  We discovered Ben and Understory as we we were looking for a videographer who would record our wedding ceremony and speeches. We loved that he offered that specific package and at a reasonable price. Ben delivered on our specific ask, but also exceeded our expectations and delivered so much more! He captured other moments throughout the wedding – though there was no expectation to do so – and in the end made a video with a beautiful flow that captured the spirit of our day. Beyond the quality of his video, Ben is incredibly easy to work with, was very discreet (our guests did not notice he was there, in a great way), and overall was a relaxing and joyful presence to have as a part of our day!

  Ben did such an incredible job capturing our wedding day for us! We literally could not have picked anyone better. He was so friendly and easy to work with and made us feel so at ease about being filmed. Both the highlight and full-length videos caught so many candid moments in addition to the planned parts, and he put it all together in such an awesome way that even small, subtle movements match up perfectly with the music. We will treasure these videos for the rest of our lives!

  Ben was excellent! We couldn't have been more pleased with his work, his flexibility and his understanding! We were married about a month ago and my husband was really unsure about having a videographer present at such a small intimate ceremony. He finally agreed, and we are SO glad we did. We hired a photographer and we were very unimpressed. We recently received her photos and I was so sad because I felt like our day was not captured the way I knew it could be. Not even 24 hours later Ben sent us our video. He did such a thoughtful and beautiful job. He nailed it! I have sent it to friends and family. Everyone is raving about it! Thank you Ben from the bottom of our hearts! This video is a real treasure!

  Ben truly was a fly on the wall at our wedding and reception. He captured every perfect moment and watching the video brings us right back to that wonderful day and night. We can't say enough about how easy Ben was to work with and how much we appreciate the video that we will cherish for the rest of our lives and show our children and grand children.

  My fiancé and I were in a difficult position, looking for a videographer a week before our wedding. It must have been fated that we were connected with Ben at Understorymedia. He was extremely professional, calm, kind, and wonderful to work with. He was the best addition to our team of vendors and was a joy to work with. I'd recommend him to everyone!

  My husband and I were very happy with the service and videos that Ben and Understory Media captured for us. We got married on June 5th and it was exciting to meet the team the day of the wedding. Ben was very friendly, professional, and accommodating to work with. We received our "teaser" video about a month after the wedding and the full video a few weeks after. The video was so different and unique than any wedding video I have seen. Overall, we enjoyed working with Ben and understory media and would recommend them to everyone. Thank you for capturing our day so beautifully and we will treasure the video for years to come

  For my wedding day what I wanted most was to somehow capture the essence of the day - the feeling - emotion; the way the guests felt - the excitement, nerves, love. I wanted to be able to watch the video and relive the moment - truly feel there - alive - and present. Ben understood this desire. When I watch the video I feel all that I felt on that day and such joy and love spreads over me. I'm so thrilled that we decided to have Ben film our wedding - he was never in our faces or our guests faces - it was all natural and very organic. The documentary style of his work is so captivating and telling. He told the story of my wedding day - and, well, it doesn't get much better than that!
