Our wedding at Stone Mill Inn was an absolute dream. Ken and Karen, the owners, were incredibly hands-on and dedicated to making our day perfect. From the initial planning sessions to the execution of our ceremony and reception, their attention to detail was impeccable.
The venue itself is stunning, offering a picturesque setting that made our wedding day feel like a fairytale. The inclusive package they offer, including in-house farm-to-table style catering, makes the entire process seamless and stress-free. The fact that everything was inclusive truly sets Stone Mill Inn apart from other venues in the Maryland/Pennsylvania area.

On our wedding day, the staff at Stone Mill Inn were absolute lifesavers! Despite our plans for an outdoor ceremony (“The Abbey” was even printed on our wedding invites!), unexpected rain forced us to swiftly change gears and move everything indoors. The staff displayed remarkable patience, kindness, and professionalism throughout this sudden change. They were by our side every step of the way, ensuring that the transition was seamless and stress-free. Their adaptability and grace in handling the situation showed their commitment to ensuring our day was perfect, regardless of the weather, was evident in every detail they managed. We couldn't have asked for a more supportive team to navigate such a significant change on our special day.

Not only did they excel in creating a breathtaking atmosphere for our wedding, but the dinner experience was also beyond exceptional. I cannot say enough how truly amazing the Stone Mill Inn team was, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants their big day to feel as magical, effortless, and blissful as ours was. They were so attentive to our every need the day of, and the year and a half leading up to it as well. Every question was answered promptly and every worry was handled. You are in the best hands when booking with this group - they really will go above and beyond to ensure that you have the perfect day. Amazing food, impeccable service, and pristine grounds. I wish I could relive this day all over again!

The whole staff is truly so kind and caring. The communication was wonderful and they were all so helpful with any questions we had, or any information we needed to know. Olivia was so sweet and a joy to work with. Karen and Kenneth were very welcoming and accommodating. The catering staff on our wedding day literally came to us with hors d'oeuvres wherever we were taking photos to make sure we tried all the food and took such good care of us. They took care of all the setup and breakdown in such a quick and secretive way that was amazing to see, and everything was beautiful! I would truly recommend this venue to everyone!

We could not have asked for a better experience at Stone Mill Inn. From the day that we stepped on their property we were treated exceptionally. When we toured the vendue, they really took time with us and really brought the vision to life. Throughout the planning process, we got frequent emails checking in on us which was so helpful, along with the planning meetings. Having Kate and Olivia with us on rehearsal day was such a breath of fresh air because we knew that the day of would go so smoothly, knowing that they knew exactly what we wanted. On the day of, everyone made sure we had everything we needed. Olivia and Kate were so so great. Karen and Ken were also present, it shows that they really care about the couples that get married at the Mill. We also cannot begin to put into words how great Jim was as well. Everyone made sure we were attended to all night. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Only one minor "issue." I think there was mulch/manure laid down recently as there was a bit of a smell. It did not ruin our day whatsoever, just a little note :)

We couldn't have asked for a better venue. When you choose to get married at SMI you are choosing not only a quality venue but people that truly care about you and your partner. They are a true family and you feel every bit a part of it.

I cannot put into words how grateful I am to Ken, Karen, Olivia, and the rest of the SMI staff. Their hospitality, organization, and attention to detail is top notch. We could not have chose a better place for our special day. Even though it rained they made it feel like we were being married in the Woodlands. They made our whimsical, woodsy, disco dream come true! I would recommend Stone Mill Inn over and over again. And the short rib and Ken’s pizza was an added bonus! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!

Words will never be able to fully express our love and appreciation for the Stone Mill Inn and all its staff. From the beginning with the tour we felt it was meant to be. Karen and Ken took the time to understand who we were as a couple and our hopes and dreams for our future wedding. Fast forward through the wedding process they made it so easy with emails giving us guidance on where we should be on the wedding planning process as well as gave us recommendations for vendors whom we were completely amazed with! Their coordinating team was incredible. Olivia specifically worked with us and helped put our vision to life! Talk about super woman.

Fast forward to wedding weekend, what a dream. From the day before wedding day, we were greeted eagerly by all the staff at the SMI. They helped us unload all 4 of our cars full of decorations and alcohol within 20 minutes. They made this process worry-free and surprisingly enjoyable. They were amazing! You could feel it from the moment we pulled into the lot how excited they were for us. The wedding day does truly go so fast, but the staff from Stone Mill Inn made it their mission we were able to soak it in and enjoy every part of it without the stress.

The whole property was breathtaking and you can evidently notice the love and hard work they put in. The bridal suite was beautiful and an unbelievable experience to be able to get ready there with my bridesmaids and mom. They made all of our wedding dreams and visions a true reality from our Pittsburgh cookie table to even our welcome frosé freeze pops as guest entered, they made it all happen! After our church ceremony our bridal party was greeted off the party bus with hor d’oeuvres and drinks. The staff even came up to us multiple times during photos to make sure we had something to eat and drink. Shoutout to Jim for checking on us so much and waiting on us likely royalty- you made us feel so special!

Let’s talk about the food- YUM! Not only was the staff phenomenal, attentive and so kind the food was out of this world. The food tasting months before gave us so many options. Our families are still raving about the food and service. We heard numerous times it was the best wedding food people have ever had. We appreciate the in-house catering team SO much for all their love they put into their work, it did not go unnoticed!!

We also just want to thank them especially for the care and compassion they showed our families. We had two handicap family members and the SMI went out of their way to make sure everything was accessible and easy to get to. The staff checked on them multiple times throughout the night to make sure they were taken care of. I even noticed several times the staff holding doors to assist my family getting to the handicap accessible bathroom. They probably didn’t know we even saw, but it goes to show they go above and beyond for you and every single guest.

Thank you and thank you SMI! We feel honored and blessed to have been able to celebrate the best day of our lives at The Stone Mill Inn. It truly felt like the best day because of them.

From start to finish SMI was incredible! All of the staff went out of their way to ensure that our vision came to light, and then on the day of the wedding the staff was very attentive to us as a couple and all of our guests! An amazing experience!

From the first time we toured Stone Mill Inn, we knew it was special. The grounds were so full of different colors and plant life, it was astounding! From our planning meetings with the SMI Team, we knew their service would be top-notch, but it wasn't until our wedding day that they absolutely blew it out of the water. From the start of unloading all of our decorations with care from the trailer to setting them up with care and precision. As the Type A, DYI bride, I was truly able to enjoy my whole wedding experience without a worry that something would be in the wrong place or would be missing. The day was perfect and the grounds were even more beautiful the day of. The service to my bridal party, us, and our families was OUTSTANDING! We were able to enjoy all the treatment as Bride and Groom. Our guests can't stop talking about how beautiful the venue is, the amazing food, and the top-notch service. I would love to come back as a guest at Stone Mill Inn!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Olivia as our coordinator and the entire SMI team. We had guests come from all over the country and so many of them commented on what a gem this venue is. Whether you’re going for a black tie event or something casual, this venue and the staff will blow you away. We love them and highly recommend!

We had the pleasure of having our wedding at Stone Mill Inn - and let me tell you, it was beyond what we could have imagined. From the moment we stepped on the grounds, we knew that it was the place we wanted to get married. The entire team worked so hard to make sure our wedding was everything that we imagined it to be; from the meetings we had all the way up to the day of the wedding, the whole team made sure we were taken care of. We were fortunate to work closely with Olivia and she was incredible at making sure our vision came to life and handled all of the finer details. On our wedding day, the entire team made sure that we didn't have to lift a finger when it came to set up and ensured that everything ran smoothly. We knew from the countless reviews before ours that the service was unmatched - but it surpassed anything we could have imagined. My husband and I are still talking about how wonderful Jim was at making sure our every need was met, even the things we didn't know we needed. Our guests are still raving about how perfect the entire day was with one of our guests telling us "This place is magical" on the day of the wedding. And it truly is! My husband and I just got married this past Sunday (5/14/23) and our day was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!! From the moment we toured Stone Mill Inn back in 2021 we knew it was the “one”. Karen and Ken are one of a kind! Olivia our planner made everything so seamless! The entire process was so personal and they truly care so much about your big day! Every little detail Olivia was right on top of, we truly didn’t need to stress about a thing! We knew we were in good hands! The grounds speak for themselves, they are breathtaking. The Mill is absolutely stunning, the character and charm is one of a kind. I seriously wish the day didn’t have to end! The attention to detail is impeccable! During our rehearsal Jim, Ken, Olivia and Amy made sure we didn’t lift a finger unloading all our decor, alcohol, etc! The morning of our wedding Karen and Ken were there to greet us at the house and were just as excited for us to get married as we were! Karen got my dress all hung up to air out, she even got our daughter Rowyn (she’s 3) a mat to lay down for her to color and even brought her a coloring book and crayons! Karen also was there to pop our champagne!! She and Olivia checked on us throughout the day in the bridal suite which is seriously gorgeous!!! Olivia was there to fluff my dress and train and let the wedding begin. One of my favorite parts was immediately after we were married Olivia had our signature drinks waiting on hand for us, and there were multiple staff bringing us our food from cocktail hour! They followed us around outside while getting photos done in different locations with a smile never leaving their face and made sure we never had an empty drink! The service is honestly the BEST! I am still thinking about the pork egg rolls from cocktail hour!! Our food at dinner was fantastic, I couldn’t even finish my sampler plate so they packaged it right up for us to take home! All throughout the rest of the evening they checked on us to make sure everything was going perfectly and if we needed anything! Our wedding day at the Stone Mill Inn was a DREAM!! Everyone is so welcoming, they make you feel like you’re apart of their family! You are not just another number or wedding at Stone Mill. You become a part of their family for life and they so deeply care about each couple! I could go on and on…if you are considering Stone Mill Inn, I promise you will not regret it!! Our family and friends are still blown away with SMI’s service, friendless, and the beauty of it all!!!

My husband wanted to get married "in nature" and I was in awe when I saw pictures of the Mill's beautiful property! We were hooked from the moment we met Ken and Karen and their (recently passed due to sweet old age) dog Carrie. As a fellow Penn Stater, I knew Ken's background would be perfect for us. They are so helpful along the way, sending reminder emails, giving vendor recommendations, and every vendor I spoke with, raved about the Mill! Wedding day was magical and super smooth. We had everything we needed! I had 2 guests arriving to reception late, but was able to tell the Mill ahead of time, so all my guests were well cared for. My 2 vegan friends loved their dinner option and all food was wonderful! All the decorations looked great, even the ones I was concerned would look drab, the staff still made them look lovely! We traveled 2 hours for our wedding and I'd happily do it again. It was a perfect day, and we even got to have our dogs in the ceremony. Thanks Ken, Karen, Amy, and the whole staff!

We could not have asked for a better location to hold our wedding than the Stone Mill Inn. We signed on with them about a year and a half before our wedding date and the treatment we received from the owners and staff there was phenomenal from day one all the way up to our actual wedding day. Not only was communication timely and informative, but personable as well. You can feel the care and pride they put into what they do with each correspondence and meeting. The venue itself is stunningly beautiful and they perform constant upkeep and improvements. Every time we were there, even in the winter, you could find Ken (the owner) working somewhere on the property's landscape. Ken and/or Karen was present at all meetings and even on wedding day in addition to their coordinators. Their coordinators are also wonderful. Olivia and Kate were a pleasure to work with. Olivia connected with us throughout the entire process and kept us on track. She provides you with a wealth of information and positive energy to help you get to your day and then expertly executes your vision day of. Kate assisted us throughout wedding day as well from checking on us in the bridal suite to carrying my dress train. She even rushed to help me get a stain out of my dress during cocktail hour. We heard the food was phenomenal and had high expectations following our tasting, and it is, but what really makes the dining experience superb is the attentiveness of Jim and the catering staff. You really want for nothing while there because everyone meets all your needs before you can even voice them. Our day was perfect and we can't thank the Stone Mill Inn enough for their efforts.

Where the heck can I begin. From the moment you meet the owners you feel welcome. You’re not another paycheck to them, they learn your names and are interested in every idea you have for your wedding day. Their food is to die for, the aesthetic of the whole venue is jaw-dropping, and they’re so kind as to make sure you don’t lift a finger on your wedding day before, during and after it.
But lemme tell you guys about Amy. She is a ray of sunshine and extremely organized, basically the full package! She is there every step of the way and makes you feel like she’s your family member through the process by how much she cares. Any time I was stressed out or had a million questions she was there with a smile and an answer. The amount of love that Amy exudes is unmatched (& her husband Jim!!). Having her there on my wedding day made me know that everything would be okay - it was everything I could’ve imagined and more. I will always be so grateful to the whole team for their endless hard work and kindness, and Amy was the beautiful bow to wrap it all up :) also their food was amazing everyone was talking about it! We added late night pizza from the brick oven and it was such a great addition. 1000% recommend Stone Mill Inn!

My new husband and I cannot say enough amazing things about this venue. From the moment we toured there almost a year and a half ago, we knew we would be well taken care of. The venue itself is so stunning - so many of my guests said it was the most beautiful venue they had ever seen. Every single member of the staff is amazing and makes you and your guests feel like family. I am a very "Type A" person, but the staff at Stone Mill made sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. I cannot say enough great things about Amy, our coordinator. She is the sweetest human and was so responsive and supportive through the entire wedding process. Genuinely, I could not have imagined the planning process and our wedding day without her. I was shockingly not stressed at all on my wedding day thanks to her, as well as the other coordinator Kate, the owners Karen and Ken, and Jim who was so helpful to us during dinner and the reception!! The food was absolutely incredible as well. So many of my guests were coming up to me all evening saying how amazing the service and the food was. We will never be able to thank SMI enough for making our wedding day truly the best day of our lives!

We can’t say enough good things about SMI. They’re professionalism, attention to detail, and the way they made us and our family feel so special was impeccable. We have received so many compliments from our wedding guests about how beautiful the venue is, how delicious the food is, and how wonderful each and every staff member is. From the first time my husband, Alex, and I stepped onto the Stone Mill Inn property from when we left our wedding night we were in love! The owners, Ken and Karen, and our coordinator, Olivia, were so nice and so supportive through the entire process!
The property is absolutely gorgeous! You can tell that Ken and Karen take pride in the property and are constantly improving it to make it even more beautiful! The bridal suite was beautiful with cozy feels and plenty of natural light!
The food was absolutely delicious! We loved the tasting experience and our guests even talked about how amazing the food was! We also got their late night pizza option and man was it great! The owner, Ken himself cooks the pizzas out of a wood fire oven right on the patio!

Ken and Karen made us feel right at home from our first tour of the venue. They spent time with us going through details, not trying to convince us, but to get to know us and see if the venue would be a good fit. Their hospitality and kindness blew us away, and was like nothing we experienced at any other venue.

Our coordinator, Olivia, was consistently in touch with us and was always available if we had a last minute question or needed to touch base. She made the entire process, which seemed very daunting at first, much more streamlined and organized. She is the best!

Olivia, Ken and Karen were like part of our family on our wedding day. They were there to help us through each step and Ken even ran out to get us Gatorade when the heat was getting to us (7/15/23 wedding date). I cannot stress enough how helpful and sincerely grateful we are for their help, and highly recommend having your wedding at Stone Mill Inn.

The venue is beautiful (we had our ceremony at The Woodlands), and The Mill is a perfect reception spot. The tent of the patio was decorated to perfection and our guests loved going outside to grab a drink at the bar. We had around 100 guests, and there was plenty of room for everyone to eat and dance.

We loved the entire experience, and cannot thank the entire Stone Mill Inn staff enough for everything.

The Stone Mill Inn could not have been any more perfect of a venue for our wedding. The team truly makes you feel like one of a kind and they are so attentive and responsive to your needs all while giving the best input to make your day truly magical. There is beauty in the grounds everywhere you look. It is truly stunning. The food was absolutely delicious and they truly catered to our guests. I would choose this place again and again.

The day my mom and I toured Stone Mill Inn we immediately knew it was "the one". The grounds are gorgeous, immaculate, and they are constantly adding to the property. My husband and I got married at Stone Mill Inn on 11/12/22 and it was an absolutely perfect day. Leading up to the wedding we had 3 planning meetings on site, and it was so fun getting to visit the venue each time. The plannings were so organized and they create a PDF for your entire day so that not a single detail is missed. Amy is amazing - truly the sweetest person. She was so genuinely excited about our special day and it was contagious. Amy and Karen ran the most efficient rehearsal as they kept everyone moving and even helped out our family member who was officiating for the first time. The bridal suite was perfect for getting ready with my girls the morning of - we had hair and makeup done for 8 ladies total. Ken was quick to bring extension cords or anything else our HMU team needed. The entire ceremony and reception flowed so smoothly and Ken was quick to keep things under control and on track as he kept tabs on everything all evening. I never even made it to the bar as Jim waited on my husband and I all evening, making sure we always had a full glass or appetizers to snack on during our couples portraits. The food was delicious and the steaks were huge. The tear down of our decor and florals was completed by the team in the blink of an eye as they packed everything into our cars for us. I cannot imagine getting married at any other venue that was more beautiful or had a better team working our day. Thank you SMI!!

We cannot say enough great things about Stone Mill Inn! They really make you feel like family throughout the process + especially the day of! Everything leading up to the wedding day was smooth and easy with Stone Mill!

The food tasting was basically a mini wedding, set up with other couples getting married that year. The food is absolutely delicious! Our guest were raving after the wedding about not only the taste but portion sizes of the food ! They have a large menu of items you can chose from for your wedding day and they will help you to narrow down options and solidify your menu.

The venue itself is gorgeous! From the beginning I knew we did not need to provide a lot of decor, because the venue spoke for itself. However, the venue does provide some of their own decor scattered throughout the space which really helps to complete the whole space! We were able to add a bunch of our own touches + flair which made it feel so special + personal and the venue took care of setting all of that up AND packing it up at the end of the night and loading it into our cars.

Our coordinator, Amy, was great to work with! We had VERY thorough phone calls leading up to the wedding , which was great, we knew everything was taken care of after talking with her + she made sure that everything ran smoothly the day of! We felt such a personal connection with Amy :) You could not ask for a better staff to work with. The owners Ken + Karen are the sweetest + so hardworking, they were at the wedding from the moment we arrived until the end of the night. Jeff actually found my husband and I as we were mingling to tell us our food was going to be placed at our table (amazing! we really appreciated that). We had a lot of family photos to take after the ceremony + the staff made sure there were drinks and apps for all the guests needed for photos as well as the guests who were not!

I could go on and on! My parents were thrilled that the staff followed up with them throughout the day/night to make sure everything was taken care of for them. Again, the venue is a complete fairytale... if you are looking for magical, woodland, garden, outdoor vibes Stone Mill has it all!

Stone Mill Inn was the perfect venue for our wedding. It wasn't exactly local, so people asked us why we chose Stone Mill for our venue. But they all instantly understood when they saw it and met the wonderful staff. Everything was perfect and everyone was a true joy and pleasure to work with.
