Kyle Sent on 10/26/2012Wes Haley and his team were great. We decided at the last minute that a second videographer would be of great benefit. Thought that would normally be a big feat to add on a second person a couple days before the event Wes pulled it off with a bang. My partner and I couldn't be more satisfied.
Most of all Wes and his team really took the reigns on making sure we were in the right spot for important shots and they even injected great, creative ideas to maximize our video footage. I am a very creative, detailed, graphic designer so it is a big deal when I say that somebody else is creative.
We would highly recommend Wes Haley Films.
I even go as far to say that I would hire them through my design company to do any video projects that come along in the future.
Their videos on here really speak for themselves.

User1305018 Sent on 08/28/2013I don't think I have ever left anyone a bad review, I only like seeing people have success. But I cannot let another bride deal with what I dealt with with Wes Haley. On my one year anniversary of my wedding, I could not sit with my husband and watch our video, because we didn't have one. We didn't receive our video for 13 months after our wedding. After many emails asking about it, the only reply I got was "things are busy with the kids going back to school... It will be ready in a few weeks" and "I've been working on other videos that came before your date." Then he uploads a wonderful but lengthy wedding video from a wedding that was shot in September, 4 months after mine. It was uploaded just a few months after their ceremony. Congrats for them, but for the amount of money my husband paid, I felt disgusted we trusted someone with something so personal, only to be strung along for over a year. I would not recommend him to absolutely anyone when it comes to your beautiful wedding. I'm not sure why mine took so long.. He obviously felt some weddings took priority over others that came prior to. He "made it up" by adding random footage throughout my wedding day on the DVD. I hate having to write this but if it deters one bride into finding a better vendor, it's done it's purpose. -

My wedding day was pretty perfect, and besides a few bumps along the way, nothing ever compelled me to write a negative review. However, dealing with Wes after our wedding was one of the worst experiences I have dealt with. It took over six months to get our 5 minute highlight video and seven months for our full feature film. It took ten months to receive the hard copies in the mail. Throughout the process as I emailed to check in with Wes, his responses were riddled with excuses, defensiveness, and unprofessionalism. I will say that I enjoyed our videos and I think he did a great job with them, however the headache and stress that was caused was not worth it. I was honestly shocked with how bad it got, as he was great the day of the wedding and very easy to work with before he got his final check, and it was downhill from there.
