Wedding - October 2022

We love The Palms! We got married October 2022 at The Palms and we’re still reliving this magical day. It was the 2nd venue we looked at on a list of 15, and after we visited we immediately stopped looking. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and fit the upscale yet relaxed tropical vibe we wanted.
Vanessa, our venue coordinator, was absolutely amazing from the start and all the way through to the very end of our wedding night. She is incredibly responsive and thorough. She somehow managed to keep track of every little detail I’d sent her over the year and executed it to the T on wedding day! She is hands down, one of the most amazing professionals we’ve ever had the pleasure to work with.
The Palms was very accommodating to our requests. My husband and I are currently living out of state, and this was the perfect venue in the sense where many things are included in their package (catering, cake, linens, chairs, etc), but there was enough flexibility to make things personalized to our wishes. We never felt constrained, and our wedding was better than we could have ever imagined!
We will be visiting The Palm’s for many years to come. Thank you!

Best Day Ever!!!!!

We got married at The Palms on March 10th and everything was magical! Barbara and her team blew us away. Every. single. staff member was amazing, from the front desk, to bellman, to valet, to the banquet staff. Barbara made planning our destination wedding so easy and stress free. I can not thank The Palms enough for giving us the best day ever!! If you're considering getting married here... DO IT! We can't wait to come back again and again :)

Perfect Day!

We could not be happier with our wedding at The Palms Hotel. I received so many compliments from our guests on how gorgeous the venue was and how friendly the staff was! Barbara was our day-of-Coordinator and she was extremely helpful, professional, and responsiveness. I am a an anxious person and had practically zero stress/worrieds on my wedding day bc I was confident the Palms had everything handled and they did!! Do yourself a favor and book this venue!

"Unforgettable Wedding Experience at The Palms Hotel: A Perfect Day with Barbara's Exceptional Coordination"

I recently had my wedding event at The Palms Hotel, and I cannot express enough how wonderful the experience was. Barbara, our wedding day coordinator, was an absolute gem. Throughout the months leading up to the wedding, she was incredibly patient and flexible, always accommodating my questions and changes with grace. Her responsiveness and sweetness truly made the planning process a breeze.

On the day of the wedding, Barbara was a superstar. Everything ran flawlessly, and her attention to detail ensured that I was stress-free and able to fully enjoy every moment. The venue itself was breathtaking, effortlessly setting the perfect ambiance for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.

We were delighted with the getting ready room and our hotel accommodations, although I must mention that the closets were a bit small. However, this minor detail was quickly resolved with the help of one of my bridesmaids staying at the hotel who kindly offered a solution to store my dress in her room. Just a small consideration for brides-to-be: if you plan to keep your dress hidden from your partner before the ceremony, you might need to get creative with storage arrangements.

Overall, the entire staff at The Palms Hotel went above and beyond to make our special day truly unforgettable. We are so grateful to have chosen such a beautiful venue and are thrilled with how everything turned out. If you're considering The Palms for your wedding or any event, I wholeheartedly recommend it. Best Wedding Venue you could ever pick

If you are planning a wedding, you must consider the Palms as your venue. The hotel is beautiful, the location is amazing and the best part is the staff. If you are a bride, especially planning on your own, The Palms staff will make your dreams come true with ease and you will not have to worry about anything the day of. They are the best team in town to help you create the event of your dreams. Organized, timely and very professional are among the incredible qualities that makes this team amazing. A special shot-out to Barbara, Vanessa and Ana for all their help and support during the planning process. The spa team was incredible the day of. I was very happy with my hair and make up. Thank you to all the team members that helped us move in and out all the decorations. The staff throughout is just great. Also, the food at this hotel is amazing. If you stay there, make sure to check out the restaurant, bar and maybe event in room dining. I had the best breakfast in my room the day of my wedding and the service was outstanding once again. Thank you!

After many venue touring, the palms hotel and spa stole our hearts away.

Our wedding came out exactly like how we wanted. The Palms had made the entire planning process stress free for us. Vanessa was our catering manager and day of coordinator, she was fantastic! Vanessa answered all of our questions in a very responsive manner. The services and the result of our wedding was amazing. I recommend anyone that is planning to host their wedding in Miami to checkout The Palms.

Our dream wedding

Our wedding was SENSATIONAL. Vanessa our wedding day coordinator and venue manager for our weekend was incredible. Our wedding ended up becoming a destination event for us as we relocated out of state. Vanessa answered all my questions promptly and helped us plan our wedding with ease. Best decision you will ever make!

I chose The Palms Hotel & Spa for my wedding venue and it was the BEST decision I ever made. Every single detail exceeded my expectations, from the hotel service to the incredible events team. I'm from NYC and wanted a destination wedding in the carribean, but had to settle on Florida to ensure our older family members would be able to join us for our special day. The Palms Hotel is a hidden gem that transports you into a tropical paradise, while still having the benefits of city accessibility. The events team is second to none! Vanessa Oritz and her team were super organized, flexible and helped make every vision I had come to fruition. I highly recommend The Palms for weddings, events and even just a vacation! all my NYC guests are still raving about the weekend! Simply spectacular!

We received several comments from our guests that it was the best wedding they had ever attended. We planned our Miami wedding from Ohio, and Vanessa couldn’t have been more helpful. We are extremely satisfied with our experience and wish we could do it all over again.

Incredible venue and staff too!!

My husband and I got married at the Palms Hotel & Spa on 9/2/23 and it was the best day ever! We had been in communication with Barbara, our day of coordinator for almost a year leading up to the event and she was incredible. She was timely with her responses and so very helpful. Anything we needed, she was able to assist us with. The venue itself was so beautiful and the staff who was there on the day of our wedding were very attentive. It was also great to have our family and friends stay at the same place that we got married at, this made it easy for everyone who traveled for our wedding. I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone considering it!!

A Perfect Miami Beach Wedding at the Palms

My wife and I recently got married and chose the The Palms Hotel in Miami Beach as our venue and we couldn't have been happier with how it turned out. We had a Welcome Dinner outside under the tiki huts that was perfect and we had our reception in one of the hotel ballrooms. Vanessa handled all of our vendors effortlessly. The food was excellent, the service was first class, and the experience was perfect. We also took advantage of the ocean view suite for our rehearsal and reception nights which is highly recommended!

The Palms made our whole wedding experience unforgettable. We'll be back some day to stay again!

The Palms is responsive, clean, and detail oriented.

The Palms exceeded our expectation for our wedding day. Our wedding planner was kind, respectful, responsive, and truly cared about every detail on our wedding day. She took all the stress and pressure off of me for the entire experience. The resort is clean, beautiful, and truly feels like a tropical oasis in the heart of Miami Beach.

Beautiful venue, great quality food, excellent communication with co-ordinator

We fell in love with this venue through the photos alone and visiting it in person confirmed this for us.

The venue contacts Barbara and Vanessa are very attentive and communicate excellently.
The venue is perfect to spend time with guests before and after the wedding, the pool and pool bar were used lots during our stay.
The food and drinks are to an excellent standard also.
Venue is a 10 min uber ride from Ocean Drive, which is close enough to where all the nightlife is

The perfect venue and partner

The Palms Hotel and Spa was perfect in every aspect from the staff to the venue itself. Truly a unique venue, and top notch service. What we liked the most was how helpful and consultative they were. We loved it and so did our guests.

We are so happy that we made the choice to have our Wedding and Welcome party at the Palms Hotel and Spa. The venues are absolutely beautiful, the food was amazing and service top notch. Barbara Penalver went above and beyond every step of the way to ensure our wedding visions came to life. She was always responsive, attentive and detailed oriented and put us at ease throughout the entire 8 months of planning. Highly recommend this venue for your wedding.
