We hired Simply Seaside Weddings when my fiance and I decided to forgo the big spring wedding and elope a few days before Thanksgiving on the beach near our home. We planned everything in a matter of 24 hours and Carol was amazing in accommodating. The weather was also questionable since it was a ceremony to be on the beach. Carol and Bert did a fantastic job in performing our wedding ceremony. From start to finish, they were professional and personal. Our Cocoa Beach weddiing was all we could have hoped for. The are efficient. Our photos and marriage certificate were waiting for us when we arrived from our honeymoon. We are so happy that we selected them out of the dozens we found on the internet. They are a lovely couple. We can't thank them enough.
