    I recently had a destination wedding in Puerto Rico which was coordinated and decorated by Eugenia! This woman is AMAZING! I had started communicating with Eugenia over a year before my actual wedding. I reached out to several event coordinators for quotes. Eugenia didn't provide me a quote right away but first wanted to see what it was exactly that we were looking for and how she could be of service to me. Her email communication was different than other vendors. She made me feel comfortable and was interested in what my vision was. Her communication was excellent. She is extremely responsive and follows up on any requests/questions you send her way.

    I flew to Puerto Rico to meet with her before deciding on a venue. Upon meeting her, I knew for sure she is what we needed! She is beautiful (inside and out) and is extremely professional. What drew me to her was the way she really took an interest in what I envisioned for my wedding. She remained patient with me for a whole year of emails, calls, indecisiveness and not once lost her patience with me or showed any signs of frustration. Instead she reassured me that everything I wanted was exactly what she would deliver...and she did! My wedding day was a breeze to say the least. She handled all communications with the venue and vendor. My wedding day was perfect! The decorations and flowers were beautiful! Eugenia was at the wedding from start to finish, ensuring that all my needs as well as my family were taking care of! Eugenia is truly wonderful to work with! I hope to work with her again in the future!

    Eugenia at Sizzling Ideas provided the table decor for our rehearsal dinner this past Thursday, February 25, 2016. She did a fabulous job!

    We sent some inspiration photos and she then provided some sample ideas from other events she had done. Right away we knew it was a great fit. She did a beachy theme with small vases of flowers and greenery and drift wood, shells, candles, etc. She event sent a preview shot once everything had been set up that evening and before we arrived at the venue. Our guests were commenting all night on how beautiful everything was.

    We were put in touch with Eugenia pretty late in our planning process, but she was able to pull it off with ease and did an amazing job. We would definitely recommend her services for anyone's wedding or rehearsal dinner needs.

    Eugenia did an amazing job decorating our beach theme wedding on February 26, 2016. We planned everything via email. I gave her my ideas and she emailed me some of her work; together we created a wonderful concept. BUT it was much more than I expected. It was perfect! Everything came out on point. I am ultimately happy I used her service.

    My guests were delighted with the way the decoration turned out right at the beach in front of my property. The fact that they were satisfied with this service was very important to me as it definitely had a direct impact in the review I get as a property owner renting to guests. Not only were they satisfied but so was I with the way everything turned out.

    This review is for services of Day of Coordinator provided by Eugina. She was referred to us by the Caribe Hilton and was the ONLY expense/vendor we booked that was the biggest waste due to the lack of experience and professionalism of Eu. We made it so foolproof for her to do her job and she STILL failed at that. A floor plan and DETAILED schedule including times, locations and exact instructions of every single event happening that day was given to her. A list of "Things to Verify" for each vendor was given to her to assure all of our requests that were already communicated to them was executed as contracted. Such items on this list were a list of all of the brands of alcohol we had requested at the open bar, the food menu, the order in which the DJ needed to play music, the requests for our decorator/florist to setup the room, etc. Even a phonetic pronunciation of the entire wedding party and families was given to her along with the MC.

    Her job that day was VERY VERY simple. Using all the provided information, simply make sure all the vendors (Banquets Department, DJ, Decorator, etc) were setting up in the venue as planed. Verify all the items were there as booked. No planning, no scheduling, JUST verify and have the vendor correct a problem, if needed.

    Our cocktail hour was missing our open bar as we paid for. We showed up about 30 mins in and asked her why wasn't it setup. Instead of fixing it, brought the maitre d over to us. We hired this coordinator so we wouldn't have to deal with these problems. She was completely off schedule the entire night. We had to ask her several times why things weren't done as we asked and she would blame the vendor. Her only job was to correct these problems BEFORE hand. She had over 4 hours to make sure all the requests were correct. Items were missing as we booked, tables in the wrong locations, made us repeat ourselves over and over again with the information she had that we provided her. DO NOT BOOK HER

    I'm so sorry to hear all of this. It is the first time in 18 years that we receive a negative review. The only problem we had was the mixed up with the bar that I reconfirmed before hand with them. The rest of the day/night went as you asked.
