My husband and I are from California but decided to get married in October 2024 in Northeastern Ohio. Our reception was held at the Bertram Inn and Conference Center - what a wonderful place to hold our event! Trying to coordinate my wedding/reception from over 2,000 miles away was challenging but working with Alex Shaffer-Rondinella and her team made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Throughout the many months of planning, Alex was professional, friendly, patient, knowledgeable, answered my many questions and always got back to my right away. She went out of her way to accommodate any request that I had, if it was at all possible to do so. Everything I asked for was taken care of. The ballroom where our event was held looked gorgeous; the wedding cake was more beautiful than I could have imagined and everyone who attending had a wonderful time. My husband and I are thrilled at how our reception/after party turned out. Honestly, everyone should be lucky enough to work with Alex and her team at the Bertram - they're fantastic! I can't say enough good things about my experience and if there was a way to give Alex and her team a 6+ star review, I would.

The Hilton had the most beautiful ballroom for my reception. Jessie was amazing to work with and planned everything so well. The food was delicious too. Highly recommend!

Tangier was a dream come true!! We found it somehow through Facebook on a northeast Ohio bride group. We talked with Angelica and from day 1 she was extremely helpful and flexible with us in terms of time for meeting and giving us the freedom to do things we wanted such as our interfaith wedding, doing the Nageela Hava tradition, allowing my mother in law to do all decorations, bringing our own backdrop and ring light, doing our own order of how events at reception flowed, and letting my brother in law bring his sound system for DJing, bringing baked goods from our friends, and letting me and my 9 bridesmaids get ready in the venue bathrooms the day of and bringing our own food and coffee for the bridesmaids. She went above and beyond and was so kind and made sure we had everything we wanted. Tangier is a gorgeous venue, spacious, with beautiful bathrooms, beautiful ceiling chandeliers, beautiful terrace outside for pictures too. The food was delicious and our guests are still talking about it! Everything was such high quality and affordable for our budget. My guests loved the bar tenders and drinks as well! Everyone loved the space and kept asking how we found Tangier. I can’t imagine having had our wedding anywhere else! We got married on a Sunday afternoon and did our ceremony outside and reception inside. It was all very comfortable and flowed beautifully. Angelica was also our wedding coordinator. I’m so in awe of everything she did for us and beyond grateful for her kindness and care. She made sure our wedding was everything we wanted it to be and more. I recommend this venue to anyone and everyone! It is a hidden gem!! There are many hotels nearby and ample parking, large beautiful bathrooms, and handicapped accessible. The food is phenomenal and the space beautiful! Angelica is dedicated and professional and very experienced at the work she does! My wedding was stress free and magical! Thank you Angelica!!

Carawood was an incredible place to host a wedding. The lodge sits in a beautiful natural setting, with the lake and trees creating a serene backdrop that felt both warm and inviting. As the sun set, guests gathered around a big bonfire, and the kids loved roasting s’mores—it gave the whole evening a cozy, unforgettable touch. Inside, the lodge had just the right lighting and ambiance to make the space feel elegant yet comfortable. The dance floor was lively all night, and everyone commented on how perfect the atmosphere was for celebrating. It truly brought together the best of the outdoors and a welcoming lodge-style charm.

My husband and I had both our wedding ceremony and reception at Tom’s Country Place and we couldn’t be happier! Ashley (coordinator) did an outstanding job! She is so incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. She made sure our venue was set up the way we discussed at the consult (: The food is top notch! We chose the Chicken Marsala and the Eye of round with mashed potatoes, mac n cheese and green beans! The garden where we had our ceremony and our pictures taken is absolutely gorgeous! We still get compliments to this day. If you are getting married or need somewhere to hold an event, choose Tom’s. You will NOT be disappointed(:

I will recommend Chenoweth over and over again, me and my fiancée had an amazing experience planning our wedding with Jan and her team. They are sweet and helpful and know what they’re doing. They were such a big part of why our day went so well it was so smooth and I had not one guest say anything bad about our beautiful day and we owe a ginormous thanks to Chenoweth

We were so pleased to have our wedding reception at diamond event center. Everything from the planning to the event went smoothly, the communication, availability and options were great. They put the perfect final touches on our decor, and the bbq menu was a huge hit! Our guests raved about the food and the decor, and still do, a month later! We are so glad we chose Diamond, where we had every thing we wanted/needed within our price range!

We had our wedding (and bridal shower!) at Pine Ridge Country Club with Dino’s Catering, and we couldn’t be happier. Nina and Diane were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the planning process—so kind and easy to work with. The servers were the sweetest, and we even snapped a photo with them on our wedding night! Our guests are still raving about the food from both the shower and the reception. We’re especially grateful to Nina for all she did to make sure our reception ran seamlessly. Highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful wedding, everyone had such an amazing time. The food was outstanding! Tricia was so easy to work with and got back to me very quick. I highly recommend them as a venue.

I don't have enough words to describe how wonderful it was to have our son's wedding at Meadow Ridge. We were all traveling from out of state and the staff at Meadow Ridge made this incrediby important day easy and magical! I have been a wedding coordinator for over 20 years and I know how hard it easy to make a wedding day look effortless but they nailed it. The attention to the details is unsurpassed. From the little touches in the Airbnb to literally setting everything up for you the day of the wedding, they go above and beyond expectations. I can't recommend them enough. Our day was more special than I could have hoped for and the thanks goes to Meadow Ridge.
