    You will not regret hiring Amy!

    We contracted Amy and her team for their partial coordinator package, which includes month-of coordination as well as some design services. Amy is very sweet and very easy to work with. I had many questions during the process and she approached every call with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. She's responsive and provides good suggestions/advice. Hiring Amy (and her team) is the best decision I've made for my wedding.

    Design: I spent a lot of time looking for a wedding coordinator because I know I'd need some help with design and making the wedding pretty. I spent countless hours scrolling through yelp, websites, Instagram, etc. to make sure my planner can help me in this aspect. Amy has an impeccable sense of design and beauty. She made numerous design suggestions throughout the process and the end result turned out sooo well. It's amazing how she knows what I like before I know what I like. While making sure things look pretty, Amy also looks for ways to save so you don't have to worry about breaking your budget. The florist she recommended also did an amazing job and all of my relatives are impressed (florist in a separate review). You can always trust her judgement.

    Planning/Coordination: She is very organized and detailed oriented, and made several reminders/check list for us. There were many items that I would not have thought of if weren't for Amy's reminder. During the day of, every little detail were taken care of. Amy reached out to all of my vendors to make sure everyone knows the schedule. She created a detailed timeline for what needs to happen, and drove all the important events such that everything went smoothly on the wedding day and I was able to enjoy my wedding stress-free! Our wedding was huge and it was the majority of the guests' first time to a western wedding. They were easily confused about where to go and what's next. Amy and her team also managed our guests extremely well, and got everyone to where they should be on time. If there were any hiccups to my wedding, I wouldn't have known because Amy had taken care of everything behind the scene.

    We cannot praise Amy and her team enough. If you are reading this review because you are considering her service, don't hesitate! Hire her now!

    We needed a day-of-coordinator and my friend recommended White Blossoms Event Planning. After speaking with Amy, I knew I wanted to work with her and it was the best decision I've made because she was just a pleasure to work with! She was professional, responsive, patient, and very detail-oriented. Also, with her help and referrals, I found my officiant and florist. Thanks Amy for everything! You helped give me my prefect wedding! I would recommend using Amy and her team over and over again.

    White Blossom was our day-of-coordinator team, and they were WONDERFUL! Amy was extremely organized, diligent and went above and beyond to ensure our day ran smoothly.
    Plus, her personality is not overbearing…she is extremely sweet and kind. We wish that we had them throughout the whole wedding process, and definitely recommend them!

    White blossom was amazing!!!!! They really made the whole wedding planning so much easier and stress free! It was so easy to communicate with them and they really knew and understood the vision I had for my wedding and made so many great and helpful suggestions along the way as well! On the day of the wedding they made everything run smoothly and I didn't have to worry about making sure all the vendors got to the venue on time and didn't have to worry about all the set up. Thank you Amy and the rest of the White Blossom team!!!

    Our wedding exceeded our expectations, in large part to Amy, Crystal and the rest of the team at White Blossom Events. From the very beginning they put us at ease and helped make the craziness of planning a wedding, dare I say, enjoyable. =) Our guests commented on how professional they were, and the other vendors said they were very easy to work with. I never felt as though my voice wasn't being heard. They take everything into consideration, and even found me cronut holes! My husband and I truly feel like we walked away with new friends as well. Great people, equally great service.

    Hiring White Blossom was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. Amy was always responsive to all my emails, Hannah was helpful during our vendor meetings, and Amy and Crystal made sure my wedding went smoothly as my day-of coordinators. They are professional, organized, creative, and great at what they do. I recommend them to everyone I know who is engaged.

    The White Blossom Team was awesome! They made the day of the wedding stress free and I really didn't feel like I needed to worry about anything on the day of. They kept us on the schedule they had prepared so that neither I nor my bridesmaids needed to worry about anything. They also worked with our vendors to make sure everything went as planned. Other brides I know mentioned that their site came with a coordinator, but from hearing about their experiences, I think having your own personal wedding coordinator is a huge help. Amy and her team were so organized and professional. With all the stress of planning a wedding, they really made everything so much easier.
