  Perfection at its best. Every decoration was beautiful.

  Perfection is an understatement to describe how amazing and beautiful Zela Events is at planning an event. They made our wedding venue the most beautiful place. We were speechless by the beauty of everything and all our guests gushed about every part. Working with Zela was very easy and we felt very comfortable and at ease with what they had planned for us. They were very attentive to all the details we wanted in the decor. My bouquet was the most beautiful piece I've ever seen. I highly recommend Zele Events, you will not be disappointed.

  Professional, Responsive and Efficient

  Kathiya was amazing she helped me get through this stressful covid mess with all precautions needed and have the wedding I have always dreamed of. She was always on top of everything and very responsive all the time, she was wherever I needed whenever I needed it. Zela Events had full access to my decor I had bought for my wedding and made my reception area looked beyond my expectations. Their eye for design, their ability to set up and stick to a seamless event timeline, and their communication and relationships with other vendors cannot be matched. Kathiya was like one of my best friends during this time. I cannot express enough how grateful I am for her and her efficient staff. They made everything so easy and perfect for my day. We couldn’t have pulled this off without Kathiya and I’ll always be grateful for her!

  Magical Intimate Small Wedding

  “My husband and I made the tough decision to move our wedding to 2021 due to the 2020 global pandemic. We decided to have a small ceremony in our backyard in 2020 to honor our wedding year. Navigating the town restrictions, ensuring the safety of our family members and taking on day of logistics became a daunting task. Hiring Zela Events not only massively eased our minds, but the team also assisted with keeping our guests safe and the bride and groom from needing to worry about anything at all on the day.   Amazing Backyard Microwedding!

  We had an incredible experience working with Kathiya from Zela Events to help plan and coordinate our microwedding within a few weeks of connecting. Kathiya was extremely organized and thorough, very quick to respond while staying in constant communication, positive throughout the entire process with many additional hurdles given the current climate and happy to adapt/be flexible to put ours and our guests safety and concerns first. Kathiya created beautiful design boards and extremely helpful floor plans that enabled us to see how our backyard would be transformed into a beautiful wedding event. On the day of the wedding, Kathiya seamlessly set up the event and adapted to changes that had to be made for the layout and floor plan without any fuss. She recommended amazing vendors ie. DJ, Food truck, rentals, tent, etc as well as communicated with my existing vendors. Kathiya was extremely professional throughout the entire process and took away so much of the stress! All of my guests were so impressed by the wedding setup and had an amazing time. I highly recommend Zela Events for any event big or small!
