  Sarah was really great through out the planning process. I chose the "Month Out" package, but we really started working closely together about 2 months before our wedding, and Sarah sent over some helpful materials from the moment we booked her. I had the big things in place by the time we started working closely together, but Sarah was awesome about jumping in and providing guidance and suggestions where they were needed, and nailed all the little details that we didn't even think of. She took over all the communication with our other vendors about 2 weeks out from the wedding, which was incredible to know that everything was handled and my husband and I didn't have to worry about the little things. She is really organized and very responsive, overall a huge help to making our wedding day perfect!

  Sarah was wonderful to work with! She was super on top of absolutely everything and made sure everything went smoothly and exactly how we wanted it to be. I am a super organized planner, but it was great because there were multiple things she had thought of, that I had not. She did a great job with the timeline and vendor communication, and was quick to solve any problems that arose (which we had almost nothing). She was absolutely worth every penny and we will definitely recommend her to other couples. We were never really very stressed about our wedding before or day of, and I think Sarah was a huge part of it!

  Sarah was the first vendor I hired, I spoke with 3 different people before I found her, and let me tell you something, SHE KILLED IT, I threw so many ideas at her, so many projects, so many emails and every single one she executed. Its so easy to have a million ideas and imagine it in your mind and hope that it will all make sense, but the moment you see it fully executed, it trips you out. Sarah and her team made my dreams come true and then some…. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without my planner going out there and fighting for what we wanted. I 10000% recommend using Sarah and if you end up using her, treat her right, she’s the most precious thing you’ll have during the whole process

  Tamika and the SWC crew were amazing. I hired SWC as my day-of coordinators and my wedding day went off without a hitch! It was an incredible relief to know that I didn't have to worry about anything during my wedding and reception. Tamika came to my venue walk-through with her own questions prepared, she took notes, she snapped pictures of how we wanted things set up. Everything was set up just how I wanted the day of the wedding. Tamika was there every time I needed something, sometimes before I needed it!

  Sarah and her team were AMAZING! She had affordable rates, gave me lots of vendor referrals, kept me in the loop on everything, so friendly and helpful. The wedding went so smoothly, she made sure everyone was where they needed to be, when they needed to be, coordinated with all of my vendors, came to the rehersal, set up all my favors, signs, pictures. If I thought I forgot something, I would turn around and someone would be there with it before I had to ask. They made sure we had food, cake and drinks all night. I really cannot imagine not having her and her team there.. I would have lost my mind. She is a life saver.. I highly recommend SWC. I only wish I had gone with the full wedding planning services.. not just day of! I can't thank them enough for helping make my wedding day so perfect!! :)

  I booked with Sarah 3 weeks before my wedding right when I was starting to get really nervous. I am so lucky she was free to do my wedding. She knows what you want and has the resources to be able to give you the wedding of your dreams.Thanks for all the last minute help it made my day so much better.

  Sarah did my sisters wedding two years ago and everything was so beautiful and she was so happy that when it was time for me to get married my sister said I had to use Sarah. I am so glad I did! If there were any problems I didn't know about them, which is exactly what I wanted. It turned out wonderful, thanks to Sarah and her staff for everything.

  I had my wedding in August and it was so hot I am so glad I had Sarah there with me because she made sure I stayed cool the whole day. I was so afraid I was going to either melt or pass out but she was right there with water and something cool for my face, and she knew just what to use to make sure my makeup didn't get messed up either. She did a wonderful job on our wedding but that is what I most grateful for. I would have hated for me to pass out on my wedding day from the heat. Thank you for everything, it made my day awesome!

  I used Sarah for my "Day of Planning" and I don't think I could have pulled the wedding off without her! If you are thinking of using her I would highly recommend it. I am extremely detail oriented and I loved that Sarah responded immediately to me and worked really hard at assuaging my fears. She organized the day of perfectly and kept me out of the loop so I could really enjoy my day.

  I cannot say enough good things about Sarah and her assistants. From helping me find my vision to keeping me calm just minutes before the ceremony, Sarah and her team had me covered. And when some things did not go according to plan (as they are want to do) The Sarah Gallardo made sure that the transition was seamless and that the overall vision for the day was preserved. I hadn't planned on highering a wedding planner, but I ever so glad that I was lucky enough to find Sarah's Wedding Creations!   Sarah is absolutely wonderful! Even though I didn't have a lot of time to meet with Sarah in person, I knew that the details of my wedding would be taken care of. I am so grateful that she was there to make sure that everything went the way it should have.

  Everything was wonderful and Sarah provided all the relief I needed to enjoy my day. The only bad thing was my bouquet was not placed on my table but rather another reserved table resulting in a missing bouquet. Make sure those special flowers are placed with the bride.

  The maid of honor asked us to put the bouquet in front of her table so that she could watch over the flowers. I never missed a call or email from the bride, I met with her numerous time to make sure that everything she wanted was perfect. These concerns were never brought to our attention and I would have been more than happy to make sure the bride was 110% happy on her wedding day. I would have gone out of my way to make sure she never felt as if the lines of communication were not open.

  We do ask a lot of information because we do want every detail to come out perfect, which the wedding did. I truly believe once the bride sees how gorgeous everything came out she will see why we require so much detail.

  DO NOT USE!!! You get what you pay for...... Sarah made the worst judgement call on dealing with a sticky family situation. In result, my FIL and his parents did not attend the reception! They were moved from the 3rd row at the ceremony, which is where they were supposed to be seated, to the 7th or 8th row. Unacceptable.I was also sent DOWN THE AISLE WITHOUT MY BOUQUET! Not profession at all. DO NOT USE! Yes they can set up, but that is all they are good for.....Extremely disappointed with service, not to mention the hurt it has caused my husband's heart.

  It was a decision the bride and I had discussed multiple times due to the seriousness of the family situation. It was the toughest choice I have ever had to make during a wedding but it became an issue of safety and that was the top priority for everyone.
