  What a beautiful location and hotel! All the staff are absolutely amazing and so welcoming! Everytime you meet any worker in a hallway from the event staff to cleaning department - everyone greeted you with a smile!
  
  Our wedding was such a huge hit and we had so many people commenting on how beautiful the hotel was and how great the amenities were. I can't wait to come back and stay! We were so lucky to have our wedding here!

  We looked at all the big hotels on the lake in Canal Park and The Inn BY FAR gave us the best rate. I don't know how they're able to give so much lower rates than everyone else while the hotel is such high quality.
  
  The rooms are in the process of being renovated but they still range from perfectly adequate to really nice. The breakfast area is outstanding while free nightly s'mores are a nice touch. The balconies overlooking the lake were also a great addition.
  
  My only complaint is how they handle blocks of rooms and that they don't have a waiting list. The hotel and our room block was full two months before the wedding. We asked to have any cancelled rooms put in our block and they agreed. Two weeks before the wedding they had open rooms but when our guests called, they refused to give them our group rate. These same guests had attempted to get rooms in our block months earlier...
