  Wedding venue

  Working with the staff at Summerfield Farms was amazing and they really helped our wedding go so smoothly and made sure our special day was the best it could be. Working with Liz to start off with and get booked was great and she was so helpful in us choosing to go with Summerfield Farms in the first place. We loved how well their whole team communicated with us from the on location catering team with 1618 (which had THE BEST food by the way), the bar service team, and the coordinators (Stephanny we love you!) Everyone we worked with were so prompt, professional, and easy to talk to and that really helped prevent things from getting too stressful or hectic. We couldn't be happier and would definitely tell anyone to have a wedding there. It was such a beautiful place to get married.

  Couldn’t recommend Summerfield Farms more.

  Choosing Summerfield Farms as our venue was the best decision we could have made. Every single interaction, with multiple people, was positive. Over the 13 months of planning, Summerfield Farms was always there—offering help, making sure we were happy. Elizabeth, Stephanny and Alyssa were an absolute dream to work with. After our wedding, our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the venue was and how attentive (and nice) every one was at Summerfield Farms. Our day was perfect thanks to them.

  Amazing Venue and Great Staff

  Stephanny and the rest of the Summerfield Farms staff made our December wedding more amazing than we could ever imagine. The venue was beautiful with all the Christmas decorations set up. Stephanny was there to help with any questions we had with the planning. With a short 3 month engagement, she made it a breeze and always kept us on schedule. Thank you Stephanny and the rest of the Summerfield Farms staff!

  SFF is the most beautiful, stunning and top notch wedding venue you will ever find. The staff goes above and beyond to make the special day a magical event. From the event coordinators to the service staff...you never have to worry about one thing. Jessica Stowe and Alyssa Christopherson are ROCK STARS! I have nothing but praise for everyone at SFF. It is truly the best value in NC!

  Absolutely Amazing, Wouldnt Want It Any Other Way!

  What a wonderful experience we had with Summerfield Farms as our venue! We booked the Pole Barn for our October wedding and it was unreal. Not only did the team ensure we were taken care of throughout the whole process, but the day of, I couldn’t have asked for a better team to handle things. Stephanny was so kind! When I had to wait in the car before walking down the aisle, she eased my nerves with just casual conversation and to me, that meant a lot.
  
  My husband & I don’t live in the area but we knew this venue was a perfect fit and we were willing to travel to make it work! I truly couldn’t ask for a better venue all around!

  Beautiful place and people!

  From the day we went to see the Venue to the day of the wedding, everyone there was super nice and helpful! They eased our wedding stress, working well with our wedding coordinator and other vendors. We got The Branch and The Pole Barn which just made everything amazing. Of course our guests enjoyed barn animal friend mini pearl as well. Jessica and everyone were amazing! Thank you for making our day go as smooth as possible. Definitely recommend this venue and staff to anyone

  Wedding at The Barn

  Summerfield Farms was the best experience we could’ve ever wished for. We got married at The Barn on October 7, 2023. We booked the venue nearly 2 years before the wedding and the staff were so amazing to work with. They were so attentive to our needs, communicated with us through every step of the planning process, and made the wedding day go so smoothly. The staff checked on us all throughout the day to make sure we were okay. Stephanny with Summerfield and all of the staff made our wedding day a dream. It was a completely stress free day for me and that was a huge bonus. While the bridal party were getting ready, the team executed our ideas perfectly. The transition from the ceremony to cocktail hour was done quickly and perfect. I can’t recommend Summerfield Farms for your wedding enough!

  Pole Barn July Wedding

  We could not have been more pleased at the care and effort of the entire team at Summerfield to make our big day so special. They pay close attention to all your needs and every small detail. They work flawlessly with vendors to ensure your day goes off without a hitch. They work closely with a number of local vendors and have a great relationship with the surrounding community. The pole barn with summer shade was wonderful for our wedding and reception and our rehearsal on the main barn rooftop was spectacular. I could not recommend Summerfield more. Plenty of bang and wow for your buck!

  Beautiful venue and WONDERFUL Staff!

  Summerfield Farms is a beautiful location and the staff was wonderful from the very first day down to every last detail of our big day! We enjoyed bringing family members out to the venue all throughout the planning process and showing the property! We highly recommend Summerfield Farms as a Wedding venue or for any family gathering!

  Best venue ever

  Summerfield Farms was the absolute best choice for us when planning our wedding. Not only is the beauty of the property unmatched, the staff is sweet and amazing! They truly care and go above and beyond for each person to achieve their dream event. We rented the houses on property (The Cabin and the Bungalow) for overnight stays. Both houses were clean, organized, and so cute! Every detail is thought of on the property, including their market. From beginning to end, the Summerfield team made the wedding planning process so easy and enjoyable. Shoutout to Molly, Elizabeth, and Molly :) We would choose this property over and over again. We can't wait to come back for other events!

  We couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding day. The staff at Summerfield Farms is absolutely amazing and we could never thank them enough!   We had the wedding of our dreams at Summerfield Farms! We needed a place that could seat 300 people and we found that in SF. We loved the openness of the farm, the rustic yet modern feel of The Barn, and the option to sleep in The Bungalow the night before our wedding day. Every member of the Summerfield Farms team was so communicative and made sure we had what we needed - they went the extra mile and totally made our dream day come true. This venue has tons of cool aspects. We added on a beer burro - a cute donkey who walks around and brings drinks around to your guests! Everyone loved riding the wagons to the ceremony. All of our guests talked about how amazing the venue was. We can’t recommend them enough! Thank you to everyone there who made our wedding our favorite day!

  Exceeded expectations!

  We planned a "micro-wedding" at the Pole Barn in approximately (60) days. Despite the tight schedule and our indecisiveness, the staff at Summerfield Farms helped us host an amazing event. The venue was absolutely perfect for our rustic, intimate wedding and reception with our closest family and friends. We only wish we had booked more time at the barn because we could have kept the party going all night. THANK YOU to Katie and all the other staff that helped make our day perfect!

  Summerfield farms was the perfect* place to have our wedding at and I am still so amazed at how beautiful our wedding day was! I knew from the first time we toured, that the farm had to be our wedding venue and that was touring it in the rain! From that first tour and email, working with Summerfield was always such a breeze. Correspondence was quick, staff was beyond kind, and the venue is always pristine. They help you find any type of vendor you ask for and give you recommendations on ones they have worked with before. If you have any specific requests they work their best to make it happen and are always courteous if it is not feasible. The farm has a myriad of amenities and have so many different ceremony and reception sites, that are all breathtaking! Summerfield is such a wonderful place to have any event at; from the grounds to the staff, it is top quality service you are getting. I cannot wait to go back for all of the day-events they have hosted there. It will be a place my husband and I visit forever!

  Summerfield Farms blew every single expectation I had for my dream wedding day out of the water. They were amazing to work with, and helped all of my decor vision come to life! Their staff and event team were some of the most loving and compassionate people I've ever met. They were very accommodating throughout the pandemic, helping me and my guests prepare for the event. The houses that we got to get ready in before the wedding were also absolutely beautiful, and they even hand wrote me a letter welcoming me and congratulating us! They handled all of the alcohol, had golf carts ready for my groom and I at any moment, and THE PICTURES OMG!!! These pictures I will hang on my wall forever and ever.   Dream Wedding Experience

  Summerfield Farms was an absolute Dream Come True. They have the absolute best staff that make you feel apart of their Farm Family! Elizabeth Lewis went above & beyond to make our dream wedding a reality. The venue is superb as well as all on site housing and accommodations! Their vendor list is like no other and everyone made our day perfect! I would 100% recommend having your wedding/event at Summerfield Farms!

Elizabeth Lewis went above & beyond to make our dream wedding a reality. The venue is superb as well as all on site housing and accommodations! Their vendor list is like no other and everyone made our day perfect! I would 100% recommend having your wedding/event at Summerfield Farms!

  Best Day Ever

  Summerfield Farms was the first venue we toured and we fell in love immediately. We chose to have our ceremony and reception in The Barn and began planning our dream wedding. Then the dreaded corona virus happened and our plans were all over the place. Summerfield was truly our saving grace at keeping our dream alive. Kayla Watterson was emailing me daily and continuing to come up with alternate plans. She is a saint and kept me sane through this time. Not only was she extremely helpful, but I could truly feel how much she cared. Summerfield was kind, graceful, and genuine when helping during this uncertain time. The wedding was absolutely perfect and I couldn't have asked for a better day. From the bride and groom houses we got to use in the morning, to picking me up before the ceremony so I wouldn't have to walk, to handling everything at the reception, there was not an issue all day. Summerfield is amazing at what they do, they have a beautiful venue, and they truly do care about their couples. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you Summerfield for giving me my dream wedding during this weird time!

  I wouldn’t change one detail of my wedding at Summerfield Farms. The venue is so beautiful from the ceremony site of the Little Tree to our reception in the tent behind the Barn. There were sunflowers blooming when I got married in July and I love my sunflower photos! The team at Summerfield Farms is so professional, and they responded to all my questions in emails quickly. The Bungalow was perfect for getting ready—a kitchen with plenty of space, mirrors and chairs in the hair and makeup area, and plenty more space. I will cherish my beautiful intimate July wedding at Summerfield Farms forever. If you are questioning where to get married you will not regret going with Summerfield Farms! I highly recommend the team and venue at Summerfield Farms!

  The most amazing venue and staff! :)

  Summerfield Farms was absolutely amazing! Our June wedding was dreamy and perfect! The staff made our wedding day seamless from start to finish! SF staff also had great communication over the months leading up to our wedding! We had our rehearsal dinner at the Pole Barn and our wedding at the Little Tree with reception at the Barn. Both of the barns were transformed beautifully. If you are considering, then do yourself a favor and choose SF! :)

  Summerfield Farms was more than a wedding venue for us, it was an absolutely magical, breathtaking and beautiful experience had by all. I never experienced a single moment of stress on wedding day, and was able to relax and soak it up because of how seamlessly the farm staff works to make wedding dreams a reality! Kayla and Elizabeth were amazing at helping us get things planned. The farm staff makes you feel like family. Our wedding day at Summerfield Farms exceeded our every expectation… it is truly the unicorn of wedding venues, there is NOTHING like it. The staff was so accommodating and throughout the planning process and on the day of our wedding!   Love this place & team!

  Summerfield Farms was everything I dreamed when we first started wedding planning. It was the first venue I visited and even in the pouring rain in January I knew just how perfect this venue was going to be. Although Covid derailed our wedding a few times, the folks at Summerfield Farms could not have been more accommodating and understanding. The entire team and my specific coordinator (Kayla W.) were just amazing. The attention to detail was more than I could have ever asked for. The barn is beautiful, the silo bar is AMAZING, the tent and the additions they have are just beautiful. The perfect venue if a barn wedding is your cup of tea and honestly perfect even if it isn't. Also important to mention how perfect the Groom's cabin and Bridal cottage are for getting ready the day of. I wish I could relive my wedding day a million times over and it is because of the team at SF and the beautiful venue that made it just that special. Thank you guys so much!!

  Absolutely Magical Reception

  Our wedding was in May and even now, I still get message after message about how wonderful and gorgeous the reception was. People are still raving about the beauty that was summerfield farms. It truly was the perfect place. And almost magical. The cows grazing in the distance. The swing in the woods. The pond. The sunlight shining into the barn was perfect and the acres of land to roam and view was spectacular. If you have any sort of special event, I highly recommend summerfield farms. Not only is their venue perfect and gorgeous, their staff is extremely kind and friendly and accommodating to fit any need. They made the best day of our lives a real joy! Truly was perfection!
