The people there are AMAZING and more then willing to kick in extra hands/help with anything. The day was beyond perfect even with a few slips from other venders the folks at the theater stepped in and made sure the day the went smoothly. I did not have to worry about ANYTHING. I would recommend the theater for any event you are looking to do. Just keep in mind that they aren't a restaurant so table linens and flateware will have to come from else where. However the value of the space makes up for the cost of having to rent those items 100 times over. Was so much fun. The perfect day.

Town Hall Theater was perfect! We chose it because it was the only place that gave us the freedom to make the day entirely our own.

Responsiveness- Haley was so much fun to work with. She answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly and she is SO nice! Very accessible by any route including email, which was important for me.

Flexibility- we were able to choose our vendors freely and go nuts with DIY projects, too, which helped us keep the budget in check. No restrictions except that catering must be provided by a licensed caterer and alcohol (beer/wine only) must be arranged by THT. Our bar bill was $1200 less than expected, though!

Equipment- THT provides all the chairs you could possibly need, 20-ish banquet tables, and a dozen-ish cabaret tables.

Venue- The building is beautiful! The reception space feels huge and the stage made it more interesting. We chose to have buffet tables and dinner seating on the stage with dancing and more seating in front of the stage, but it would work just as well the opposite way. We had about 110 guests and that seemed perfect, though you could certainly fit more. There is a small balcony where some of our older guests sat out the later end of the night- more quiet and out of the way but still in view of the action. The ticket booth in the lobby was perfect as a bar. There is a nice outdoor space with stone benches- we used that for our cocktail hour, and our rain plan was the art gallery downstairs. We got ready in the theater dressing room and that made for really cute getting-ready photos.

Day of- The THT staff is so helpful! They set up beautiful lighting for the dance floor and the rest of the room and laid out the tables and chairs for us. They found us a steamer, let us do some last-minute printing, and put out quite a few last-minute fires for us, and our caterer and day-of coordinator both commented that they were really easy to work with. We are so happy we decided to have our reception here!
