Regine truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day absolutely perfect. From the very first consultation to the final farewell, she was professional, attentive, and deeply invested in bringing our vision to life. Her attention to detail, creativity, and organization turned what could have been a stressful process into an enjoyable and exciting journey.
Every element of the day reflected our personalities, thanks to Regine's ability to listen and understand exactly what we wanted. She coordinated with vendors seamlessly, solved any last-minute challenges, and ensured everything ran on time and without a hitch.
The result was a wedding that felt magical, flawless, and uniquely us. We’ve received countless compliments from our guests about how stunning, smooth, and well-orchestrated the entire day was.

My husband and I decided to plan a small wedding the end of October 2024 to be married January 2025. We were keeping it as low cost as possible, and the only way was to plan and do everything ourselves. Little did we know what goes into wedding planning, even inviting less than 80 guests. As time passed, we were starting to stress and realized we were going to need help. Fortunately for us, my husband found Regine who was an absolute godsend. We had an initial consultation with her explaining everything we needed the day of, and she did not hesitate to deliver. Once we signed our contract, we met with her in person and went over our vision for the venue (which was at a park in St Pete that needed some tender loving care after two hurricanes). She then put together a sketch of the venue which exceeded our expectations. Not only did she work with our budget, she communicated with all vendors, created a schedule, found our florist, came to our house the day of our wedding to drop off an emergency kit + pick up decorations and essentials, did last minute clean up at the park, and brought our vision to life. She was so kind to our family and guests, carried herself with grace, and made sure our day was absolutely perfect. We are so thankful to have met her and shared one of the best day of ours lives with her. Anyone that gets to work with her is so lucky! I cannot say enough about how incredible Regine was as our wedding coordinator. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our day was perfect. Regine was not just punctual and communicative—she was incredibly thoughtful, detailed, and patient throughout the entire process.
She didn’t just step in for day-of coordination; she was involved weeks in advance, assisting with planning, researching, and even creating anything we needed to make our big day seamless. Her dedication and expertise were evident in every interaction, and she truly made the planning process so much easier.
On the wedding day itself, Regine was a calming presence, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and on schedule. Thanks to her, I had no stress at all—I could simply enjoy the day. She was attentive to both my husband and me during the reception, making sure we were comfortable and that everything was perfect.
Regine's professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail are unmatched. She truly is a Godsend for anyone looking to have a stress-free wedding day. Regine is absolutely amazing!!! I found Victorious Events quite randomly on Thumbtack and am so grateful that I did- Regine has truly been such a gift from God through the craziness of wedding planning! The entire process was very thorough and easy. She set up several phone meetings to discuss my vision for my wedding, went over details that I never would have thought of, showed such genuine care and excitement for me and my now husband, communicated very clearly between me, my vendors, and my wedding party, and worked so hard on my wedding day to make it the wedding of my dreams! Victorious Events was very reasonably priced and went above and beyond for us, even giving us a sweet engagement gift and offering to pray for us. As the bride, I felt zero stress on my wedding day because I knew that Regine and her assistant were taking great care of me and my guests. I would recommend Regine's services to anyone who is planning an event! -
