  We had a fantastic experience using Something New for our Day-Of Coordination for our recent wedding at Kualoa Ranch. Charelle was fun to work with, organized, easy to communicate with and a wealth of knowledge for every question I had in the lead-up to the wedding. She met with us the week before the wedding and also ran our rehearsal for our bridal party the day before the wedding, which helped everyone feel confident for the ceremony the next day.
  
  The wedding day itself went by flawlessly -- Charelle and her assistant Jillian did a great job managing all the vendors and we were able to stick to the timeline without any delays. Having the two of them there coordinating everything definitely helped me stay calm and enjoy the wedding day instead of worrying about things. We received so many compliments from our guests on what a smooth day it was, resulting in an amazing wedding everyone enjoyed. Initially I was on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator but my husband and I think it was one of the best decisions we made! Thank you Something New for doing an incredible job and making sure our wedding day was perfect!

  Something New planned our wedding in September 2016 at Kualoa Ranch, Oahu. It was the best money we spent on our entire wedding! Charelle and Jillian have tremendous experience and provided the best guidance. Their focus on details, organization, schedule, and communication made our day perfect, as well as far less stressful. They have the best connections and recommended only the top tier and best value vendors for our wedding. I felt that Charelle and Jillian went above and beyond on each piece of our wedding celebration. They even helped with some events we wanted to plan on the days leading up to the event. Both Charelle and Jillian are lovely, kind, smart, easy-going, and positive people, which really helped during the high stress planning and event. Our guests have said it was one of the best weddings they have ever attended, wedding of the century! This is in large part because of Something New.

  Hiring Something New to coordinate my wedding was one of the best decisions I ever made. I had then do day of coordination services for me and they went above and beyond to make my wedding wonderful. Charelle is just wonderful. She was always calm and sweet and professional. I was trying to stay within a budget and she was so helpful in coming up with suggestions to help with that while keeping everything tasteful and beautiful. It was so great to having someone making sure everything was all set for the big day and also making sure we had all the details figured out that we hadn't thought of. Ola was there during the day of my wedding and reception and she made sure everything ran smoothly that day. Many of our guests commented that this was the best wedding they had ever been to and I think Something New was vital to that. I am so grateful for their help on this important day of ours!

  Hiring 'Something New' as our Day-of Coordinator for our destination wedding in Oahu was the best decision we made. Prior to the day, day-of and following the wedding, Charelle assisted with every detail - always going above and beyond to make sure we were happy. She created a timeline and made us aware of decisions and details we never would have thought of on our own. I felt very confident trusting Charelle with the planning and organizing. She is confident, intelligent, friendly and has a calming personality - perfect at easing all concerns. Jillian also assisted day-of and she was extremely helpful. Charelle is truly a wedding planning magician; With Something New as your day-of coordinator, you can feel comfortable trusting the details and execution to Charelle and her team while enjoying your day.   I cannot say enough about this fabulous company! Being the Type-A personality I am, I had a very difficult time relinquishing the reigns when it came to planning my wedding! Fortunately, I have wise friends who insisted I enlist the help of a day-of coordinator. Best decision I ever made!
  Jillian is amazing! She checked in with me regularly in the weeks leading up to keep anxiety at bay. When I told her I was concerned about the prospective set-up the sales manager at my venue had recommended, she offered to rework the floor plan herself. She took time to attend extra meetings in the days leading up to ensure that she knew exactly how I wanted everything arranged and how the event should flow. The final set-up was exactly as I had imagined it! If there were any hiccups over the course of the evening, only Jillian and her team knew about them. The only worry that passed through my mind was how I was going to spend a quality moment with every group of guests in attendance! The night flew by... but thanks to Jillian and Something New, I enjoyed every minute of it! If I had to do-over, the only thing I'd do differently is bring this team into the fold earlier! Thank you so much to this incredible team! If you're looking for someone to transform your vision into reality and give you your dream reception, Jillian is your lady!

  I highly recommend couples give Charelle at Something New a call. Even if you have already met with other wedding coordinators--(even if you already booked your wedding coordinator!) you must meet with Charelle. She is the most caring person and genuinely loves her job and it shows. From the moment we called her she has been the most pleasant, happy-go-lucky person my husband and I needed to create the wedding of our dreams.
  
  We hired Charelle to do all of the coordination of the wedding. We even joked to her that we literally just wanted to show up to our wedding, get married, eat amazing food, dance, and then leave. Little did we know that she would take this joke to heart… She took our (really, it was mine, not my husbands!) gazillion Pinterest board ideas and made it into a reality on our wedding day. After a few in-person meetings with Charelle and several phone calls (me calling her because I came up with YET ANOTHER new idea!), she delivered EXACTLY what we asked her for: we showed up, got married, ate amazing food, danced to our heart’s content, and then left--all in superb Martha-Stewart-Wedding style (obviously).
  
  I have to say that when we showed up to the wedding site (which was at Kualoa Ranch) I almost started crying BEFORE I even walked down the aisle because what Charelle delivered was something out of a wedding magazine. She took my millions of photos and just-one-more ideas and turned them into a fairy tale wedding--all within our budget. It was a dream wedding that my friends and family had a blast at and all commented on how much they loved it and how beautiful it was. My husband and I are so happy that we hired Charelle to plan our wedding--it saved us from experiencing any stress and gave us the time to just sit back and enjoy our wedding day (and the months leading up to it). A big mahalo to Charelle and her Something New staff--we couldn’t have pulled it off without you (seriously!!)!

  Working with wedding coordinator was very helpful. She was able to consider some if not all my ideas and make it functional for my wedding. I enjoyed how flexible she was and that I got to see my dream wedding come true!

  My experience with Something New was nothing short of awesome. With only 10 weeks to plan a wedding they offered great insight into the planning process as well as accommodated my personal needs, like budget. They were very professional and everything ran smoothly on our big day. I am very happy I decided to have professional help, especially since I wanted limited help from family. Everyone was able to relax and enjoy every moment. I could not have pulled off a 10 week engagement without the help of Something New.

  I am beyond impressed with the service I received from Charelle from Something New Wedding and Event Specialists. She went above and beyond to make my wedding a success. From the moment we started the planning process Charellle was there to guide us along the way. She helped with vendors, design concepts, and even a wedding website! The things that Charelle and her team were able to accomplish were astonishing. I appreciated that she was able to give me a few assignments each time we met so I was able to keep on task without becoming overwhelmed. Each time we met she made me feel calm and confident that everything was going to be perfect. She is very organized and professional. The day of the wedding Charelle and Jillian were incredible! If anything went wrong, I never knew it. They took care of everything! They made me feel like it was truly my day and I had nothing to worry about. I had complete confidence in them! They did an amazing job! I'm still getting compliments from friend and family months after the wedding! I would recommend Charelle, Jillian, and Socorro for any event!
