  Amazing experience

  Wood belly was so responsive when we emailed with them throughout the wedding planning process, they were very flexible with the menu and planning what to serve. The food was incredible and all our guests raved about it. They were so professional, kind and attentive at the wedding. They told me if there were any pizzas I’d like throughout the night to let them know, I told them I’d love a white pie and 5 minutes later she ways bringing it to my table. Such an unforgettable experience to have the whole wood oven at the event, everyone thought it was very cool.

  Responsive and Professional with Outstanding Customer Service

  We hired Woodbelly Pizza for our wedding welcome party at the Trailside Inn on July 1. During the planning process, the manager Scott was SO responsive and helpful. He answered emails promptly and accommodated changes to our order quickly, offering different items based on our guest count and needs.
  
  We got the charcuterie, pizza and ice cream bar for our 80 or so guests. Not only was the food delicious, the staff was amazing. Woodbelly sent three members of their team for our event, who were all wonderful - not only professional, but friendly and FUN. My husband and I really appreciated that they made sure our pizza came out first and we ate (I was talking to so many guests, honestly, I’m glad they did this!) At one point in the evening, staff even joined in on our lawn games, just a super fun group. They truly were the best, if you get an opportunity to hire them for your wedding or rehearsal dinner, highly recommend!

  We hired Woodbelly for our wedding in northern Vermont, and cannot recommend them highly enough. All of our guests raved about the food, especially the appetizers, desserts, and late night snacks (falafel and grilled cheese!). Pizza, salad, and caprese salads for dinner were so fresh and delicious. Everything was great.
  
  Bar service was also fantastic. The mixed up some specialty cocktails and provided a variety of beers, ciders, and even wine on tap. It was very important to us that bar lines be kept to a minimum, and Woodbelly took great care of us on this front.
  
  David and his team are a true pleasure to work with. They were very responsive and accommodating throughout the planning process. David spoke with us multiple times and provided great guidance and recommendations as we made adjustments to our quote based on our party size, budget, and preferences.

  Fantastic Company in Every Respect

  Anyone getting married look no further than Woodbelly Pizza. Everything from the customer service preparing for the wedding to the food and service on the day were top notch. They use local fresh ingredients, and my mom said it was the best salad she has ever had. Their service was above and beyond and I didn’t have to worry about a thing on the day of. Not having a wedding planner this was one of my concerns, and they excelled in every respect. Not enough good things to say about this company.

  Very great service!

  We had Woodbelly cater our wedding at Longest Acres Farms in Chelsea, VT in October 2018. We did everything remotely, since we were living in Montana at the time. David was quick to respond to questions and was patient with us while we debated options and worked out the kinks of planning our wedding. Day of coordination was excellent and went smoothly. The servers and bartender were all courteous and professional. We would definitely recommend using them if you're looking for a caterer. The food was delicious and they worked with some day of dietary requests without any hassle.

  Great pizza and super accommodating

  The pizza was amazing! Our guests came with a number of dietary restrictions from gluten free to vegan to vegetation and David was great at making sure there was something for everyone. We’re from NYC and it was so fun to bring amazing pizza to our guests at our Vermont wedding! What was leftover also made for great drunk food later in the night.

  Woodbelly is the absolute greatest. We had them do the catering and bartending for our wedding and feel SO lucky we found them. For one thing, anything they touch is delicious. They have the utmost respect and appreciation for high-quality ingredients, and it shows in everything they do, from the pizza toppings to their wine and beer list. We’re still getting rave reviews from our guests about it - many asked where they could find Woodbelly Pizza in the future!
  
  David and Molly were also wonderful in the months leading up to the wedding. We exchanged countless emails with them and they were so, so helpful with handling all the logistics (including guest allergies). Their team on the day-of was fantastic too - so friendly and they were super quick and flexible in dealing with the rain outside. All in all, we couldn’t be happier with Woodbelly - we’d hire them again in a heartbeat! Our only regret is that we didn’t eat more pizza that day, it really is amazing.

  We used Woodbelly for our September wedding at The West Monitor Barn and it could not have gone better! It was the perfect setting for the pizza oven and our guests loved watching the pizzas come out of the oven during cocktail hour. We chose woodfired pizza for our wedding because A. we love it and B. we've been to tons of weddings with salmon and chicken options and the meals are never memorable yet they are extremely overpriced. With Woodbelly we were able to get an amazing gourmet dinner and appetizers for a great price! Our guests raved about the cheeses at cocktail hour and we heard from tons of people the next day on how much they loved the pizza! David was extremely easy to work with and was able to feed all of our guests with allergy's as well. The food was amazing and the staff was friendly and willing to help with other catering tasks as well (cake cutting, clean up, etc.).   Best wedding pizza ever

  So, my husband and I live in NYC and I'm a food editor. Safe to say I'm a little snobby about pizza. Woodbelly was amazing — so great to work with and, more importantly, delicious. (Peaches! On pizza! Who knew.) Perfect food, great people and also loved that they made us s'mores for dessert.

  Woodbelly catered our next day pizza party and they absolutely went above and beyond our expectations. We would highly recommend them to ANYONE to loves great pizza and even better service. One of the highlights of our wedding weekend.

  We are so happy we found Woodbelly and booked them for our wedding. Everyone raved about the food and David was wonderful to deal with all the way leading up to the event. They were incredibly accommodating and a pleasure to work with!

The food was delicious, and very reasonable in cost. The service was excellent and efficient. We cannot recommend this caterer enough!

Our friends and family were literally waiting by you to see what type you would pull out next. I really do want to say thank you though for taking the time out to help both my vegetarian and gluten free guests. The time and attention you gave to their needs meant so much to both them and us. It was such a personal experience! You really helped make our wedding welcome dinner and we would gladly use you again, without hesitation and recommend your services to any one that we can!

They were also flexible and excited to make our dinner exactly what we wanted and provided a bunch of options for us to choose from. Secondly, the food was phenomenal. Their pizza was delicious with so many amazing flavors and combinations for both vegetarians and meat eaters. The salad was delightful. Hearing our guests exclaim: "There are flowers in the salad!" was music to our ears. Can't recommend Woodbelly Pizza highly enough. They helped make our wedding night the best night of our lives.

  We used Woodbelly for our Wedding in Burlington, VT this summer and they were absolutely fantastic! People raved about the pizza a week after the wedding! It was so fresh and delicious and it came out of the oven so fast. Throughout the whole process, Dave was super friendly and made sure to take note of all the food allergies and food restrictions we had which was obviously extremely important. The whole crew was very friendly at the wedding as well.. we seriously could not be more thankful for Woodbelly!

  Working with Woodbelly was a pleasure. They were open to our ideas, flexible with the menu and how we wanted the pizza to be served, and the serving staff was great! An all-around wonderful experience. Their pizza is amazing.

  I used Woodbelly pizza for my rehearsal dinner at the Inn at Mountain View Farm. They were absolutely incredible. The pizza got rave reviews, the appetizers were all delicious and we felt like we got way more than we paid for!
  
  All in all a fantastic experience. When we got back to Boston I told my wife I was ordering pizza from our favorite spot and she said she wanted Woodbelly Pizza. That says it all right there!

  Woodbelly catered my rehearsal dinner and it was amazing. The mobile oven is really cool and the pizza is the best in Vermont. Our guests were really impressed and we had a fabulous time. I recommend to anyone looking to do something a little different for their wedding events.

It really is a perfect pre-wedding dinner in the hight of summer to have outdoors or in a tent- so many people felt it was the best pizza they ever tasted and loved the choices and deep green salad with garden flowers and herbs.

  Provided us with pizza dough and ingredients for making our own pizza in the wood fired oven at our venue. The pizzas came out wonderfully, in huge part thanks to the quality of the dough. Also made our job much easier by providing us with sauce, pre-grated and chopped cheese, and more that we didn't have to buy or make ourselves.

  Working with Woodbelly was an absolute pleasure. We decided to have pizza at our wedding because we love it and we weren't keen on the typical "meat or fish" dinner selections. Woodbelly's pizza is delicious (sourdough crust!) and we chose other dishes from their wood-fired oven (brisket and chicken), side salads, and a selection of passed appetizers. They were so receptive to our preferences, made sure to accommodate a large number of vegetarian/vegan guests, and brought separate, gluten-free meals for two guests with Celiac's. Woodbelly also handled our bar service; we loved their selection of wine, beer, and cider, and they made two not-so-simple signature cocktails (per recipes from my husband) to perfection. Despite the craziness of wedding planning, the whole process with Woodbelly felt very relaxed, thanks to their lead chef David and team; conversations with them were just like hanging out with really cool friends. Everything on the day was seamlessly executed from setup to cleanup, and guests told us how much they loved the meal all night long. Great prices, great food, and the best people.
