Our wedding reception at Miller Room with Zilli Hospitality Group in June 2023 far exceeded all of our expectations! It is the most beautiful venue, with lake views, a huge outdoor patio space, modern feel, and located right off of the highway but still in the heart of Milwaukee. We had the most fabulous planning experience with Olivia F. She was organized, timely, and wonderful at communicating in the months leading up to the wedding. On the day of, all of the staff that we worked with was professional and courteous, we especially loved with Jose! We can’t thank Zilli enough for creating a picturesque reception. They worked exceptionally well with our other vendors and took care of every last detail! We highly recommend having your wedding here!

If I could give the Zilli Hospitality Group staff at The Miller Room ten stars I would! Our experience with the Zilli Hospitality Group staff was phenomenal from start to finish. Deanna was organized, professional, and very responsive to (and patient with!) our many questions, changes and revisions. Most importantly, she was always warm and friendly, as were all of the event staff. Stephanie Zilli, our event manager, and Kandy, his assistant, went above and beyond the day of the celebration to make sure everything went smoothly. David, the executive sous-chef, prepared delicious meals that were served efficiently by Egan, Jesus, Jennifer, Antoinette, Ethan, Timmia, Kate, Peter, and Rion. Bartenders Courtney, Gina, and Holly were fantastic. I can't say enough about what a wonderful venue this is for a wedding ceremony and celebration!

My husband and I could not be happier that we chose the Miller Room to host our wedding! From beginning to end everything was absolutely spectacular and beautiful. The service provided by each and every staff member was above and beyond what we could have imagined. Our families cannot stop talking about how great of a venue this was. We would recommend this venue to anyone!

The Miller Room @ Zilli Lake & Gardens O'Donnell Park was the perfect location for our wedding reception. It has two entire walls of floor to ceiling glass windows which provide gorgeous views of the lake and surrounding museums, e.g., the Milwaukee Art Museum and Discovery World. Rental of the venue also included access to its partially covered, outdoor patio that faces Lake Michigan. We ended up hosting our cocktail hour on the patio, which our guests LOVED! I would definitely recommend choosing the Miller Room for your wedding reception and Zilli Hospitality Group for your catering needs!

This venue is absolutely breathtaking with windows along two sides of the room looking out to Lake Michigan. Our ceremony took place just outside of the venue in the North Gardens which overlooked the Milwaukee Art Museum. The Zilli Hospitality group offers the highest level of professionalism when working with clients and even has a group tasting event for couples to try a variety of food before their big day. After our wedding we were invited to an event with complimentary dinner and drinks for their newlywed couples, which we were unfortunately unable to attend. The food was absolutely amazing and the staff was so helpful in both set up and cleaning up. ZHG is incredibly accommodating with any special requests and were really helpful and easy to contact in the week leading up to our wedding. I would highly recommend their services. Candy and Roxanne were especially helpful in the entire process and answered my many, many questions.

Working with Zilli Hospitality definitely had its ups and downs. Maybe it was because we planned a wedding during a pandemic, but with things opening up, it was a little crazy with the previous venue we booked with them which was owned by the county (DO NOT BOOK THE BOTANICAL GARDENS!!). The county and Zilli and us had several miscommunications that led to frustrations and finger pointing from higher ups on both sides that was frankly unprofessional. We had to switch to the Miller Room 2 months before our wedding, which ZIlli helped us with, but we were not happy with. The wedding ended up beautiful and they were able to transfer literally everything over to the new venue with no extra charges except a shuttle bus from the ceremony venue to the reception. Yvette and Cheyenne who we worked directly with as our assigned wedding coordinators were amazing. But literally everyone else we worked with in Zilli was difficult to work with and liked to give half truths. Anyway, the food was FANTASTIC!! The wedding turned out beautiful and I have no regrets going with Zilli.
