  Highly recommend

  I HIGHLY recommend Steve Pronko Jewelrs. My engagement ring is a custom design and they had no problem accommodating to our requests. They take the time to get to know their customers. Both my engagement ring, wedding band, my fiancé’s wedding band and his gift came from Steve Pronkos.

  My fiancé purchased my engagement ring there. The staff at Pronko's guided him to make the best choice. They help you stick to a price point that your're most comfortable with. We are purchasing our wedding bands there, too!

  I purchased my wife's engagement band from this store. I heard about this jeweler through my parents. The staff was incredibly helpful with us and were insightful in leading me in the right direction of the store. They understood what look I wanted but they knew how to work with me even though I did not know exactly what to look for in the store. The staff was very good at making me feel informed and involved in the process and they listened carefully to my questions and concerns. I came in with a diamond that I wanted to set in a new band - they were more than willing to do so and explained how they can make that happen. This showed how flexible and customer oriented they were. This jeweler also worked well with the fact that I was long distant and that I was from out of town and visiting. They said that they are very careful with their long distance customers and they already have protocols in place to ensure safe delivery of their product. When I finally received the ring, it looked amazing. This business is excellent in the industry. I definitely would recommend this jeweler to others - their quality of work and customer service were tops! I also got a ring that stops people in their tracks! They should be proud.

  The staff at Steve Pronkos is wonderful! My fiance wanted camouflage everything for our wedding. I don't think so! We spoke with Ira and we told him what we had found online. My then fiance wanted a camouflage ring he'd seen. Ira went to the computer and pulled up some pics and we ordered the mossy oak in titanium for him and for me, a double row of diamonds were custom made to enhance my solitaire that they set in a princess setting. Layaway with them is easy as well. Great people...all of them!
