We absolutely loved this venue. Barb worked with us for all the decorations and the plan for the day and she was absolutely lovely. She is a talented designer and decorated beautifully and they have an immense collection of decorations available to choose from. She helped keep the day running smoothly and was available for whatever we needed- ready to go above and beyond. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and always being updated with a beautiful outdoor courtyard for our ceremony and the beautiful open door barn style for the reception. They did set up and tear down, provided linens and service and were our same day wedding planner/coordinator. Can't say enough good things about this Venue. It is such a deal for all they provide.

When we first got engaged I had a list of venues I wanted to see. The Mercantile was the first venue we went to see, and we fell in love. We never went to look at anything else after the walkthrough. From the scenery to the people to the atmosphere, The Mercantile was the place for us. We are so grateful for everything Barb, Dan, and their team has done for us. They truly went above and beyond and we couldn’t be more thankful!

My sister was married there yesterday and it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Everything you need is in this one venue. Highly highly recommend for all bride to be’s!

Our day was beyond our dreams!

I don't know where to begin. Barb and Dan are the PERFECT people for this business. We booked with The Mercantile in January of 2020 for our September 2021 wedding. The pictures do not do justice for how BEAUTIFUL this place is. I immediately fell in love when I stepped foot onto the patio area. With the rustic antique chic look, it just simply worked in its UNIQUE way. Honestly, this got me out of my comfort zone because I am a girl who love symmetry but this venue is DIFFERENT and it just exceeds itself in so many ways.
Beyond the venue, you get Barb and Dan. They make wedding planning so much easier and stress free. I don't know how many times I texted Barb and started with "I'm sorry to bug you but...", and no matter what I asked, Barb always responded. She works with you every step of the way and I am so thankful for her. The day of the wedding I had several things I needed to checkoff my list before the ceremony, but Barb took care of it all. It is so OBVIOUS how much
she loves this line of work and she does it so well, with so much ease and PASSION. After our ceremony she was the first person we saw and I couldn't help but give her the biggest hug because she made it all possible. Can't forget about Dan though, for us he was there for the party and made sure the rest of the night turned out amazing. He and the staff executed our sparkler send off perfectly. Yes, even the staff was amazing.
We received so many compliments how beautiful the venue was and it definitely deserves the credit.
Thank you, Barb and Dan, so much for making this day wonderful and beautiful in every way. We are so grateful for you and wish you all the best with future weddings. Any couple is so lucky to have you help celebrate such an important day.

I cannot say enough good things about this wedding venue! From the set up, decor, staff, the owners Barb and Dan, the tear down, etc. everything was so perfectly done. They really worked with my vision and ideas to help make my wedding day beautiful! They also helped to ensure that so many things were done for me so I was not stressed during the wedding planning time! I really cannot thank them enough for making my wedding magical! I hope you book here as well, you will not be disappointed :)

My daughter picked out this venue from 20 we visited that week. This turned out to be a fantastic pick, the owners and the staff were more than helpful in every aspect- before - during and after the wedding. The day of the wedding was a lot of fun - My wife and I had very little to be concerned with - just have fun. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a reasonably priced venue with a lot of decor options.

The owners are very organized and take care of most of the decorating which was a huge weight lifted off my shoulder. It is a BEAUTIFUL venue with a place for everyone to hang out. We will forever recommend this place

Barb and Dan, along with the amazing staff at The Mercantile provide bride and grooms with their dream wedding. Our wedding day was nothing short of perfect, and everything we had envisioned for our day. Barb was able to see pictures of what we liked and wanted and make it come to life!! I am so thankful we chose The Mercantile as the sight for our wedding and reception. The guests have even complimented how beautiful and unique everything was about our wedding!! We are so appreciative of Barb, Dan and the staff for making our wedding day The Best Day Ever!!!

The Mercantile works hard to make your wedding day a truly simple and magical experience. I felt important and heard throughout the entire process- and I changed my mind about things quite a bit! I could not recommend them more!

Amazing venue for an outdoor wedding! Barb and her team were awesome, helped my husband and I through the entire planning process; were excellent on the day of the wedding making sure everything ran smoothly and on time; and did an excellent job decorating! They completely exceeded my expectations and I can't recommend them enough!

The owners and staff at The Mercantile couldn’t have been more helpful with our wedding. With covid pushing the date back a full year, they didn’t miss a beat in helping us switch things around. They’re all I could have ever dreamed of having help with our big day! Highly recommend!

Don't sleep on this venue! Barb and Dan (the owners) are two of the most amazing people we have ever met and our wedding day would not have been complete without them. This wedding venue is absolutely stunning!!! Every detail was including from the ceremony and reception site down to all of the decor for the wedding (chairs, table linens, centerpieces, ceremony site decor, and much more). The separate groom and bridal suite made it so convenient to get ready the morning of and they were beautiful. When we had to postpone our wedding from May to September, Barb and Dan went out of their way to make sure dates were available, and to help in any way they can with us moving forward. They brought my fall wedding dream to life and we could not be more grateful. We will recommend this venue time and time again.

Barb is the best to work with!!! She is so kind and caring. They are both very flexible and I cannot wait to have my wedding there next fall!

This venue was truly a find. Each and every one of the staff members was helpful, creative, knowledgeable, and easy to contact when needed. They let me pop in as many times as I needed to before and were so willing to help out in any way they could. This was not an ordinary venue and it was perfect for us. The staff was timely and detailed-oriented on the day of the wedding, making sure everything was run smoothly. The day of our wedding was a heat index of over 100 degrees and they installed extra tall fans to make sure the reception stayed cool. They did not have to do this, but it just goes to show that they care about each couple and they want to make sure you have the best experience possible. An added bonus was the bridal party suites. It was so nice to have an on-site place to get ready (and it had amazing AC units🙌🏽) I could go on and on about why I loved having my wedding at The Mercantile, but I will just say that I have absolutely no regrets in choosing this venue and I am still hearing from people how beautiful they thought everything was.

We could not have asked for a better place to hold our daughter’s wedding. Dan and Barb treated us like it was their daughter getting married. They went above and beyond. The venue itself was beautiful, the staff beyond accommodating, and the pre-planning ahead of time left no detail undone. The value of all that comes with the price is unmatched! We HIGHLY recommend the Mercantile!!

My husband and I set up an appointment to view the Mercantile and I instantly fell head-over-heels for it! We wanted a natural, rustic feel... and the Mercantile offers that and more.

Every room and area we walked into was cozy, yet, dreamy, and everything I had been looking for (don’t worry, girls—the guys will love it, too). The Mercantile has so much to offer: multiple bathrooms, some handicap assessable (which was great for my grandmother), a very large kitchen/prep area, an adorable bridal suite with a powder room, a groom’s suite with a tv and couch for the guys, a beautiful wooden stage, a fire pit area (my husband’s favorite), and the beautiful barn itself that brings even more to the plate.

Make an appointment to view the Mercantile in person. It really won’t disappoint once you drive past their welcoming gates. :)

As for the owners, Barb and Dan are both amazing people—truly. As soon as we met them, they really took the time to get to know us and really made us feel at home with them. As my husband and I struggled through a difficult time in our lives prior to our wedding, Barb and Dan treated us as family, not just clients, and we will never forget the kindness, love, and generosity that they had shown and given us. Their availability is immediate and their wedding knowledge and guidance is truly top-notch. They are there with you every step of the way, even on your wedding day!

Our wedding was a huge success! The Mercantile helped our wedding dreams come true! Everything and every moment was perfect, and it wouldn’t have been possible without Barb, Dan, and their staff! Our guests were so impressed with the venue, the space is absolutely perfect and feels so comfortable and welcoming! Barb and her husband made our day the best, everything went great even with the rain and the power going out for a short bit they were there! Had everything done and ready and just beautiful. Their staff was amazing and so helpful. You need anything they got it for you. Made this bride feel so much better about the night and kept me from being bridezilla! Everyone of our guest were so amazed by this place and how well it is laid out. I wouldn’t of had it anywhere else. From the moment we pulled in I knew.. this was it! From the moment we pulled into The Mercantile we were simply amazed. Not only was it breathtaking, it was unique. The most important part to us was the owners Barb and Dan and their staff were like family the moment we met them. It is obvious that Dan and Barb have poured their hearts and souls into their venue. We had an exceptional experience planning our wedding. If we had a vision, Barb made it happen. Our wedding guests are still talking about our wedding! We will be forever grateful.

Come our wedding day I was SO relieved that they took over, I did not have to deal with stress or anything!
