An Amazing Day!
Deciding to have my wedding at The Woodlands CC was the best decision I made! We working with Annemarie throughout the entire process, which was absolutely amazing, she thought of every little detailed needed and made the wedding planning process extremely easy. The food and drinks were so delicious, it is the number one thing our guest mentioned about our venue. We cannot recommend The Woodlands CC enough! -

Annemarie and team at The Woodlands Country Club could not have been any better to work with! They were absolute magic and our day was simply perfect. From the first meeting to the wedding day, Annemarie was responsive, professional, kind, she CARED, and she was able to make our vision even better than we dreamed up. If you want a venue that can throw one heck of a party, brings ideas, but ultimately makes what you want a reality and genuinely cares about you/will manage your day to perfection, very literally look no further. -

An incredible and unforgettable weekend!
We got married at the woodlands country club Oct 28th and the entire wedding process was SO easy. The food is incredible. The landscape is breathtaking. Annemarie and her team are so helpful and make sure the wedding day is easy and that the bride is not stressed about anything. They took care of so many things leading up to our wedding and the day went so smoothly and perfect. I couldn’t have imagined a better day. -

Deciding to have our wedding at TWCC was one of the best decisions we could make. Annemarie and team made the wedding planning process so easy with their quick response, flexibility, ability to help make our Persian ceremony wonderful through all of our different requests. We were stress free on the wedding day due to the attentive staff. Our guests still talk about how great the food and drinks were! I would recommend this venue to anyone! -

The Woodlands Country Club was the best decision we made in planning our wedding. They were very experienced, professional and provided input, suggestions and solutions when needed. We were blessed with the best day of coordinator (Annemarie). She provided us with preferred vendors, was very quick to respond to any questions, and reached out to us with any questions or clarification about our special day. She truly took care of us and made sure we accounted for everything for planning as well as made sure everything ran smoothly the day of. The venue it self was amazing, we were looking for a venue that wasn't a barn or in the city. We ended up picking it because of it's floor to ceiling windows in the ballroom and the outdoor ceremony spot in front of the lake. It was truly magical and turned out even better than we could have imagined. -

Perfect Fall Venue
The Woodlands Country Club was the perfect venue for our fall wedding in October 2023! Booking almost 2 years in advance, Annemarie was an amazing guide throughout every step of the way up until wedding day. She was always quickly responsive to all wedding/planning questions and working with our wedding coordinator to run our rehearsal and ceremony seamlessly. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, and the outdoor ceremony by the lake exceeded my dreams. During the ceremony, there were even white doves and deer in the background, straight out of a fairytale. The cocktail hour on the covered patio demonstrated the most beautiful sunset, and the indoor woodsy ballroom for reception created an open and ethereal environment filled with dancing all night long. All of the included vendors worked effortlessly together to create a low stress and successful day. To top it all off, every guest commented on how wonderful the food was. Could not recommend this venue and Annemarie enough! -

Could not ask for a better Venue!
The Woodlands Country Club and their staff are the best! From the time I first called them to the very end of our wedding, they made sure we did not forget a single detail and made sure we knew the next steps! My mom and I were able to breathe the wedding week knowing The Woodlands team had it all under control! They gave their honest opinion when asked and were just the biggest help in planning our dream wedding! Annemaire was so responsive to my weekly questions and always professional and upbeat about each item! Not a detail went missed and everything went beyond our expectations day of!! We can't recommend The Woodlands Country Club enough!! -

We cannot imagine having a better venue than The Woodlands Country Club for our daughter's wedding. We are so grateful for the Club's event planners' expert coordination of the countless details involved in planning a wedding. They were always cheerful, reassuring, and tireless in fielding our questions and guiding us through the planning process. Their knowledge and expertise contributed immeasurably to the success of the wedding which far exceeded our expectations! We want to give high praise to all of the staff for their professionalism and graciousness. The food was wonderfully prepared and delicious! It's not easy preparing a plated dinner for such a large number of guests, but the results were outstanding! Despite having a few obstacles to contend with, like an unexpected windstorm, all details were superbly managed. We always felt assured that the day-of coordinators had everything under control. They made our daughter and son-in-law's wedding a day that will always be remembered with great joy and gratitude. -

My husband and I were blown away by TWCC. The support we received from Annemarie and her team was absolutely incredible. They were prompt, took care of the smallest of details, and walked with us every step of the wedding planning journey. The entire process could not have been smoother. Annemarie is a blessing to all of those around her and she is absolutely AMAZING at her job. She consistently went above and beyond - special ordering a "local" beer for my husband's family, cutting my Mother's dress, and letting me borrow her (very cute) jacket since it was cold outside. The Woodlands Country Club was the best choice for our wedding reception - the venue is beautiful and Annemarie is the best of the best! -

As the search began for the wedding venue, we came across the Woodlands Country Club. Soon after our visit, my daughter, now Son-in-Law, his mother and my husband and I, were attracted to the amenities and beauty of the location. The Jewel on the Crown was Annemarie McKay and Staff Members. They were all extraordinary, friendly and professional. Woodlands Country Club went above and beyond to make my daughter's and husband's wedding day personal and delightful! The wedding was beautiful with the lakeside view, food and drink presentation was excellent, and the reception venue was wonderful! This is an all-inclusive package gem totally worth it! The surrounding areas and hotels along the venue are also amazing. I highly recommend the Woodlands Country Club to meet your wedding dreams! -

My husband and I planned our wedding in under 4 months. TWCC made the process smooth, they not only do the food, provide linens, desserts, cake, alcohol, lighting. But they helped us find music and our officiant. On the very day of the wedding, we were treated like royalty and the staff was incredibly attentive and kind towards our guests. The indoor/outdoor facility gave us peace in case it rained or was too cold to have the ceremony outside. They have a plan and solution for everything! -

Wow, oh wow, I don't even know where to begin my infinite amount of praises for Annemarie and her staff at The Woodlands Country Club at the Palmer Course. We booked our reception at this venue, and it surely did not disappoint! We worked with Annemarie for about sixteen months, and she is a joy to work with. She is so personable, so reassuring, and so bubbly! I can not sing her praises enough. My husband and I got married on January 9th, 2021, during the COVID-19 pandemic, which was a tad stressful, but Annemarie was on the ball and was so kind and quick when answering my 100's of emails. We were one of the lucky ones who did not have to change their date or make any drastic changes for our reception because of regulations, and our wedding reception... dare I say it, was PERFECTION, and it was because of Annemarie and her staff. We were able to soak everything in and truly enjoy our time of celebration. As the bride, I didn't feel overwhelmed, the staff was timely, organized, and moved lighting fast without a peep or complaint! The food was incredible! I will be dreaming about those crab cakes for the rest of my life!! One of the best parts about this particular venue is that they have recommendations for vendors, which we also used, and it was amazing!! They all knew each other because they had worked together before. I honestly could not have pictured a more perfect day, and we just can't thank Annemarie and her staff enough for all that they did to make our day the most memorable one.
Annemarie, you bring us such joy and warm our hearts with memories of working with you. Thank you for all that you did for us!! We just can' thank you enough!

Phenomenal Wedding Coordinator at The Woodlands Country Club
My sister had her wedding reception at The Woodlands Country Club in 2018 and after seeing how amazing and helpful Annemarie was with the entire process, I knew I also wanted to have my reception there! I could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator. Annemarie is incredible at her job. She is so helpful and patient, especially during all of the re-planning that we had to do during this crazy covid time. Really, we re-planned our reception 3 times and Annemarie was very patient every single time. She worked with all of our vendors to help get new plans and quotes for all of our changes throughout the uncertain covid months. I could go on and on about how helpful Annemarie was throughout the entire process. She made planning the wedding as stress free as possible. She has really great ideas and contacts so the whole process was very easy. The country club is gorgeous too! They have many really pretty places for pictures. Even after our wedding, Annemarie held onto a few items for us (for a month) that we left at the country club the night of the wedding (oops!). I would 10/10 recommend this as a wedding ceremony and reception venue! -

Annemarie is an absolute JOY to work with! I cannot say enough good things about her and The Woodlands Country Club. My wedding reception was nothing short of magical - food, drinks, timeline, delivery - it was all perfect! All of our guests are still telling us how much fun they had. Would highly highly recommend if you are considering holding your wedding ceremony/reception at this venue! (We actually wish we’d had our ceremony here too! I can't say enough about this venue. Annemarie is simply the best. It is like having a wedding planner without having to hire one! She was so flexible and made this anything but a cookie cutter wedding. Everybody raved about the food and all the special touches that this venue helped us to create! We had issues throughout COVID and it poured on our wedding day and yet it went as smooth as possible with no issues! Annemarie even made sure my parents had time to sit down and eat! She took care of it all! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
