Amazing violinist

Stephanie was the highlight of our vow renewal. She was very responsive with planning and execution of what we wanted. She was so helpful and flexible with the music when our chosen songs ran out and really understood how to entertain. Her outfit and dance moves were impeccable. We would certainly recommend her and use her again for future events.

Stephanie was absolutely wonderful! She is a great violinist! For our event we wanted lots of pop covers and she helped curate a playlist and everyone at our event loved her performance!

Classy, Fun Touch for Our Wedding Cocktail Hour

Inspired to bring Bridgerton vibes to our wedding, Stephanie was the first vendor we signed even before we had our wedding reception venue! And she absolutely delivered! Our wedding guests were captivated by her at cocktail hour! We also had her play one song as part of our first look at the reception ballroom before we opened it to our guests. She brought tears to our eyes! We can't thank her enough for being part of our special day! She helped make our event unforgettable!

Amazing musician, wonderful person!

Stephanie was amazing! Besides her amazing talent, her personality and warmth was the icing on the cake. All of the guests were delighted by her talent. We will be booking her again for sure!

Wonderful wedding violinist

We booked Stephanie for our September 2023 wedding and she was such a pleasure to work with. Not only is she a very talented musician, but also a very kind person. You can tell she absolutely loves what she does and has incredible energy. She was willing to learn new songs for us that were special to us. Stephanie played (literally) an important role in our big day and hiring her was one of the best decisions we made.

Amazing Violinist

I love Stephanie Strings awesome. She was very professional. She was very interactive and friendly with the crowd, always had a smile on her face throughout her performanc.

Anniversary Dinner

Stephanie was amazing and exceeded our expectations! Our guests were just as impressed as we were and her performance made our 8th anniversary extra special. She was very pleasant to work with and even learned an original song perfectly.

Versatile violinist

Not only is Stephanie an amazing violinist, her catalogue of songs and ability to learn any new request is beyond impressive. The string renditions of our favorite songs made the day even more special!

An amazing talent

Stephanie is a phenomenal violinist. She really helped set the tone for our wedding. She is so elegant and played beautifully. Our guests were blown away by her talent beginning with the pre-ceremony music through the cocktail hour.

Stephanie has a great catalog of music and a willingness to learn more, if needed. She is very responsive and will work with your craft your vision for the event.

We had a small technical issue with the officiant’s microphone during the ceremony. Stephanie immediately resolved the issue and we didn’t think twice about it.
Nonetheless, Stephanie sent us a refund for a portion of the fee due to the issue. She definitely did not have to do that but we appreciated her professionalism and this is a testament to how she conducts her business

We look forward to being able to work with Stephanie again in the future. She is truly an amazing talent.

An event highlight!

I booked Stephanie early May for a June 16th wedding. She was extremely responsive and overall booking process was pretty seamless. On the day of the event she arrived an hour before her scheduled time dressed very nicely in the event color palette. Stephanie played during the ceremony and cocktail hour. As an added touch she played a violin the lit up (people are still talking about it days later). Our guests were very impressed, a couple of the guests have asked for her contact information. Bride and groom were very pleased as well. I am so glad that we decided to add a violinist to our event, it was a touch that definitely helped elevate the event.
I would definitely recommend Stephanie. She is not only professional, and easy to work with, but personable, and a very talented violinist.

Stephanie is FANTASTIC! From our first inquiry call, she was such a pleasure to work with- prompt, kind and flexible! She performed the ceremony music with electric violin for our wedding at the Church of the Holy City in Washington DC. She offered a phenomenal song selection and all our guests raved about how beautiful her music is! Her professionalism and ease throughout the planning process was so appreciated, and she even saved the day by allowing us to add on a microphone for the ceremony the night before! Stephanie is an incredibly talented musician, making our ceremony absolutely beautiful by playing the electric violin. Not only did she play a set of songs as guests arrived, but she even learned new songs as we walked down the aisle. The guests could not praise her enough. Exceptional job!

We worked with Singers & Strings to perform for our wedding ceremony. Stephanie was incredibly responsive and flexible. She worked with us during our early conversations to create a playlist that captured the vibe we wanted for our outdoor autumn themed ceremony. She even helped address some elements we didn’t really think of (i.e., acoustic vs. electric violin, backing track or no backing track), but happy to have included.
Christine was the musician the day of, and she was prompt, professional, and her performance was exactly what we were looking for. Most importantly, our ceremony started later because of a few delays, but Christine still performed well to keep our guests calm and happy. The whole experience was fantastic, and we highly recommend their service. Thank you, Christine and Stephanie!!

My party rose to her occasion!

Stephanie made my party an event. She was prompt and professional. She had an extensive song list for me to choose from and worked with me to personalize a play list for my party. She was entertainment for my guess, but didn't steal the show. Perfect balance of energy and reserve.

I wish I had another event to plan so I could work with her again. Highly recommend.

Stephanie Brings Bridgerton Vibes

I hired Stephanie from Singers and Strings to play for our ceremony and cocktail hour and it was easily one of the best decisions I made for our wedding. She is so great to work with, customizes her songs to what you want for your day and she is so incredibly talented. Our guests LOVED her modern songs on the electric violin. She even played Africa by Toto for our exit up the aisle. She really brought an elegance and magic to our ceremony.

Flexible and super talented!

After giving her our picks for ceremony music she came up with the PERFECT cocktail hour playlist. She emailed me the picks ahead of time and I didn't have to make a single change. She was a huge hit amongst our guests with multiple asking where we found her and if she could stay even longer! Highly recommend her for any event. She instantly makes anything classier. Her communication skills are above and beyond too as she was very responsive to any request and kept on top of everything which was a huge relief.
