This is now Wildwood Events and is a charterschool/event space. They're not totally on top of their game with communication but are way better than some vendors we used. They switched owners after we'd signed the contract but before the wedding, and were very accommodating with making sure our requests were honored. Construction is undergoing but they had everything cleaned up before guests arrived. The outside space is beautiful and the indoor space was a little crowded for 120 people, but the staff were able to flip the outside space from ceremony to dinner so fast I don't think anyone noticed or minded. Both spaces are nicely lit and the way the trees stretch over top of you is amazing. The walls protect you from the infamous wind, and the traintracks might be offputting - but we only heard a couple, and they were gone within a few seconds. Everyone was really impressed with how beautiful it was. We didn't really do much decorating, because it was perfect as is.
Downsides - only bathrooms (which are nice!!) are upstairs. The gravel wasn't a problem, but it might be hard for a wheelchair.
