  We decided somewhat last minute to hire a Day of Coordinator for our wedding in October of 2018 and it was thee best decision we made during our wedding planning process. Carla was extremely professional, responsive, and proactive. She met with us several times leading up to our wedding to figure out details, make a detailed day of timeline, and asked questions that ensured our special day would run as smoothly as possible.
  
  Carla read through contracts with all of our vendors, did a site visit, and made sure she was knowledgeable about all of our needs prior to wedding day. On the day of the wedding, she coordinated florals, cake, decorations, and photography. I (the bride) did not have to do a single thing and was able to sit back, relax, and enjoy the day.
  
  Without Carla, our wedding may not have been as perfect as it was. If I could give one piece of advice to those planning a wedding, it would be to hire her.

  Zella events were amazingly organized, professional and soooo helpful! I hired zella events 1.5 months prior to my wedding. I was in desperate need of same day wedding coordinator. They exceeded our expectations. They helped guide my husband and I by providing us with spread sheets, reminders, and timelines. During our wedding, I did not have to think or worry about our time line becuse Carla and her team were right there to ensure everything went smoothly and that is exactly how my wedding turned out. We received so many compliments from our guests about how organized and elegant our wedding turned out. We are so pleased and thankful for the services we received from Zella events!

  So this is the 2nd event Zella Events helped put together. My sister was finally getting married Carla & Rizzo was able to patiently coordinate meetings, talk to vendors and even was able to fit in a last minute "Banda" aka live band one week prior to the wedding.
  My parents are traditional Mexican parents who were accustomed to putting events together with family.
  Karla was able to define a time table, set deadlines, make suggestions and make sure everything went according to plan. We had plenty of mishaps with changes grooms, bridesmaids, and a difficult to reach priest but it all seemed seamless from the view of the guests. Many gave compliments on how the transition from reception to photos, to dinner and such.
  The wedding guests had a great time and commented on the little nuances such as the cigars, photo booth, venue and photos placed on each table. I would definitely use Zella Events for our next event.

  As someone who is extremely nitpicky and detail oriented, I knew that I wouldn't be able to enjoy my wedding day unless I had somebody else watching the details of the day like a hawk on my behalf. Carla and Rizzel ended up being great choices for day of wedding coordinators, as their expert hawk eyes clued me in on things my own inexperienced hawkling eyes did not even see. From our first initial meeting, I could sense their experience. They were very friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable. We kept in touch throughout the year as I was planning my wedding, even though technically they were only for the day/month of. I emailed them several times and they were very prompt and responsive with advice and suggestions each time.
  
  Carla and Rizzel were great in setting up my timeline and helping out with rehearsal, and of course with the actual day of the wedding. They had a detailed timeline for the wedding (plus differentiated timelines for different groups if our wedding party), which totally turned on my super-organized self. They ran our rehearsal, contacted all of our vendors the week of, and essentially let me be a bride instead of a bridezilla. I felt like I was in great hands the day of my wedding, and just sat back and let myself be guided by Carla and Rizzel. For any bride that actually wants to enjoy their wedding day, I cannot express how happy I was to invest in having Zella Events be my day-of coordinators.

  Zella events was a fantastic vendor that we hired for our wedding! They were responsive and very professional. We hired them for day of coordinating and their rate was reasonable, especially since both Carla and Rizzel were present on the day of the wedding and all previous meetings. We met with them 3-4 times before the wedding and they handled all the logistics on the actual wedding day. In fact, they were able to have a very detailed schedule and kept everything running extra smoothly. They were very good at giving advice on things like tips and small details, and they also kept very realistic expectations for the wedding day. I would definitely recommend them to another couple planning to get married!

  Our family has hired Zella Events for two consecutive years. Our daughter Kathryn was married on 09/24/2011 and our other daughter Mary was married on 09/01/2012. We are very pleased with the work that was provided by both coordinators, Carla and Rizzel. They went far beyond what was put forth in our contract with them. We would not hesitate to hire this company to help coordinate any of our events in the future.

  Zella Events were our coordinators for our wedding on 9/9/11. They were fantastic! From the moment we started corresponding with them, they were very helpful and open to answering all our questions. During our meetings and on the wedding day we felt so at ease knowing everything was being taken care of with organization and professionalism. They went above and beyond to make sure the event went smoothly. What was really nice as well was, with all the details and events happening on the day-of, they kept telling us to just have fun. And we can do all the activities at our own pace. We highly recommend Zella to plan your wedding and any other events. You will be impressed just like we are!

Without Zella Events my husaband and I would have been at each others throats with having to worry about timelines and details.
