WHAT A BEAUTIFUL & UNIQUE VENUE!! All the natural beauty of a farm, combined with all the modern-day comforts, made the Barn at Walnut Grove the perfect location for our daughter’s September 2025 wedding. We had visited several venues searching for the rustic atmosphere my daughter desired, but they all were just missing something – then we found The Barn and our hosts Dave & Donna. From the initial visit, my daughter was in contact with Donna, who answered our numerous questions and gave us access to the venue for engagement photos and throughout the planning process.
The venue offers a private setting, that is yours for the entire day, from getting ready in the spacious bridal and groomsmen suites, to the picturesque ceremony site situated high upon a hill, to the outdoor patio setting for cocktail hour, and then the beautiful climate-controlled indoor reception area in the barn, with its own bar and a large dance floor. There are numerous beautifully manicured outdoor settings and picturesque views to capture the event in photos and videos. Navigating around the venue is done in style, with a private bus and shuttles, and our happy couple even utilized the zipline for an exciting arrival to the reception. We also held our rehearsal dinner at the on-site Cigar Lounge and patio, closing the night with a gathering around the fire pit.
We utilized the venue’s preferred caterer for both our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception and we received numerous compliments on both. From the impressive charcuterie table and butlered appetizers, dinner buffet, and even late-night snacks – there was plenty of food and it was all delicious. The service and bar staff were professional, efficient, and accommodating – even providing specialty mocktails my daughter requested.
We received many compliments on the venue and staff from our guests and we are truly happy we hosted our daughter’s wedding at The Barn @ Walnut Grove.

I cannot express how happy we are to have chosen the barn at walnut grove. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. The ceremony is breathtaking and everything we imagined. The venue owners, Donna and Dave were absolutely wonderful. They both made sure our day went smoothly and that ourselves as well as all our guests were consistently happy and content. Our experience with the venue exceeded all our expectations! We are so grateful!

BOOK THIS WEDDING VENUE!!! Zipline for your wedding like my husband and I did, so much fun! The owners Donna and Dave, along with all the other employees are the kindest, sweetest, and most patient people ever. They go above and beyond for weddings, whatever you want they make it happen. They have a zipline on the property, goats, open fields for sunset photos, running streams, a treehouse, a cigar bar/lounge (afterparty), and 3 places to have bonfires. They also have a indoor swing that can be hoisted up and hidden, bridal suite and grooms' suite with games inside. They are also a micro-brewery with amazing beers! You will not regret it one bit, well worth it and your guests will be amazed at this beautiful property. Call and get a tour today!

Wow! Where do I begin! When I first met my now husband, his cousin (who is a preferred photographer at the Barn at Walnut Grove) showed me their website and raved about this venue. I knew I was going to marry him here, it was just a matter of getting engaged LOL and seeing it in person. This was the ONLY venue that made us speechless. Touring the venue and seeing the ceremony site just took our breaths away. Dave and Donna are such down to earth people and will go above and beyond to make your day perfect, as well as their staff. I always made an excuse to go to the venue before our big day because the moment I saw it, I was in love. We got to experience the northern lights two days before our wedding which was also the night of rehearsal and it was absolutely magical. Every single one of our guests absolutely LOVED this venue. I wish we could get married again just so we could do it all over again. If you are looking for a barn with heating, AC, a beautiful ceremony site/property, and such amazing owners and staff to work with, don’t look any further, this is your place!
