Our wedding was fabulous, we loved how the venue looked outside and on the inside. The guests are still talking on how beautiful the venue was and how everything was meticulously taken care of. Great place to do a wedding!! Definitely!!

LOVED the food! We were going for a traditional family style dinner and it's exactly what we got. The dinner rolls are divine!

This venue has an amazing price for the quality of the ballroom. My FH and I were very impressed. It's very spacious and the décor is just beautiful.

I would highly recommend this location for any gathering,wedding,event etc,it has everything you need and plenty of space,family owned and operated,plenty of parking. I have attended a wedding,baby showers and birthdays here and never once was disappointed.

Alli, our wedding coordinator at The Willows, played an instrumental role in making our special day a dream come true. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and unwavering dedication ensured that every aspect of our wedding was meticulously planned and executed flawlessly. Alli went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and preferences, making us feel heard and valued throughout the entire process. What truly stood out to us was how Alli and the team at The Willows made us feel like we were their top priority. We celebrate our wedding reception last month here at Madrid’s Ballroom. We in fact enjoyed every minute of it! We and our guest did not want the evening to end. My husband and I wished we booked for the extra hour. I did feel coming up to our wedding date quickly approaching conversations were getting pressed last minute and questions were not getting responses until days after the fact. Which if you ever planned a big party all the small things end up adding up towards the end. So I do feel simple communication practice would of greatly been appreciated. In previous experience in other ballrooms, I did love how the staff served the guests with the drinks and food, during the dinner hour. It kept the ballroom looking elegant. versus all the guest getting up to line up for their dinner plate or having them to gather their own plates for clean-up. The staff was great, you can tell they were there to be attentive to everyone’s needs and requests. When it came down to my husband and I to cut the cake. I made sure him and I cut the bottom of our cake. Thinking the staff knew to save the top of the tier of our cake for us to keep to take home. Disappointed to say they cut into the top of the 3-tier cake instead of saving it for us.😕 The moments we did met with Mr. Madrid he was nothing but helpful to our needs and requests we greatly appreciate how he came through for us on our special day, THANK YOU❤️

Our wedding was just what I had pictured, and could not be done without the help of Sharpened Iron Studios! The space is beautiful, we actually split between the historic gym for the ceremony and the sound stage for dancing. The price was incredible and took so much stress off of our plate, letting us focus more on the design and aesthetic of the day. If you know what you want but aren’t sure how to get it done, they helped make our dreams reality. We could not recommend them enough!

We had a great time. Place was very clean and nice set up. Food very well prepared and tasty. Dj played all the music we asked for and very professional. We will definitely use again.

Amazing, beautiful wedding, much more that what we paid for. Every little detail was taken care of. Highly recommend this venue.
