  Wow! I cannot talk about a better experience. Even to this day Royce and Michelle really care about the way everything turns out. Our candid shots are just as beautiful as our posed ones. People all night were talking about how great our photographers were. Truly the icing on a beautiful experience. I would hire them to take pictures of every important moment!

  The best photographer

  We hired Royce for our wedding and couldn't be happier. Our photos exceeded expectations and the turnaround was so fast! Royce was very discreet during the ceremony and reception, which is exactly what we wanted and, in my opinion, is what separates a good photographer from a great one. 10/10 would recommend Royce for your wedding.

  If you are looking for an AMAZING photographer, you need to book Walston Photo (Royce and Michelle). We got the opportunity to speak to Royce over the phone before booking and he answered all of our questions, we felt so comfortable with him that we booked him on the spot. Just look at the work they’ve done- truly beautiful! I didn’t have a pretty hanger for my dress, but they actually brought some in to take nice photos with. They are so friendly and caring and you can tell they truly love what they do. Everyone was telling me throughout the night how pleasant they are to be around, and they really are such a joy to have around on your big day. Their photos come out so cinematic, it’s amazing. The way they work with their lighting is so nice! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone for your wedding or big event!

  easy and fun!

  Royce and Michelle were suuuper awesome! they completely took charge (because i know nothing about photography) and made everything fun and easy! i loved how they were able to capture so many amazing memories and the prints came out so good!! THANK YOU GUYS AGAIN!

  Best wedding photographer

  Great photographer received our photos a week after the wedding. I would highly recommend them we received about 750 pictures fully edited. Royce and Michelle are a great team and captured every moment. Looking back through all the pictures it looks like we never missed a moment of our wedding!

  Friendly and Creative

  Royce and Michelle were both friendly and open to a collaborative approach. They took great care to get the shots we wanted and went above and beyond to give us a fairy tale look with our photos. My hubby and I loved working with this pair. We would greatly recommend their services to others looking for a unique way to have their precious moments captured.

  Walstonphoto was amazing! They sprites all the important big moments and so many of the small moments throughout the day! They really captured it all.

  Highly recommend!

  Royce shot our engagement photos and he and Michelle spent all day with us photographing our wedding. It was a wonderful experience! They are both talented photographers and incredibly nice people. There was a 10 day turnaround time on our wedding photos and they came out amazing!

  Oh my gosh HIRE HIM NOW, he was our favorite vendor. He did our engagement, my bridal and the wedding pics. I mean to tell you he is wonderful everyone just is amazed at our photos. He is so sweet and easy to work with he rescheduled a session when there was flooding and we could not get to location, bless him he did it week before wedding on Sunday and gave us pics Tuesday. His girlfriend Michelle is so amazing too, she is beyond sweet and she really complements his work, he is beyond lucky to have her as part of his team. I can not say enough great things about them. We have so many shots of those little moments that make it personal and I have no clue how they got them but man it really made it special. Truly those sweet shots of something that you think no one sees they got them. Really his work is amazing!!!! I was really worried about finding someone we could feel comfortable with and boy did I some how get something right hiring him. You will not regret it one bit if you hire him. Thanks so much again Dane and Rene

  We got the signature collection with the bridal session, my bride felt very comfortable being a model for Royce, he made it easy for her.
  
  The day of, very important and Royce and Michelle captured photos that we were clueless were even possible because it felt like Royce and Michelle weren’t even there.
  
  All of our photos came out beautiful, there hasn’t been a person to look at them and commit about how beautiful the photos came out.
  
  Needless to say, everyone has been very impressed!
  
  I don’t want to forget to say we received our photos 1 week after our wedding which compared to our friends which took weeks or months, we were very excited and happy about how quick we go them!!

  If you’re looking for a photographer that takes impeccable pictures and is reasonably priced - look no further. Royce’s pictures look like high-end magazine photos. Royce and Michelle of Walston photos are outstanding! My wedding pictures are incredible. He has an eye for perfect shots. I can’t thank him enough for not only capturing memories but making my memories look like a perfect fairy tale wedding! I highly recommend them without reservation!!   Hurricane Harvey wedding

  Royce and his partner were the perfect addition to our San Antonio wedding. They braved Hurricane Harvey and created beautiful memories for us without the luxury of electricity in our venue. We even included them in our photo shoot because we enjoyed working with them so much.

  I don't want to rant, but Royce was absolutely amazing at our wedding! Beautiful, natural pictures without being intrusive during the ceremony as well as great action shots during the reception. Easy, reasonable payments/packages, way more reasonable then other places I was looking. He was flexible in meeting us and payments which was huge for us. Was timely, looked sharp and did a great job! Photo disc and developed package arrived less then a week after our wedding. I couldn't be more pleased, don't hesitate, book him!!   We were so totally overwhelmed by all of the wedding photographs. Royce and Michelle did an amazing job and captured some unbelievable shots. Honestly I was a little apprehensive at first because their prices were so good that I was worried that we would not get the quality and the service we hoped for. We were more than ecstatic when they arrived and after a few hours saw that they were trying their very best to capture every single moment. I totally recommend having two photographers at anyone's wedding. I highly recommend Royce Walston photography for any wedding, or any other big event. We have received so many compliments on the wedding pictures and have already recommended two future Brides to use then. Thank Royce and Michelle for capturing my daughter's wedding memories that we will have forever.

Royce has accomplished that. From the very beginning he was able to help us customize a package that worked best for us and figure out exactly what our needs were. Both my husband and I can be a little shy around a camera and he made it comfortable with his easy going personality. Everyone enjoyed how far he is willing to go for the perfect picture. He will literally get giddy with excitement when he likes something. I couldn't be more adamant that he is your guy for whatever event you need!
