  Avoid at all costs you'll never get your day back again

  Avoid at all costs Don't ruin your day you'll never get that day back again Got married 21st October video and photos were all one package video MICHAELBLACKFILM photographs Waldermar Zukowski Gallery of photos received were poor quality all orange and awful color and poor editing and duplicate of photos incorrect number of photos which we had to request to send the rest of the photos .Final number given was 515 and they were many duplicate were given to bring up number of original agreed 550 .We have tried to resolve this matter many times but they now have stopped responding to phone calls and not addressing issues of photographs or video no album received was paid in full against our better Judgement as day before wedding said he wanted full balance .
  
  • Photographs are missing and stating he was not there , we know what photos were taken guests photos were sent to him showing him with us setting us up for a photograph and he denies taking it stating in his own words “this proves nothing “ . after he stated first he was not there on the red carpet - so upsetting we'll never get the day back again and his attitude towards us is awful.
  
  • Video Frames of my feet and my Mothers feet , Heads half cut off in frames . Ceremony not hearing our vows being said, lots of ceremony moments missing , Cutting from ceremony to reception music and back to ceremony Shaking of video No introduction on video just awful can't even share it with anyone,we thought Michael would help us save something with the video as photos were ruined , we were wrong no effort put into video

  Paid 10hrs service, in Video heads cutoff ,random shoes in video has my wedding shoes in video then takes my friends shoes and puts with my dress for video and photos . my shoes were blue I had set them there for them with the jewelry they just did not care they had their money so many parts cut out of video of the day they Showed up late missed groom getting ready
  photographer&Videographer went missing during drinks reception missing key moments of us playing musicians with the drinks reception musicians
  We know what photos were taken of us as we asked them to be taken and all are missing so upsetting.as so many with my mum and now we just have one.we sent photos back to reedit he’s ignoring calls now ignoring emails no album received – paid Infull.Have to pay someone else to reedit the video and photos and can only use the guest photos to make some album so I have some with my mother.so upsetting and so stressful we held off leaving reviews as we wanted to resolve the matter but now they are ignoring us now and won't give refund be careful dont chance it . I saw the small amount of reviews and went with them , after this happened I dug deeper and found many so upset with issues like ours.so upsetting For us caused so much stress and still causing stress. Waldermar deleted his Google account due to reviews , so many photos ruined and colour awful editing

  Mother of Bride So Upset

  So upset they have ruined my Daughters wedding photos and Video, photos , video +album all bought in one package , ruined photos ruined video and no album received and taken full payment , totally scammed , And now have stopped all communication, poor quality photographs and video given video Michael black film they work together and no album provided which all was paid for in full,So upset as so many photos were taken on the day by him and now missing he claims he was not there even though we have guest photographs showing him setting them & US up for photos, He states "this proves nothing"horrible attitude treatment of my daughter & Husband so unprofessional we had so many photos taken by him as we requested them of my daughter and I alone and with her Husband we received one from him of the 3 of us from the whole day 10hours service was paid for ,orange in colour and not full length taken at the end of the night. We know what photos were taken and he has kept them from us or deleted them. I am so upset how he has treated them now blocked my Daughter & Her Husband as they tried to resolve the matter and get the photos reedited and just get the album done as they paid for it, but now nothing and video was in the package by Michael Black film ruined they feel because they complained about the photos , they just did not want to give a lovely video it was thrown together - frames in video showing my feet and daughters feet , heads half cut off jumping from ceremony to drinks reception and back to ceremony , cant hear their vows just awful no introduction so upsetting we cant show anyone . Don't ruin your day you'll never get that day back again. So unprofessional we are still so upset, we feel scammed , so unprofessional , everyone have a right to say if they are not happy with a service and for this they got punished they just blocked my daughter + Husband kept the money and left them with unedited photos orange and poor quality, and duplicates to bring up the number of photos , thrown together video and no album received all aid in full as 1 -2 days before wedding they wanted the full balance was too late then for them to find someone else but we never thought anything like this would happen , so upsetting , Don't let them ruin your day , don't take the chance - later we found a google review of someone else so upset similar experiences and we said that to him and he deleted that google account.

  Scammed My Sister & Husband out of Money

  Ruined my sisters& Husbands wedding photos Taken by him and video by his colleague Michael black film got paid in full and now has blocked them from any communication, they were paid in full as he wanted all the money 1 -2 days before the wedding they trusted him. They paid for the service and a wedding album , no album given and lots of photos missing and what he has given were so poor he made no effort, Rude on the day no Direction, no effort so sad , My sister so upset , be careful don't get involved with them so unprofessional , taken their money for a poor service and an album never received and blocked them how can anyone do this
