    Best in the business

    Hiring Nena and her team was the best decision that we made while wedding planning. We had her do full planning plus florals. The entire wedding planning process was seamless and so much fun. Nena had so many creative ideas and executed flawlessly. Our guests raved about all of the details that were so perfect and thoughtfully designed. She made our wedding feel so personalized and special. Having a planner that lived near the venue was so helpful in planning a destination wedding. Nena has great relationships with the other wedding vendors in the area and had great recommendations for each aspect of planning. I wouldn't change one thing about our wedding day, it ran so perfectly, each minute felt thoughtfully planned our guests had so much fun and I owe that all to Nena and her team.

    We worked with Nena and her crew for our wedding and they absolutely crushed it. They had some great software to keep us on track the entire time and made coordination extremely easy. My wife and I had some loose ideas on design and would have been lost on our own. They put together some amazing options for us and we were so happy with the way everything came out. We had them handle all of the decorations and flowers and it was all beautiful. The day of the wedding went off without a hitch and my wife and I didn't have a care in the world. I really can't recommend them enough, looking back it was the most "worth it" thing that we did (maybe tied with the magician). Definitely talk to Nena if you are getting married in the area!

    Nena from Vino Fiore was nothing less than amazing. She was my day-of coordinator but she was with me well before the day of my wedding. My entire wedding weekend went so smoothly and I felt so comfortable knowing Nena was in charge. She went above and beyond with my wedding venue. I had ideas in my head on how I wanted the venue decorated and when I saw it for the first time, I was blown away. Nena and her team absolutely killed it! For example, I showed my bridesmaids a garland table runner I wanted on my sweetheart table and they didn't exactly know what they were doing. Once Nena arrived she took over and made it look even better than the picture! As far as coordinating throughout the evening, I was able to truly enjoy my reception because Nena had everything covered. If anything went horribly wrong, I had no idea and that is exactly how it should be for the bride. If you are contemplating whether or not to spend a little bit extra for a coordinator, I would say definitely do it and hire Nena and her team. The peace of mind I had the entire time was priceless!

    Best wedding must have!

    If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner I 100% recommended you put this on your wedding must have list and build it into your budget! Nena was amazing to work with and has amazing knowledge of the industry great recommendations and was asking me questions I never thought to ask myself about my wedding day. She helped lift the stress from my shoulders and made the planning process fun! One thing I wish I would have done is give her free reign to do everything, I thought I’d have more time to enjoy the plannng portion I was responsible for, but my job is very demanding and I work long hours so wedding plans got pushed to the side quite a bit.

    Nena takes the work out of wedding planning for you!

    Nena was truly fantastic to work with for our May 20th wedding. We hired her for month-of coordination but she was really there for us through the entire process. Our initial conversation she got a really good idea of how we wanted to feel and our guests to feel on our big day. She did a fantastic job of being a point of contact for me to bounce ideas off of, ask questions (many questions) and be a support for us. We did a venue walkthrough with her a couple months before our big day. Month of, she took so much weight off of our shoulders. She listened to our needs and our vendors needs. Day of, her and her assistant Kelsie made sure everything went off without a hitch. She made sure we were within our timeline and that vendors had what they needed. I don't know what we would have done without Nena!

    Amazing Ladies!

    Nena and Kelsie are amazing! They are both so professional and efficient. These two lovely ladies made our wedding run so incredibly smoothly. All of our other vendors couldn't stop commenting on how efficient and organized the day ran, and it was largely due to these two wonderful professionals. I'll be honest when I say that I was skeptical about hiring a Day Of Coordinator, but trust me when I say it is WORTH IT. I did not have to worry about a thing, and I don't even want to think about how the day would have been or how stressed I would have been without them. Don't hesitate on booking with Vino Fiore Events!

    Simply wonderful! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Nena and her team! Our wedding day was pure magic and absolutely perfect. Nena suggested all of our amazing vendors, took us step by step through the entire process and helped us develop our vision all the way from Minnesota, where we are from. SIMPLY AMAZING!!

    Nena, what can I even say?! She was everything and more that I wanted in a wedding coordinator. She was on top of everything from the very beginning. She is sweet, kind, caring, and extremely responsive. Our wedding day was an absolute dream - everything from the ceremony to the send off Nena was on every detail. It was more than a joy to work with her. She made sure to be in contact with all of the vendors to make sure every tiny detail was not missed. She's exceptional. Stop looking for a wedding coordinator because you've found the best! Love you Nena, thank you for making my day absolutely magical!

    Nena is absolutely amazing. She was there for us from the day we hired her, about 10 months prior to our wedding even though we only hired her for her month of services. She's very personable and easily makes you feel as though you've known her for years. When we first met with her, we were impressed by the questions she was asked in order to get to know us and understand how we wanted our big day to go. After hiring her, we quickly realized how many connections she has in the Paso Robles and SLO areas, she personally knew almost every vendor we hired! On top of her already awesome personality, her connections with vendors is a HUGE plus because she has a good rapport with them. In fact, we were granted exclusive use of additional items and areas from our venue because Nena was our wedding planner.

    I honestly don't know what we would've done without her. We were married in June, 2016 at a vineyard winery in Templeton, CA and had about 100 guests. She was the backbone of our wedding. She took charge and ran the show like a boss. She alleviated so many tasks and so much stress for us. From our entrance, to the cake cutting to our last song, everything went smoothly and even better than expected. She thought of all the details that we had completely forgotten about (like putting the remainder of our cake in the fridge for us). She checked in on us throughout the day to make sure we were fed and hydrated. She made it so we were able to really just enjoy ourselves and not have to worry about anything.

    Hiring Nena and Vino + Therapy Events for wedding coordination was seriously the best decision we could have made for our wedding day. She is detailed, prompt, always ahead of the game and will keep you informed every step of the way. I can't stress enough how important it is to have her on your side!! She's an absolute blessing. <3

    Vino + Therapy Events is the absolute best!! My wife and I worked with Nena when we planned our destination wedding of 100 guests. We chose the month of package but Nena was there to answer questions from day 1. I don't know what we would've done without her. She is patient, attentive, knowledgeable and very professional throughout the entire wedding planning process. She met with us on multiple occasions when we came into town and even went to our venue on her own (because we live out of town) to meet up with our band / MC in order to help them plan out where they could set up, and ensure that they had all the outlets they would need. Nena also attended our final meeting with our venue manager and thankfully knew to ask all the questions that we never would have thought of. She coordinated all the final details and even had our timeline done ahead of time!!

    She made the day of the rehearsal simple and easy, which was no small deed considering we had about 35 people involved in the rehearsal alone!! (including our parents, minister, and bridal party).

    The day OF ... oh my goodness!! Nena went above and beyond to put the perfect finishing touches on our venue the morning of, setting up and adjusting decor as needed. Her professional and attentive support was second to none. She made our dream wedding day a reality, enabled us to be calm in the weeks leading up and allowed us to enjoy our day to the fullest. We got everything we wanted and more.

    We are so grateful that Nena was there for us so we wouldn't have to worry about anything. Thanks so much again Nena!

    Nena was absolutely positively a life saver! I am so thankful I found her. She did everything and kept me on budget and on schedule. Her attention to detail was perfect, and she always kept me from ever feeling overwhelmed. I wish she would plan all of my events! All of my guests raved about her work. I highly recommend her. She truly is a gem to work with!!!

    Where to begin? Nena was my friend, my advocate and my superstar for the wedding. I truly miss her. She is lovely super organized, professional, resourceful, and witty. She was extremely resourceful and went out of her way to insure we had a picture perfect wedding. She exceeded my expectations and was worth every cent. She won't Nickle and dime you. She did everything I asked and held us steady admist the wedding chaos/frenzy. Everyone kept saying get a same day planner and I am so thankful I didn't. You need someone to oversee all those details you invest so much of your time and emotion in to create magic and love for your honored guests. I am very do it yourself and embodied a specific vision I wanted to execute with two wedding sites, doves, a horse and carriage, singing for my hubby, and even a unicorn pony. She helped me pull this complicated production off flawlessly. She kept everyone on the same page so the photographers knew the list of who needed pictures, she did a horse and carriage schedule, a shuttle schedule and a gorgeous itinerary in our wedding colors. I love love love Nena and please call me if you have any questions. She helped us with last minute budgeting issues and found every way she could to contain cost. Nena handled all our family drama so professionally and yes there were tears. She smoothed everything over. Thanks Nena love Leila & Kaveh

    Nena is probably the sweetest person you will ever meet. She was so helpful and accommodating throughout the whole wedding planning process, even when she had another kid! I am so thankful I had her help through it all. I don't think my wedding would have been even a fraction as amazing without her.

    Not organized, detail oriented or efficient

    Nena is very nice. Having her doing partial planning, design and flowers was too much for her to handle. She missed so many details and so many things were overlooked.

    Our very first meeting with Nena, she was 30 minutes late. I wish I would've realized, at this point, she wasn't very organized, detail oriented or efficient.

    Although I provided her with dozens of photos showing her the style of flowers and tables, her design vision was completely off. We ended up paying and additional $350 for a flower mockup because we weren't confident in her abilities.

    She was supposed to take over all communication with vendors two months out. Less than a month before the wedding, after reminding her of this, she finally took over communication.

    Every time we asked her to do something, she responded with, "no problem!" She never followed through with many of these requests.

    Before we hired her, she said she would go over invoices to make sure we had the best price and appropriate quantities. I was constantly reminding her to change things in invoices.

    She told us some mistakes were made because we hired vendors she was not used to working with. Though many mistakes were made with vendors who were on her preferred list.

    We were $25,000 over budget. She never went over the budget with us, or even brought it up.

    Almost immediately after the wedding, she shut off my account to the planning website. Luckily, I had downloaded all of the guest contact info.

    The wedding was beautiful and romantic thanks to Halter Ranch, Trumpet Vine, family and many other of our vendors. It definitely was no thanks to her. She caused more stress than anything. I would not recommend her for any detail oriented bride.
