Ali and her team at wedding angel events were amazing! We had a complicated wedding, and we had a lot going on in our personal lives during our wedding planning. Ali helped me stay on track with getting tasks done and helped with all the last minute logistics. I’ve planned a lot of events before, and still found Ali’s services to be 110% worth every penny! I would not have enjoyed my wedding day as much without Ali’s help. On the day of the wedding, her team helped so much with setup, random things that popped up, and making sure my husband and I had a good time. I would highly recommend Ali and her team!!! They were very sweet. Thank you for making my wedding day run so smoothly!! We had a blast!! You guys are the best! -

Ali and her team went above and beyond our hopes for our special day! From the very beginning Ali took time in the months leading up to our wedding to ask every question to really understand us as a couple, and the vision that we had imagined for our wedding. From there we met with Marcie and Tom, the dream team that turned our wedding visions into a reality! We loved our 15 Minutes of Wedding Bliss, they found a secret hideaway spot at our venue that was secluded, and had all of our cocktail hour drinks and food ready for us to enjoy, just the two of us, to soak up the excitement having just got married!
Every moment of our wedding was more perfect than we imagined, and after months of drafting up floor plans, and talking about every detail, they were able to pull it all together down to every exact detail.
We were truly able to enjoy every special moment of our wedding weekend, and that is all thanks to Ali, Marcie, and Tom! -

Wedding Angels were just that for us. Even though we were planning a small wedding, on a small budget, we found it was imperative to have someone keep us organized and on track. The little details, and LOGISTICS!, lord, the logistics would have made me nuts without their help. We choose package #2 which was perfect. Couldn’t have done without Janelle’s calm, confident leadership for the rehearsal and wedding day! We could relax and really be present to enjoy everything. Where to even begin? Ali was nothing short of amazing. She went above and beyond in every way possible to make our day as seamless as possible. She took the crazy world of event planning and made it such a smooth, easy process, reassuring me with her professional help every step of the way. We worked with Ali for 6 months prior to the wedding and used her services for a day of coordinator as well as our officiant. Ali never once made is feel as if this was a business transaction, she truly wants to help and will do anything for her clients. I could not have asked for more & know my special day would not have been the same with out her. Ali & her team are such special people. They don’t make enough people like you guys. Ali is an absolute professional. It goes without saying that she is a diligent planner that overlooks no details. She will set you up for success on your wedding weekend and will make you not have a care in the world on the day of your wedding. All these characteristics would be enough to make Ali worthy of your business, but what pushes her above and beyond is her ability to deal with last-minute chaos. Ali helped replan our wedding in less than 24 hours due to a hurricane. She coordinated between all the vendors, was vigilant about checking the weather, and threw us the best wedding weekend anyone could dream of. If you are in Maine, Ali is an wedding must. -

We got married at the end of august at a summer camp in Maine. While the camp director provided amazing support, there was no coordinator to help with all the things we needed to do and all the things we didn’t know/forgot we needed to do. Ali did that. This special lady helped with so much including anxiety and stress relief leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day. I can’t emphasize enough how grateful we are to her. She did all that she promised and more. She even helped coordinate our dog walking down the aisle and rallying my husbands crazy groomsmen. She even spent her birthday with us for rehearsal! I hired Wedding Angel Events for 2 month coordination before my big day to help guide me through the last few weeks leading up to our wedding and I am SO glad I did! Ali is knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly. She made me feel so comfortable in what is usually a very stressful time. We could not be more grateful for Ali, Janell and Biz's incredible and tireless work, patience, attention to detail, relentless good humor and wisdom with ALL of the constantly changing aspects of our August 2021 vaccinated wedding- and surely many more details behind the scenes that day and weekend that we weren't even aware of because of their magic, skillful organizing and coordination between so many moving parts!
We could not have imagined a more amazing day and weekend- we were blown away. The generosity, creativity, resourcefulness, endless patience, care and grace of everyone who worked so hard during a physically and logistically challenging day in the heat, humidity, thunderstorms, COVID, last minute cancellations (of bridesmaids and photographers), rain changes, etc... was incredible, and inspiring. All of our guests can't stop telling us how much they enjoyed that night, and this wouldn't have been the case without Ali, Janelle, and Biz! I can't imagine what that weekend would have looked like without their hours (and months) of planning, advice, guidance, coordination and management on that day.
Their good senses of humor, creativity, care, and attention to detail made our wedding day an adventure we will not forget- especially walking down the steps to the ceremony site in the thunderstorm under the cover of umbrellas and Janell's quick taking of all of these umbrellas from the wedding party as we entered- this was such a great image of Janell's can-do attitude and problem-solving excellence (with style), and just a small sliver of all the things Janell and Biz were doing behind the scenes that day to make everything go smoothly. Luke and I had such a good time we almost forgot to come back down from our 15 minutes of wedded bliss because we were so excited talking about how the ceremony went!
We can't thank them all enough for all of their patience with us this year (and last) and for working with us to make our wedding more incredible, special, fun, and stress-free than we could have imagined. We so enjoyed meeting and working with these incredible women, and are grateful we had the chance to work with them and learn from them- they reminded us of the important things that day and going forward into our marriage. Thank you!

Ali was such a pleasure to work with! We hired her for our day of coordinator because the last thing I wanted to worry about was dealing with all the last minute details that inevitably come up on the day of the wedding. Even though she was our “day of” coordinator, Ali coached me through the difficult process of postponing our original wedding date to a year later and she reached out again 2 months before our wedding to start the planning process. She kept me organized and on top of many details I would have been otherwise clueless about and she is truly so fun and sweet to work with. We had some crazy weather and Ali was so helpful in the process. Highly recommend using her for your day so that you can relax and enjoy rather than worrying about all the details. Thank you Ali for your patience, being so organized and on top of things, and being a calming presence on our day! -

I loved Ali! We hired her as a day-of coordinator in the last 6 weeks leading up to the wedding. She was an amazing support system and really teased out all the details that I never thought of for the wedding. Ladies if you do one thing for your wedding please HIRE A COORDINATOR!!! .. they will save you on the day -of! The ones offered by the venues might be great but they work for the venue. Ali is there for YOU.. This was advice that I got while planning the wedding and I am SO glad that I did. The pricing was very reasonable and she was very flexible, a fantastic help and did a great job!! I highly recommend her! -

Ali is amazing! So professional, organized, responsive and, most of all, kind and thoughtful!! We never could have survived the wedding process without her. Our wedding venue canceled on us three weeks before the wedding, so there was a tremendous amount of stress and scrambling. Ali was so calm and helpful as we pivoted to a new venue and somehow managed to put a whole new plan in place in just a couple weeks. On the wedding day, Ali was fully hands on with decorating and keeping us all on track and on schedule. The wedding was flawless, thanks to Ali. She’s an absolute joy to work with. If you need a wedding planner, choose Ali! She’s simply the best!!! -

I was lucky enough to work with Ali, the owner of Wedding Angel Events. Truly an absolutely amazing woman, who I never would've made it through COVID wedding planning without!! She not only assisted in planning and day of coordination, but also officiated our wedding and added the most beautiful drapery to our entrance. Ali is truly a wealth of knowledge with a solution for everything. Not only that but she is also the kindest soul and so easy to talk to especially as a stressed out bride. We were able to relax and remain present on our wedding day, I 100% believe this is because of Ali and Anneliese. I truly can't thank them enough!! We both feel so fortunate that we found Wedding Angel Events. The level of service is above and beyond. We were walked through the entire process, able to customize vows, receive feedback, and all of the suggestions Ali gave us were incredibly helpful.
As the date approached we felt very comfortable with everything planned, we had regular phone check-ins that set our mind at ease, and there were even some last-minute changes on our part, but again, they were so flexible with us. Their primary focus was on making the day beautiful and hassle-free for us so we could relax and enjoy our day. Absolutely worth it, cannot recommend Wedding Angel Events any more highly - 10/10 absolutely exceeded our expectations! We are so happy. -

Ali was extremely friendly, accommodating with the wedding ceremony, prompt with arrival time, consistent with communication, and easy to connect with. She made sure that my wife and I had the perfect wedding ceremony that we will never forget. We got Ali's day-of-service package and it turned out great. We already had contacted nearly all of our vendors and had planned to do as much as we could ourselves, and Ali helped make everything after that smooth. We had multiple calls leading up to the wedding with Ali, and her checklists and advice were invaluable to make sure that everything was prepared for wedding day. Once she had all the information she needed and the day of the wedding came, we didn't have to worry about anything on wedding day. She wanted us to have to do as little as possible on wedding day and she succeeded.
