Beyond that, the venue allowing us the flexibility to make the night our own without adding on endless charge after charge (like most other vendors we looked at throughout New England) was truly the reason we chose Storrowton in the first place and is one of the biggest reasons we loved working with them!! Don and his team were extremely flexible and willing to accommodate all of the special requests we had to make special touches to our wedding day. We opted to have our wedding reception under a tent on the green in Storrowton Village rather than in the Carriage House, but the team at Storrowton set it up so beautifully and ran things so efficiently that you'd think they do tented receptions all the time. And, Don was personally on-site from 5am to past midnight the day of our wedding ensuring that things ran smoothly, which meant a lot and kept us confident that all would be taken care of. We could not be happier with our choice and highly recommend Storrowton to anyone looking for a wedding venue in Western Mass.

My wife and I got married at boltwood this September. From start to finish (almost a 2 year process) the staff at the Inn was attentive, helpful, kind, and in the end they delivered above and beyond our expectations. Catherine, our wedding coordinator, was with us from the beginning. She thought of all the details we may have forgotten and provided the perfect guidance when we had questions. She and the banquet team customized to our specific needs and at no point did we feel we weren’t in good hands. The day of the wedding, Catherine, Dan, Eliot, and Adrianna lead the team and made sure all of our guests and us were well taken care of. Any issue that came up they dealt with swiftly and effectively, keeping our attention on each other and our guests. Chef Jose and his team cooked up hors d’oeuvres, apps, and entrees that our guests are still raving about. The front desk and housekeeping staff made sure our room was perfect and ready to accommodate the bridal party as they got ready day of. Vicky, Marita, and Tom at the restaurant bar did a fantastic job taking care of our guests before and after the wedding. Vicky, the bar manager, also ensured we had everything perfect for our reception bar. Our 3 bartenders knocked it out of the park and our guests were so happy with the selection and their drinks. We truly had our perfect day, start to finish! The Inn is gorgeous in its own right, but the staff within are the ones who truly made this a perfect day. If you are looking for the perfect New England wedding spot, look no further!

We had our wedding at the Hotel Northampton on New Year’s Eve (12/31/24), and it truly could not have been more unforgettable. From start to finish, the entire experience was absolutely flawless. My wife, our families, and all of our friends had an amazing time, and we are still hearing from guests about how beautiful and fun the night was. The hotel itself is elegant, timeless, and full of charm. It provided the perfect backdrop for a romantic winter wedding, and having everything under one roof made it incredibly convenient for us and our guests. A huge shoutout to the entire staff, who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. In particular, Ruby Meng was outstanding—her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care made the planning process seamless and stress-free. She was a joy to work with and made us feel completely supported every step of the way. All of the recommended vendors were top-notch and worked together beautifully. The hotel’s attention to detail and coordination helped everything come together without a hitch. If you’re considering Hotel Northampton for your wedding or any special event, do not hesitate. It’s a beautiful venue with a stellar team that truly delivers unforgettable experiences. I can't say enough good things about Tekoa Country Club. Especially their wedding coordinator Destiny. From the first visit she was so kind and helpful. The tour was very detailed showing us all of our options and the cost breakdown. Any questions I had along the way Destiny was quick to respond and very helpful. Leading up to the wedding she would send an email to check in to see if there was anything I needed. When we dropped off all of our decorations she was very thorough with making sure she knew what everything was and where we wanted it to go. We used their decorations for the tables and the set up the day of was so incredible. On the wedding day I was absolutely amazed with how everything came together. It was even better than how I envisioned it. The moment I walked into the venue on our wedding day I felt truly relaxed because of Destiny. She was so attentive to my husband and myself all throughout the day. She always made sure I had water and asked if I needed anything. Everything ran so smooth because of her. She was very helpful and kind to my vendors as well making sure they were taken care of. The staff at Tekoa all day were just phenomenal. Everyone was truly kind and helpful if we needed anything. All of our guest loved the food! My wedding was absolutely perfect and I couldn't have asked for a better staff to make it happen.
