  Amazing service

  Such great quality photos, easy to communicate with the team, such a variety of backdrops to choose from for the big day and such ease in designing the look of the photos. Thank you so much for everything!!

  Highest quality photobooth + best company on the market!!!

  I cannot recommend Smilebooth enough! Ian was such a joy to work with leading up to our wedding and was so accommodating when selecting the right filter/layout for our prints! His team is such a joy to have at events & I cannot wait to book them again! The quality of their photos is truly insane! Every single one of the images from our wedding could be a Christmas card

  Good photos - Difficult to get in touch with the guy who runs it

  I booked the smilebooth for my wedding. My guests enjoyed the booth. Although as it got closer to the date of my wedding I was worried and had to come up with a plan B for a photo booth due to me not being able to get in touch with Ian through phone, email, or messenger on the knot. Alas he finally responded and we moved forward.
  At the reception Half of my guests didn’t know how to work the computer to print out the pictures until towards the end of the night due to lack of direction. When I emailed Ian about the lack of direction, no response. None the less they had a great time with it. The black and white shots came out great. We loved the unlimited prints.
  
  Our wedding was December 11, I was informed the following day the photos would be out the following week. That didn’t happen nor did I think it would so I didn’t stress it. I emailed Ian on December 30th inquiring about an ETA on the photos. No response. But I did get an email on January 4th with the link and file to our photos. Acknowledgment of my email would’ve been nice, but I’ll chill.
  
  Everything and everyone looks great except the pictures uploaded were in color despite them being in black and white, as they were for the wedding. I emailed Ian about this, and again no response yet.
  
  Sounds like no biggie but when you pay for a service you want what you paid for.
