Items stolen. Mother and law forgot an iPad and medications in her room after checkout. Having stayed an extra night we went to the lobby and notified security. Security told us they checked the room and nothing was inside, after arguing with security to let us inside the room to see what was left ....Lo and Behold, we found her medication, gifts, and an iPad plug still inside the wall but no iPad. If they went inside they would have seen all of this. They either stole the iPad or never went to check. HORRIBLE.
However, one big screw up was that we gave cash directly to Victoria a few days before our wedding, for our rehearsal dinner, we even got a receipt from her inside the the lobby. But, when we got our final bill 2 months after we saw that they never accounted for our 2k. WTF. After countless emails to her office and to accounting no one answered. After weeks of no communication, we got an email from Victoria saying that they are sending us to collections for non payment. How on earth can you bypass all of our emails and phone calls for a corrected final bill and now say your just sending us to collections????
