    Our wedding cake from Tipsycakes was both delicious and beautiful! I had a photo of a design I wanted our cake to be based off of, and Tipsycake did a beautiful job executing the buttercream design. They were also very accommodating in making each of our three tiers a different flavor.

    Tipsy Cake was amazing. Our wedding cake was gorgeous. I tasted so many different vendors cakes and i am not a cake person at all so it takes a lot for me to like something. They were the best. You can mix any flavor and filling you can think of. We had so many complements on the cake from a ton of our guests. They were so easy to work with and had soo many ideas. We went in there with not having a clue what we wanted. Initially, we wanted a small 2 tier cake because our vendor was providing the dessert but we left there with a 4 tier cake because it was going to be absolutely gorgeous and delicious. This did not taste like your typical wedding cake. It was so moist and delicious. I will be using Tipsy anytime I need a cake!! I highly recommend them!!!

    Tipsycake did an amazing job on our cake. 1st of all the cake tasting we could of done for hours as all of our choices were delicious and our cake the day of (and day after leftovers) was so delicious. They were able to take the design from our save the dates and recreate it onto the cake (loved it!)

    I had a surprise grooms cake made for my wedding and Tipsy cake did an outstanding job. The 3D Star Wars Millenium Falcon cake made my event!

    Tipsy Cake provided a reasonably priced, beautiful wedding cake for our summer 2011 wedding. My husband loves carrot cake, and Tipsy Cake was the best carrot cake/wedding cake option. The cake was tasty and met all of our needs

    We had two cakes from tipsy cake and they were both beautiful and delicious. They were easy to work with and created exactly what I wanted!

    Naomi and her staff knocked it out of the park on my groom's cake! It was exactly what I wanted and he was so suprised! My husband and I are baseball rivals, him Sox and me Cubs, and Naomi came up with the idea of making a baseball hat of each team and a hotdog in the middle with the word "truce" in between. Not only did it look amazing, it was delicious! Everyone loved the chocolate cake with peanut-butter filling! I will definitely use Tipsycake for any speciality cakes in the future!

    I ordered my Groom's cake thru Tipsy Cake and was SOOO excited and pleased with the outcome! I presented the cake to my groom as a surprise at the rehearsal dinner and he was soo excited!

    When I was looking for bakeries to make this cake, I knew it was going to be expensive based on the type of cake I was having made. I wanted a replica full size guitar cake made to look like one of my groom's favorite guitars.

    I called around and was getting quotes from $300-1300! When I finally reached Tipsy Cake, they were so nice to work within my budget! They were so generous in doing that cake for more than 50% off what they originally quoted me- it was obvious that they wanted my business, and I really appreciated that!

    The cake was made to look EXACTLY like the guitar, was delivered on time, and even LIT up! It was good too! Chocolate with oreo cream filling....

    Thank you for making this cake within my budget and making our rehearsal dinner all that more perfect!

    What can I say? Naomi and her crew were THE BEST! She asked great questions to find out more about us, listened to want we wanted, and graciously displayed her professional experience. I felt very comfortable and confident that our cake was going to be fabulous. As the bride, I didn't have to worry about anything.

    Once we decided and left the store, it was a piece of cake! We didn't have to worry about delivery, cutting, packaging afterwards, etc. I had great compliments regarding taste and before cutting, found many guests snapping photos of our 3-tiered humurous display. It was a riot!

    Thanks so much, Naomi! We will definitely be calling you in the future to make us more great cakes.

    Tipsycake in Chicago was wonderful. Naomi, the owner was always prompt in replying to me questions and was flexible with my time frames. The cake was beautiful! It tasted wonderful and it was exactly what I wanted. I would recommend tipsycake in Chicago to anyone, they did an excellent job and I have no complaints.

    Naomi at Tipsycake is one of my favorite people I met during wedding planning. From the second I walked in "just to get some cupcakes" she knew I was a bride scoping out the place. The moment DH and I tasted the cupcakes, we were sold. We had one of our best moments of wedding planning doing our official cupcake tasting. About 10 frostings and different flavored cakes...that's what we call bliss. Naomi was great helping us pick out 4 unique flavors which ended up being a HUGE hit at the wedding. Mmm, think I might have to go after some red velvets this weekend.

    Naomi, the owner, met with us for our cake tasting. She was wonderful and helped meet our budget needs. The 3 flavors (2 tiers and one sheet cake) of cake were exceptional and I loved every bite!!!!!

    After reading varying reviews about Tipsy cake, my sister's strong recommendation led me to choosing Tipsy Cake for our reception. We were able to find a cake design we liked online and provided Naomi the image file, and then modified it to match the color of my wife's Indian lengha outfit for our reception. The cake looked amazing, and it tasted just as good, and it was delivered on time with the proper care instructions. We also picked up a sheet cake as back up, and the yellow fondant cake with raspberry cream was excellent. Naomi, the owner, did an excellent job with the cake.

    Tipsy cake did the cake for our wedding and it was fabulous. It looked beautiful and tasted great. The cake was moist and flavorful. Naomi's artistic interpretation of our ideas was elegant and imaginative. We requested that they produce some specific decorative birds and they did a masterful job in crafting the spun sugar. I'll go back to them for future events and recommend them without reserve.

    When we went to the bakery first it was about a year before the wedding and we decided right then and there that was where we wanted the cake from. I loved cupcakes and wanted something different for our wedding. we decided for cupcakes and loved them all. we had 5 different kind of flavors with 5 different kind of frostings they were just beautiful and people loved it at our wedding. it was so much more convenient. I would recomend tipsy cake and i might go there for our future cakes once again.

    Naomi from Tipsycake made our dreams come true. We had a very specific cake that we wanted made and it was more beautiful then we anticipated. We couldn't have been happier. The bonus: It was the best Carrot Cake that either my wife or I have had, even to this day. Naomi also did a fabulous job in setting up the cake and cake table for the wedding. We regularly get cakes and other baked treats from Tipsycake for our special occasions after our wonderful experience at our wedding. We recommend Tipsycake to anybody who needs wonderful cakes from a baker that cares and goes the extra mile for you.

    We met with Naomi back in January. She talked with my fiance and came up with a groom's cake that he would love. (My idea of a stack of suitcases to reflect our joint passion of travel was nixed by the both of them. Well, it is a GROOM'S CAKE!)

    Anyhoo, his love of the Indianapolis Colts was mentioned. She came up with the idea of this gigantic horse shoe in blue fondant. It is the most hideous shade of blue. It was very Denton.

    The red velvet cake was so freaking good that we ate the remaining 3 pieces within hours of getting home the day after the wedding. Cake makes a lovely dinner, no? I would highly recommend.

    Naomi was fabulous to work with. I came in with two pictures in hopes of creating a cake that blended the two styles. She executed it flawlessly and was entirely reasonable in price.

    We met with Naomi, and she gave us a bit of a hard sell, but the samples were great. She completely sold us on her passion fruit butter cream, and she helped us pick a cake design. We brought a few pictures in, and our cake at the wedding looked exactly like the picture. It was perfect. We got a different type of cake for each of our layers, and each layer tasted great, although I couldn't taste the passion fruit butter cream I was so excited about, and the color of one of the layers seemed a little intense (really really yellow). But I was more concerned about the taste, which was excellent (especially the fondant! amazing). Naomi followed up with me right after the wedding, and was very professional and responsive. I would recommend using her in the future. My mother-in-law also used her for our rehearsal dinner cake, which was really cute and tasted great as well.

    Great value for the cost. the cake was beautiful and exactly what we imagined only better. cake was delicious as well, not dry like most wedding cakes. lots of flavors available to choose from and very flexible on providing what was asked.

    Our cake was beautiful and delicious. The only reason I am not giving a 5, is because the customer service was not the best. We had trouble getting hold of Naomi on the phone with some questions, and we were told it's easier to email, but when we emailed, we never got a response at all, so we had to keep calling until we got our questions answered. It was very frustrating, but in the end, everything turned out fine, and we got many compliments on the cake.

    Our cake was beautiful and delicious and the price was very reasonable. The only problem we had was our caterer had a hard time cutting the cake for some reason which resulted in big slices and we ran out of cake. It was not that big of a deal b/c most everyone got a slice but still. I am not sure if this was a problem with the caterer or the cake, our design was very simple too. But I still reccomend them!

    If you want a delicious wedding cake, Tipsy is the way to go. Definitely include a red-velvet layer whether you're southern or not... your guests will thank you!

    Tipsy has a relaxed approach to cake aesthetics... they'll do or try anything but don't expect the prim, orderly symmetry of a traditional cake. That's not their specialty. The flavor of their cakes are exceptional and in the end, we valued taste over perfect layer alignment.

    Plus Naomi is a warm, lovely person (Aussie!) who is easy to work with. My husband is Aussie so this made her an easy choice!
