    Mark was amazing to work with! From the first meeting Mark was warm, friendly, and very professional. He asked for pictures to see what look I wanted for flowers, and worked with me to achieve this vision. He told me what would be realistic and what would be way out of my price range (which I appreciated!!). He gave me suggestions about how to achieve the look I was going for without increasing the price range. He did a great job and I got multiple compliments on the flowers! A+!

    Mark is the best.

    My friend referred me to him as she has working with Mark for years in her event planning job, and I could not be more thrilled that she did. Mark was SUCH a pleasure to work with-- he is so skilled at his work and knowledgeable about all things flowers that he made decision-making and planning a piece of cake. We went in knowing we liked certain flowers and wanted a certain color scheme/feel, but were not very informed or picky about many particulars. He helped us brainstorm and get more clarity on what we wanted/what would work and look good given our wedding party outfits, church/venue vibe, and budget. We trusted him wholeheartedly and he implemented his creative license with precision and expertise-- the flowers looked gorgeous on our wedding day!! My husband also asked him to help make and deliver an arrangement to come to my hotel room for the evening before our wedding as a surprise and that was absolutely breathtaking and such a treat.

    He delivered all of the bouquets on time and was so fun to work with. If you're interested in working with a wonderful person, having beautiful flowers for your wedding, and not spending a years salary doing so, I can't recommend Mark enough!

    Mark at The Celebrated Flower was wonderful. I wasn't sure we needed a florist & didn't contact him until about two months before the wedding. Mark's expertise proved invaluable & he really helped to transform my venue. I know very little about flowers, and didn't have any specific types in mind. Instead, I told Mark something about wanting my flowers wild & free. He was able to work with this ridiculous description, and after determining a color scheme he completely nailed the look I was going for. He also knew my venue well & had really helpful suggestions about how to make the most of the fireplaces & other unique features in the home. He was happy to work with any ideas we had, and created several centerpieces out of vintage glass bottles we had collected.
    On the day of the wedding I didn't have to worry about anything & arrived to find the place beautifully decorated. I was thrilled with my bouquet & the arrangements had a lovely, natural flow...white & green with touches of dusty miller & small deep blue flowers.
    Mark is professional & very talented; I recommend him without reservation!

    Look no further for your florist!! The Celebrated Flower did a superb job in designing and arranging the the flowers for our wedding. They were also very reasonably priced. From the beginning they made the process easy and fun. They were extremely knowledgeable, flexible and supportive throughout the process. We had different floral arrangements throughout the venue, ranging from large ornate arrangements to small floral groupings. They worked with me to design an exquisite multicolored bouquet, something I will always remember! We had a Jewish wedding and they were able to create a most beautiful traditional Chuppah, complete with moss and lovely white flowers at the base. You will be so happy if you choose The Celebrated Flower for your wedding, I can't thank them enough for making our special day so memorable!

    We just had the pleasure of working with Mark for our wedding this past Saturday, and he is the BEST! Not only is he personable and totally interesting to talk with, he is a fantastic florist with intuition and tons of talent! I'm still getting complements about our bouquets and centerpieces a week later!

    We got married at St. Joseph's Parish in Medford, and our reception was at the Cambridge Multicultural Arts Center. Mark knew both venues and had great suggestions about what works well in those spaces. I met with him twice starting a few months before our wedding and he somehow knew how to take my vague ideas and turn them into the most beautiful, elegant bouquets and arrangements I could have imagined. Mark made the whole process easy and fun, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in need of a florist! Thanks, Mark!

    Mark at Celebrated Flower has taste. It's as simple as that. You can provide as much or little direction (colors, flower choices, vases etc) as you want and he takes care of the rest. I knew exactly what I wanted, and he exceeded my expectations. So much so that all the guests were actually taking photos with a set of standing flower arrangements because they were so beautiful. He is also great with budget - he can help you save where you need and still execute a beautiful vision.

    We loved working with Mark! Our wedding flowers were outstanding. The bridal bouquet, bridesmaids flowers, altar pieces, and centerpieces were beautifully put together. He was a master at bringing our vision to life. We definitely recommend him to all!

    Mark and his team really helped us pull everything together for our wedding at the Stonehurst Estate in Waltham, MA. My husband and I started out on totally different pages regarding flowers, color and scope! Mark was super patient, a great listener, asked many questions, and showed us various samples as he helped guide our process. By the end of our initial consultation we were totally comfortable with our choice in Mark. We picked colors based on our love of nature and the favorite color of my husband's mom. Since Mark knew the venue, we asked that he and his team run with it.

    The day of the wedding was really beautiful and the flowers were beyond our wildest expectations. From the small details putting flowers around some of our family photos on the mantels to completing our wedding cake with orchids, Mark and his team bought the venue to life. My mother still talks about the beautiful roses she carried that day and the arrangement that sat on the piano.

    We are so glad to have had Mark recommended to us. We found him very responsive and look forward to the next time we can work together on an event!

    I inquired with Mark at The Celebrated Flower after hearing high praise for his work from the estate manager at Stonehurst where we had our reception. We sought him out for our church arrangements, attendant flowers, and my bouquet. Since we didn't have a strong preference or a color scheme in mind, he was able to take some simple thoughts (I'd like sunflowers with a touch of blue, and calla lilies for corsages) and turn out beautiful work all around. We did all correspondence through email, and he was most helpful in considering options that we had never thought of. Very easy to work and communicate with- highly recommend!

    We worked with Mark at The Celebrated Flower for our wedding. We were thrilled with our experience! Mark was very professional, calm and organized. We aren't really flower people, but Mark made us feel confident about our choices, and made the whole process very easy. Our flowers (ceremony, bouquets, table decor and pin-ons) were all lovely and just what we asked for. The hydrangeas in our bouquets lasted the whole day and beyond, and the ceremony flowers for a week! Our photographer actually commented on how well done our bouquets were.

    We cannot recommend The Celebrated Flower strongly enough. They are reliable and incredibly straightforward to work with, as well as being one of the most affordable options for flowers in the Boston area.

    I was a very budget conscious bride-to-be who also loves fresh high quality flower arrangement. Most of the time those two needs can't be satisfied at the same time, but Mark absolutely made it work! He listened to me: what I loved and cared about he emphasized and made beautiful arrangements and bouquet! He delivered everything on time even though they were having a crazy busy Sunday. I am absolutely going to order many and many more arrangements from Mark in the future!

    I loved working with Mark! I met with several florists prior to selecting one for our wedding, but I knew right after meeting Mark that he was who I wanted to go with. He was very mindful of my budget and came up with many ideas of how to get the look I wanted without breaking the bank. He was open to my ideas and suggestions and helped to make them better. He also was very understanding of what I DIDN'T want.

    Mark took the time to show me variations of bouquets and centerpieces with flowers in his shop. I never felt rushed or pushed into decisions. He was so easy to talk to about anything. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a genuine artist who will work with you to create exactly what you are looking for.

    Sidenote: if you are getting married at Stonehurst (Robert Treat Paine Estate) in Waltham, he is even MORE exceptional because he knows that venue inside and out.

    We used The Celebrated Flower for my daughter's recent August wedding. Mark was absolutely amazing. He is very patient and understood exactly what we were looking for. He is very talented and his arrangements are beautiful. He let us come back for a trial arrangement and his advice was wonderful. The result was elegant, beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. The floral and candle arrangements were lovely and set the mood for the event. We highly recommend The Celebrated Flower.

    Mark Bocash (owner) is SUCH a pleasure to work with! Not only that, but the flowers were absolutely beautiful! He did an amazing job - we had bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, table arrangements and a chuppah and everything came out great. The whole tent of tables for dinner looked so beautiful and really it was all from the flowers - the colors just made it so dynamite. The pricing was fair and Mark never pushed us to pay more than we felt we could budget for them - he did the best he could to offer us the best of what he had for what we were willing to spend. Everything was set up before we arrived (and we arrived 2.5 hours before the wedding started for photos), ready to go - he and his staff are true professionals and you will get great quality arrangements with them.

    Mark and Lou were amazing. I gave them very little direction (fall colors, fruit, gourds) and trusted their judgement, and we ended up with GORGEOUS and very affordable flowers and centerpieces. I loved my bouquet!!

    Knowing precious little about flowers, and needing to work on a budget, I found them both so warm, helpful, and easy to work with. (I was concerned they might disdain my lack of knowledge). But, these guys were true professionals up to the last minute, and we couldn't have been happier with the results.

    Mark was FANTASTIC! He really helped to set the mood and the feel of our wedding. He heard the look and feel that we were hoping to achieve and truly delivered. He made beautiful floral arrangements for our ceremony ( which was tricky since it was outdoors in an odd shaped structure) and our reception. Guests adored the centerpieces and I couldn't have been happier with the way that everything looked. All this just over the phone, as I live on the west coast and didn't see anything until the day of. He was truly an artist and I was thrilled to have been able to work with him on our wedding.

    The Celebrated Flower is a small, tucked-away place in Somerville that you might not know about even if you live in that town--I didn't, until I started looking for a wedding florist. Mark, the owner, was very laid-back when we first met with him, and didn't try to push us to buy more than we wanted (we just wanted wedding party flowers, no table arrangements or anything else). He was good about showing us options to help us more clearly define what we wanted, but wasn't pushy about "you should have this" or "you shouldn't have that." I adored all the bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres. There were no unpleasant surprises--everything turned out looking exactly how I'd hoped it would. Everything was delivered to the right place at the right time, and I never had to worry. It can be a little hard to connect with this business by e-mail, and even by phone, but a little phone-tag wasn't too big a problem, as the communication itself was clear and helpful.

    Mark and his team at the Celebrated Flower put together a gorgeous setting of fall flowers for our late fall wedding. I met with him twice and brought a number of photos that were my inspiration. He adopted my slightly unorthodox idea for multiple small vases instead of one large centerpiece and ran with it. He never criticized any of my ideas and made constructive suggestions when we came upon some items that I hadn’t thought about. He was very upfront about the availability of flowers (I wanted dahlias which are hard to get after the first frost) and as we got closer to the wedding date was in communication about substitutions that may needed to be made. It did frost before our wedding but he was able to get some gorgeous dahlias and made perfect substitutions to perfectly achieve the overall look I was going for. He was flexible and easy to work with and his two little daushounds are adorable.

    The only complaint I had about Mark is that he doesn’t use email frequently. So, while I was able to email my other vendors and get a response within a day or so, he was a bit slower and once didn’t respond at all. While that was a bit frustrating early on in the process, as we got closer to the wedding date he was in good contact with us. Overall I was very pleased with his work.

    Mark and Lou were fantastic: they worked using my budget and I was very happy with the results. At first I was alarmed that the floral shop was rather low tech (which I interpreted as possibly unorganized), but I was wrong! They always returned my phone calls in a timely manner, met with me on a few occasions to work out the kinks and the results were as we had discussed!

    We had a great experience with Mark. He did some very beautiful and very simple flowers for our ceremony and tables. We had a tight budget and he worked within it gracefully. I would recommend him -- really nice guy and good florist.

    Mark from the Celebrated Flower did a great job creating the bouquets/corsages/boutonnieres for our wedding. He worked well from our suggestions and developed beautiful pieces that fit our budget. As a bride planning her wedding from afar, I appreciated Mark's willingness to work over phone and email - though the busy season sometimes resulted in delayed or incomplete responses. Eventually all details were worked out and Mark was super friendly and offered helpful suggestions. Working with the Celebrated Flower was a great experience - the flowers arrived on time and in beautiful condition!

    Mark & Lou did a fantastic job with our wedding flowers! They were gorgeous. The colors and textures were exactly what we wanted. They were very patient and willing to meet with us several times to perfect the vision. The flowers were everything that we had hoped for. I highly recommend them!
