  My venue was at a notorious party rental house (we hosted the ceremony and reception in the backyard). So throughout the wedding reception, we had the cops visit about 3-4 times (I think). The reason I say "I think" is because Ruth took care of everything. I did not have to deal with any of the drama and we were allowed to remain in our blissful state throughout the whole evening. She also risked getting arrested for us ;O
  During the course of the planning we mainly communicated by phone/Text or email... she stopped by whenever I asked. On the actual day of the wedding, I didn't lift a single finger. Ruth coordinated (from scratch) the ceremony area, the reception flip as well as the décor etc. Not to mention I asked her to pick up the cake and create a dessert table...I'm not even sure how it all got executed. But the outcome was beyond perfect.
  Ruth is very calm, collected and understanding... Thank you Ruth for such a wonderful event, it wouldn't have been that awesome without you!

  I cannot say enough about Ruth and her qualities. She is very professional, takes care and time of your needs, and was extremely resourceful. My husband and I reside in Maryland and seeked out a wedding coordinator to facilitate our beach destination wedding in Miami. Ruth made herself available and was punctual with appointments. We utilized video chats to meet, texting and emails to communicate with each other. I appreciated her flexibility due to my work demands and her swift response to my correspondences. She facilitated and negotiated contracts from beginning to end always taking into account the budget for our function. The day of our wedding, Ruth was present to ensure all things went well, ensured all vendors produced and arrived on time. Her recommended makeup artist was exceptional. The personal chef was exquisitely skilled and greatly appreciated by all our guests. The photographer was also very experienced and showed valued interest in his work. She was also given autonomy on decision making for beach ceremomy and reception decorating which could not have been more beautiful and coordinated to the vision we wanted. I highly recommend Ruth and her event coordinating services to any one local or a far. I assure you, she will not disappoint. I sincerely thank Ruth for making our day the most memorable for us and our guests. We will never forget the wonderful memories if this excellent weekend.

  My husband and I can't thank Ruth enough for helping to make our wedding day perfect! We had a destination wedding in San Juan, Puerto Rico and wanted someone that knew the island very well and at the same time be close to us here in Florida.
  
  She was able to organize everything for us (rehearsal, church ceremony, reception). She even found the best flower vendor in San Juan with our budget. She exposed her ideas and at the same time was open to our personal preferences. We thoroughly enjoyed .the planning process because of her. She was even in San Juan for the big day.
  Not only did she execute......she went above and beyond our expectations! Thank you Soléy Events!

  If you are browsing around to find the best wedding planner... you just found it! Ruth from Soley Events really listened to what I had to say and my wedding turned out perfect. She was able to achived the theme that I wanted for my wedding with every little detail in the decoration; everybody loved how the wedding reception looked. Another thing that I liked about Ruth is that she is super organized; she always followed up with us and made sure that we were satisfied. Even the day of the wedding she was working hard to make sure that everything was running smoothly. I definetely recommend Soley Events; she did an amazing job!!!
