The reservations manager at the Westin delivered the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My husband and I got married at a venue nearby and we reserved a block of rooms at the Westin for our guests. Many of our guests were hassled upon arrival and departure, but worst of all, the reservations manager tacked on hundreds of dollars to our bill without explanation. After apologizing and promising to remove the charge, she went back on her word and charged us anyway. It's been months since our wedding and we are still dealing with the nightmare that has been working with this hotel.
