Sky Meadow is truly a beautiful country club, the beautiful mountain views, the elegant ball room, and the floral garden truly made our wedding location perfect. The staff were extremely friendly and were very prompt in all of our requests and went above and beyond for all of our details. We are very thankful for all of their efforts to create a perfect night. The food was also delicious and the club had many packages which make it very budget friendly. Our wedding at Mill Falls on October 4th was truly everything we dreamed of and more. The venue's natural beauty created the perfect backdrop for our celebration, but what made the experience exceptional was the professionalism and dedication of the team - especially our Event Coordinator, Rachael. From the moment we began planning, Rachael was consistently prompt, organized, and attentive. She took the time to understand our vison and ensured that every detail was executed perfectly. Her guidance and responsiveness throughout the process made planning effortless and enjoyable, and on the wedding day itself, everything ran seamlessly. During dinner, there was a brief moment when our siblings - the last to be sent up- had missed out on both protein options. The kitchen staff immediately addressed the situation with care and efficiency, ensuring everyone was served and even prepared additional portions of their incredible short ribs. Their quick response and commitment did not go unnoticed and truly reflected the caliber of service at Mill Falls. We are grateful to Rachael and the entire Mill Falls team for making our wedding day so memorable. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail created an experience we- and our guests- will never forget. We recommend Mill Falls to any couple searching for a venue that combines timeless charm, breathtaking scenery, and exceptional staff.

Lily and the DoubleTree were a fantastic venue to work with! The ballroom was gorgeous and our wedding vision came to life thanks to the vendors they work with. Lily herself gets a 5 star review! She was the absolute best to work with and fantastic through the whole process start to finish! Any little snafu that came up she fixed promptly and without any added stress. The food was amazing and plentiful! Her staff were very attentive to us and our guests. My one small critique would be the a/c in the bridal suite wasn't the best but we did get married at the end of July and we have had some really hot weather so that is likely a contributing factor. Overall I would definitely work with Lily and her team again for a future event should the need arise. I could not recommend Lily enough!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wedding venue—not for a wedding, but as accommodations for a family getaway—and I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views. Whether it was the sunrise over the landscape or the peaceful evenings on the patio, the scenery offered a sense of calm that you rarely find. The hospitality was truly top-notch. The team treated us with the same care and attention you’d expect for a wedding party. Every detail was seamless and thoughtful. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. As for the home itself—it was beautiful, spacious, and extremely accommodating. The rooms were cozy yet elegant, the common areas were perfect for gathering, and the overall layout made it easy for everyone to unwind without feeling crowded. It felt like a private retreat with all the warmth of home, but elevated by the quality and service of a luxury venue.

If I could go back and change anything about our wedding day, it would be to make it a 2 day event! Leslie and Kate were so wonderful to work with and day of I knew I wouldn't have a single worry in the world. The day was truly perfect and Kate was phenomenal. My 95 year old grandfather described the wedding as "the most elegant wedding he had ever seen". If that does not say it, I do not know what would. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

My son and daughter-in-law’s wedding was truly a dream come true for many people. A dream that couldn’t have been possible without Carol and Sandy. Their deep experience with wedding planning, personalized attention and consistent attention to detail was second to none. They met our high expectations at every milestone and worked seamlessly with all our vendors behind the scenes to ensure a perfect experience... for bride and groom, their anxious parents and all our guests. We spent the entire weekend at the hotel and the service could not be beat - and the food at every meal was outstanding and beautifully presented. The White mountain hotel and resort is the perfect venue for anyone looking for a romantic, intimate wedding with impeccable service, fabulous food your guests will always remember and a wonderful experience that you’ll forever be grateful for.

We have to honestly say that we stayed in awe of Castleton! The staff was kind, professional, polite, and helpful. Alex, Stephanie, and Julia were my points of contact during my entire planning, and they each provided me with ease, calm, and a peaceful atmosphere to ask questions and share any thoughts. The prices were affordable, and they worked with us to create the best plan that fit our needs. Our guests were very happy to be there and enjoyed themselves tremendously. From the planning, set-up, wedding, and break down, the staff at Castleton were intentional and patient. Thank you, Castleton! We appreciated everything you did for us! :)

Our experience with the Exeter Inn from our first tour through to the day after the wedding was accommodating, flexible, and easy to work with. Everything went smoothly and the food was amazing! The staff was helpful and on top of everything, and the day went by without a hitch.

We could not have been happier with every part of our experience with BVI! Madison was our Wedding Coordinator and was an absolute gem to work with. She is so organized, responsive, and personable—always answering our questions promptly and making sure we had everything we needed. She knows the wedding planning process inside and out and especially the venue itself, often providing amazing recommendations to ensure our ceremony and reception were perfect. The entire staff was so professional, constantly checking in throughout the day to make sure everything was to our liking and to see if we needed anything at all. Throughout the night, there wasn’t a single moment when our glasses were empty—they made sure we could relax and enjoy every second. The venue itself is beyond stunning, requiring very little decoration because the space speaks for itself. The ceremony courtyard comfortably fit our 120 guests, creating an intimate experience surrounded by gorgeous flowers and greenery. The balcony overlooking the ceremony space allowed our DJ to seamlessly coordinate everything without distraction. The reception space was lovely, with high ceilings and exposed wood creating a rustic yet modern feel. It felt intimate without ever feeling crowded, with plenty of room for a dance floor that stayed packed all night long. The cocktail hour and food were unforgettable—every guest raved about how delicious everything was! There were so many options to choose from, and the staff made sure each station stayed fully stocked while hors d'oeuvres were continuously passed. The rehearsal dinner and morning-after brunch were also phenomenal, with the staff taking care of every single detail. One of the best parts about BVI is that EVERYTHING can be done on-site, and they are so accommodating. No shuttles, no wasted time—you can move seamlessly from one part of the celebration to the next. For guests traveling from out of town, it was especially convenient knowing they could simply walk downstairs or across the lot to attend. From the very first visit to the final moment of our wedding day, BVI and Madison made sure every single detail was accounted for and gave us the wedding of our dreams. Our wedding at Searles Castle was pure magic from beginning to end. When we first scheduled a tour, we went in with no expectations at all. Having visited several breathtaking castles in Ireland, we were convinced that nothing would ever compare. We simply wanted to look, certain it would be well out of our price range, and fully expected to admire it, say thank you, and move on. What we didn’t expect was to fall completely in love. The moment we met Shaun, everything changed. His warmth, kindness, and sincerity instantly set Searles apart from every other venue. There was no sales pitch, no pressure, just genuine enthusiasm for helping us envision our day. Searles made us feel like we were once again in Ireland, bringing back precious memories and moments. It wasn’t just about the beauty of the place, it was the heart behind it. Shaun made us feel welcome, valued, and completely at home, as if we were family. We did attempt to view other venues, but Searles was the yardstick by which all were measured. With every visit to a new venue, we felt further and further from the magic that was supposed to be our wedding day. Searles allowed us to feel in control, and not as if we were simply shopping. From that first visit through every step of planning, the Searles Castle team went above and beyond. Jamie and June guided us through every detail, from menu selections to vendor recommendations, always patient and kind. June, our wedding coordinator, deserves endless praise. She brought calm, care, and flawless organization to every part of the process, making sure our ceremony, reception, and celebration flowed perfectly. Thanks to her, we were able to truly relax and soak in every moment of our day. There was one brief week where communication was delayed, which made us nervous at first, but the way it was handled showed us exactly why we trusted this team. It was quickly resolved, addressed with empathy, and never happened again. Life happens, but they handled it with professionalism and heart. Our wedding day itself was absolutely unforgettable. The castle radiated old-world beauty, the reception tent was breathtaking, and the food was incredible. We barely needed any additional décor, aside from a few flowers. The venue itself is stunning just as it is. It fit our modern Viking-medieval theme perfectly, bringing together elegance and adventure in a way that felt uniquely “us.” Another major highlight was how much is included. While not inexpensive, we never felt nickel-and-dimed or surprised by hidden fees. The value and transparency were exceptional, and every detail felt generous and intentional. We walked into Searles Castle expecting only to look, and instead found the place where our hearts knew we belonged. It became the setting of our fairytale, a day so filled with love and magic that we will cherish it for the rest of our lives. Searles Castle didn’t just host our wedding, it became a part of our story forever.
