  The cutest Newspapers!!

  The sisters at the ceremony club were so great to work with! I did my wedding ceremony newspapers with them and they turned out so amazing!! All of our wedding guests were so impressed!
  
  Working with their team was so easy and they made the whole process enjoyable! I have already told my friends to use them!!

  LOVE The Ceremony Club

  I'm not just saying this, The Ceremony Club MADE the vibe of our wedding. We used them for newspaper programs as well as custom merch that our bridal party threw into the crowd when being announced. We also used them for our thank you cards. These girls just GET IT!

  Very Cute but Hard to Work With

  My experience with The Ceremony Club was a bit of a mixed bag. It's clear that this is a young company run by enthusiastic individuals, but they still have some kinks to work out.
  
  My main gripe was with the payment process. It was more complicated than it needed to be. They repeatedly told me the payment link was sent, but it never seemed to work properly. I had to call them and walk through it step by step, which was pretty frustrating. It took them a while to figure out the link wasn't functioning properly.
  
  When it came to giving creative direction to the designer, things didn't go smoothly either. Instead of interpreting the creative direction, the designer literally copy-pasted it into the newspaper. It was clear that no care went into drafting my newspaper. Additionally, it was three weeks late.
  
  They also promised a brainstorming session, which never happened. When I asked for more ideas via email, I only received one suggestion from the designer. It left me doing most of the brainstorming on my own.
  
  Communication with the designer was another hurdle. They only replied with attachments, which made it seem like they were irritated with making edits. This made the whole process less enjoyable.
  
  In the end, the newspapers from The Ceremony Club did turn out cute, but it was a bit like pulling teeth to get there. While they have potential, they need to iron out their communication, payment, and creative direction issues to provide a smoother experience for customers.

  Do not order from

  Do not order from this company. I’ve been waiting for a month for in stock (non-custom items) to ship for an upcoming bridal event that I now know won’t be here, and cannot get a response from the company. Save your time and stress and order elsewhere.

  Don’t order from them

  Terrible company to order anything from, they will promise a certain date your package will arrive by and then you’ll never receive it.
  I placed an order nearly a month ago, and I haven’t received it and then each time I would reach out to them they’d provide me a fake tracking number from USPS even though I live in Canada. Now, I’ve been requesting a refund for a week without a response…they do not care about customer service, meeting deadlines or even, addressing returns.

  Don’t recommend for wedding

  Ordered these for my wedding and working with them was very difficult. Going back and forth with emails was not ideal and they would make half of the corrections requested. Finally agreed on printing in black and white and showed up in color. Wish I went with a different company that would pay attention to details.
